As the task appeared, Ares and his pickaxe glowed for a few seconds before being teleported to another dungeon.
[TOYOTA DUNGEON] E- RANK
This task is meant to test if he is a worthy player. Even if he doesn't succeed, he will not die, but some of his memories about it will be removed.
Five wolves appear before him, all at level 2, and defeating them grants him 250 experience.
[WEREWOLF LEVEL 2]
[GAINED 250 EXPERIENCE]
Ares picks up his axe leisurely but holds it tightly, encouraging himself while observing the wolf from a long distance.
"Thinking will get me nowhere. I'll just have to fight them," Ares mutters, gazing at the wolves.
The wolf growls, signaling an attack, and one of them quickly dashes toward Ares. However, he immediately dodges and pierces his axe into the wolf's body.
[YOU HAVE GAINED EXPERIENCE +250]
He has already received 250 experiences from the wolf, and the remaining wolves' teeth are clenched in anger as they immediately charge one by one.
*GRRRR
Ares tightens his grip on the pickaxe with both hands, ready to fight. The wolves dash toward him, widening their mouths to tear into his flesh.
As Ares dispatches three of them by stabbing their heads, only two remain. They charge at him side by side. Ares uses his flexible body to dodge their attacks, turning swiftly to deliver a quick slash to one of them. He then leaps into the air and smashes the other in the head.
*SMASH...

As he completes the task, the system teleports him back to the Vermirith Dungeon.
"God, I'm back in the dungeon," he whispered, looking around.
As he gazes at the screen, the mining team returns after lunch, and Jayce approaches him.
"Ares, where did you go? We were waiting for you at the back," Jayce asked, curious about where Ares had gone.
Ares, puzzled, tries to give false information and avoids eye contact.
"Ah... I just sat here and ate my lunch," he murmurs, sweat dripping down his face.
"You're always shy, aren't you?" Jayce exclaimed.
Ares nodded and asked, "Sir, do you see a screen?" Jayce's face became curious. "What screen, Ares?" he answered.
Ares was shocked that he was the only one who could see it. He shook his head. "Nothing, sir," Jayce told him to get back to work but couldn't shake the worry about what might be happening to him.
[8 HOURS LATER]
After working with the mining team, Ares quickly heads home and asks his little sister.
"Lily, do you see a blue screen?" Ares asked her, staring at the screen.
"What screen, brother? Are you okay?" Lily murmured, her mouth full of kimchi.
Ares was sure that he was the only one who could see it. He shook his head and headed directly to the bathroom to wash his body.
"I CAN SEE IT CLEAR, BUT NOBODY ELSE CAN," he murmured while sitting on the toilet, gazing at his status on the screen.

As he stared at it, he noticed the lowest part of the screen showing his remaining points. Curiosity took over, and he decided to check it out, The details about it then appeared on the screen, giving Ares a clearer understanding of what the remaining points were for.
The remaining points are part of the system for enhancing your abilities, physical, and features to support your growth and progress.
As Arima looked at it, his eyes glinted and widened at the details. He hurried to put his 10 points into strength to enhance his body and make him stronger for work. The remaining points went into his agility to help him finish tasks quickly. All he could think about was work, but it was still a good choice, as now he could join the hunting if he wanted.
