I woke up listening to lightfootsteps and footsteps and a few snickering keys, trying to gain consciousness while studying my surroundings. Where am I? floating and floating and swaying, am I at the boat? Oh god, are they going to transfer me? Those gentle creaking wood floors stirred my senses.
Echoing different sounds of a bird. Tides of the Sea sounded like a looploop installed in my ears. Moments pass and pass, and I enjoy those sounds, not bats anymore. Those neverending sounds of seeping water in that cave feel like forever. It also serves as a mini-clock in that dark place; I sometimes count those.
I twinge when I hear someone knocking, but little by little it's someone who is using a hammer, carefully listening to those light footsteps, and then it fades away. I felt so weak I couldn't even move, so I decided to close my eyes. I felt like throwing up, and I did, and then I passed out.
