Heard wind chimes playing with the curtains hanging on the window; that sound caught my ear's attention. Moving my body like I was paralyzed with limited vision, recognizing the place, and if they're someone's presence. But I failed to see any, noticed my clothes were already changed, someone took care of me, and I started to wonder. Who are these people, and why did they bring me here? piled of questions playing in my mind.
Who are these people? I pulled my hands, but it was tied to a bedpost again. I was on top of a huge bed. "Where am I?" I want to see, but it doesn't make any sense. A moment of silence deafened my ears, but I told myself I'm going to escape here. Like I always said to myself. My heart jumps when a sudden knock comes from a thick wooden door; the moment snaps me to look towards the door.
I composed myself, out of my curious mind, ready to face my faith this demon that brings me here, and now my life is in danger. I stared at the door, frightened up to my nerves. I could feel it shaking, waiting if it was the old man again or the uncle he addresses himself. I'm confused if he's telling the truth or a lie. The door opened; I saw this gorgeous woman again show up, headed towards the leather couch.
She wipes her forefinger, checking if there's a speck of dust on the surface. My eyebrows furrowed in that manner; it looked so arrogant to me. I never left my eyesight on her nor a single blink; she ends up sitting on my bed next to me. I pulled my handtied once again from the bedpost, confused, looking at my wrist. It had started to be bruised on its surface, a little sore and itchy at the same time. How long have I been tied? How many days I was asleep. I don't remember anything except the questions. I keep coming back. Some kept playing tricks in my mind.
Seeing her, I felt comfort, a lessening of doubt but a comfort. Even I don't completely trust her, but then she looked at me, and there was this deep concern in her eyes that I couldn't deny.
She sat facing me, bent towards me. A few strands of her hair fell over across her shoulder from a sudden swirl of the wind that came from that window. Her sweet, fragrant blends in the air soothed and pervaded my nostrils, bending forward closer with me. As a spell hypnotized gently blows on my face, I still look at her like a living doll—like I used to describe her—moving in front of me.
A soft hummed sound when raising her hand, like she wanted to touch my face but stopped herself; something came, and she pulled her hand back. I moved backward, avoiding her hand. "Did you sleep well?" she asked softly as her voice and her demeanor were calm. I was nervous looking at her. A lump in my throat, I didn't answer immediately, was ruled all over by fear. A lot of things came into my head, especially my intrusive thoughts, and I don't know all these people and why they kidnapped me.
I don't see what will happen to me next; for sure, they will kill me. This sweet, living, gorgeous doll in front of me will turn out to be my worst nightmare; the evil one was an angel. A fallen angel snaps, recalls, I felt the bed moving; it swings like tides.
"Did you sleep well?" she asked me again. A little smile came out of her lips.
"Stop daydreaming in front of me. How far it goes... already naked? "She looked at me, smirking, and glanced away.
"Yes, I slept well but am not having daydreaming," I told her with a mean tone.
"And could you please... release my hand?" I suddenly behaved; a whisper came out begging to release my tied hand immediately.
"Did you feel cold? You seemed freezing." She kept asking me, sounding worried, but I was only stunned looking at her. Those words came out of nowhere, but a normal human would react, and on my part, I was asking for help with no fear, reassuring her that I would behave the moment I was released, sitting in front of her, having doubts if she's my real cousin or not; just the old man tricked me into believing him.
"What is your name, if you don't mind me asking?" with a melodious voice.
I stared at her closely, studying the expression on her face. "If this is a kind of twisted joke on me, you took away my normal life, so don't tell me if I do mind. Yes, I do mind.
You already knew my name because you and your father knew all of this way before you got me here, and everything was planned accordingly." Looking at her, she still looks calm, and it looks like she understands me and all of this.
"Who are you people? What did all of you decide to bring me here for, kidnapping me, huh?" I mustered.
"To protect you," she finally answered calmly, but I still don't understand why.
"You will know everything when the time comes," she smiled at me.
"What! That's it? When the time comes! What does that mean?" I pulled my hands again, tied from the bedpost.
Knowingly, I will live my life in this way, always tied. Until she leaned forward an inch, her lips almost pressed against mine. I was captivated by her scent; it was just like a potion blew in me, but I chose not to move; instead, I held my breath, but I couldn't resist drowning over her like a potion scent. Our eyes met, and I was still looking at her. mesmerized by her beauty. A beautiful stranger, I wouldn't dare to blink. might she be gone if I would.
"Dear cousin," she whispered. I felt her lips next to my lips. I was drowning in it.
"You kissed me back," she said. Stop whispering, and I don't know what happens. Then it reminded me we were if she said it's true.
