79. Unexpected system glitch

XAVIER'S POINT OF VIEW:

The fight began with the setting sun. The warriors from all the kingdoms took their positions. We were ready. But as the first howl echoed through the trees, the reality of what we were about to face hit me full force. The hunt had begun.

"Let's do this." Xavier said, his voice low, and I could feel the tension in his body, too.

And then, as we moved forward, I took a deep breath. This was it. This was where it all mattered. Together, we would end the rogue pack's reign of terror one way or another. But even as the night deepened and the howls of the wolves filled the air, there was something else in the back of my mind: the true nature of the enemy we faced wasn't just physical. The rogue alpha was cunning, yes, but there was something more dangerous lurking. The real battle wouldn't be won with blades and strategy. We needed to work together if we wanted to win this battle.
