Chapter 34

I smell the coffee for the very first time since the last time I remember it. For the first time in a very long time, I enjoyed clear visions, good as new. Like my childhood days. I saw Shades passing outside doors, the sunrise still on her mask but not wearing suit gear but a regular thick jacket and a hoodie this time. Seeing a mug with a note, I smiled; I knew it was from her. She has changed since, but what's up with the cocky attitude?

It's nine in the morning. I decided to walk away from the boat. I grabbed a stick to help me walk strong enough to walk again. I noticed we were back to where we hid.

Seeing a cliff, I started walking on top. Carefully, then I decided to plunge directly into the water, allowing myself to float. I guess I am my father's daughter after all. Specialized in escaping, while floating in the water, I heard another splash before I saw the person instantly grab my hand.
