Mike slowly opened his eyes, finding himself in a room that seemed far too big and luxurious. It didn't look like a place where he would normally wake up. He stretched out and tried to stand, but his legs felt different, unstable. He stumbled, landing flat on his face with a loud thud. He groaned as he pushed himself up, his human hands feeling strange to the touch.
"What...?" Mike muttered, his voice sounding odd to him. He looked at his hands, the claws that he was used to were replaced by ordinary human fingers. Panicked, he quickly opened his status window, hoping for some answers.

As he stood there, trying to comprehend the situation, he heard a soft knock on the door. Eli entered, her usual bright smile replaced with a mix of confusion and respect.
"Lord Mike?" Eli asked, looking at him with wide eyes.
Mike froze, his eyes wide. "Lord?! You're calling me Lord? What's going on, Eli? I'm not your lord!"
Eli shrugged. "Well, we are part of your territory now. You saved us, after all. So… yeah, that makes you the Lord of our land."
Mike blinked, then chuckled nervously. "Alright, but seriously, what happened to me? Why do I look like... this?"
Eli gave him a puzzled look, then sat beside him. "Well, when you went to sleep last night, your body started to glow. It was like… you transformed into a human. The village freaked out, honestly. But someone helped you get to this house so you could rest."
Mike scratched his head. "Wait, wait... I turned into a human? I didn't even know I could turn into a human!"
Eli nodded. "Yeah, it's a bit crazy, but it happened. We thought it was because of your skill."
Mike took a deep breath, still feeling disoriented. He tried using his Predator's Sense, but it wasn't the same as when he was in his Allosaurus form. It worked, but the power was diminished. He raised an eyebrow. "Hmm. Looks like the human form only gives me half my skills and attributes. Not sure how I feel about that..."

He rubbed his forehead. "Great... this is gonna take some getting used to." He tried stretching his human limbs, but the muscles felt stiff and unnatural.
"Anyway," Mike said with a grin, "Guess I'll get used to this whole 'Lord' thing. So, Eli, what now?"
Eli giggled. "Well, you could start by acting like a lord, I guess? But you might need some time to adjust. I mean, you're in human form now. Maybe you can help out more with the village."
Mike looked at her and then at the village outside, his mind already starting to race with ideas. "I'll figure it out. But first… I really need to get the hang of this human body. Maybe get some food, you know? Gotta keep the energy up." He grinned, his usual playful attitude coming back.
Eli smiled. "I'll get you something. My lord, uh, please try not to destroy anything while you're figuring out how to walk, okay?"
Mike laughed, stretching out again. "No promises."
As the two of them chatted and Mike adjusted to his new form, the villagers continued to whisper among themselves.and some were uneasy, while others were intrigued. However, one thing was certain: Mike had earned their respect, whether he was a monster or a human. And Eli, for her part, was more than ready to embrace her role alongside him.
