I CAN lift ANY object!

As he was admiring his new skills, his head suddenly felt heavy. A sharp pain surged through him, a reminder of the impact of being slammed into the rock wall.

"Damn it, this monster," Ares said, holding his head in pain.

As he was holding his head in pain, he looked at the screen to buy a potion that could restore his stamina and health.

"Let's see about this store," Ares said, scrolling through the screen as a variety of text appeared.

[Congratulations, You Have killed a challenging foe all by yourself. You are rewarded 10,000 GP for defeating the Midgard serpent alone at your current level.]

[You have reached level 16!]

[Gold Points Store]

Ares' eyes glinted at the GP he received. It was huge for him, and he couldn't believe he had earned so much. It was perfect timing to use it to buy a potion, so he checked out the GP store.

[Basic Gear Set]

Standard clothes or armor set, offering minimal protection but suited for low-level players.

[Battle Armor set]

[Mage's Headband]

A headband that enhances magical concentration and focus, reducing spellcasting time and improving spell damage.

[Healing Potions]

Restores health instantly or over time, depending on the type.

There were so many items that Ares could buy, and most of them were sold at a low GP. He couldn't help but feel excited, his eyes sparkling until the headache cracked again.

"Dammit, I forgot I need a potion," he muttered.

As he looked through the healing potions, Ares found a Vital Surge Elixir and decided to purchase it.

[Vital Surge Elixir]

- Health Restoration: Restores 100% of the user's total health.

- Stamina Restoration: Restores 100% of the user's total stamina.

After he bought it in the store, the elixir bottle appeared in his hand. The emerald green potion was contained in a small cylindrical glass, with silver etching around it.

He drank it immediately. The taste was normal, and his body glowed for a few seconds. Afterward, he felt fully recovered and lighter.

"Woah, it's great!" Ares said, holding the bottle of elixir.

Afterward, he tried his new skill, Void Manipulation, on the body of the serpent. He focused and raised his hand, coating it with black energy.

"UPP!" he shouted, concentrating on lifting the serpent's body from a distance.

As he controlled it, the body of the serpent started to float and move at Ares' will.

"It's cool," Ares said, his eyes glinting in amazement. He couldn't believe such a skill existed.

Ares got an interesting idea and decided to try lifting another object—his steel dagger. He concentrated on it, raising his hand once more, coating it with the black energy. The dagger lit up!

As he tested it with other objects, he measured the range. After a few minutes, he discovered that the radius of his control was 15 meters. This meant he could control anything within that distance.

He could be unstoppable with this skill, and the next day, his little sister Lily noticed that Ares was different. His height had grown a lot, and she couldn't recognize him at first.

Lily couldn't help but stare at Ares, her eyes wide with surprise. "Brother... you look... different. Did you grow taller?" she asked, her voice filled with confusion.

Ares walked in front of Lily and stood up. "Do I?" he asked.

"Yes!" Her hair was tied back in a loose ponytail, her thighs fitted snugly in her shorts, and her waist was thin, around 26 inches, as she looked up at her brother.

Ares couldn't find any other reason but to agree. He just nodded at Lily, patted her head, smiled, and then left the home.

After Ares left, Lily couldn't understand why her brother had grown taller. Maybe it was just because some boys grow taller with work, she thought with a smile.

"Ares, on the other hand, while walking to the dungeon, thinks that this is the time to join a hunting team. He asks Jayce if he knows anyone who can help him join a hunting team."

Ares continued walking, deep in thought. As he approached Jayce, he gathered his courage and asked, "Sir, do you know anyone who could help me join a hunting team?"

"Yeah," Jayce replied, his face filled with curiosity as he asked Ares about it.

"I want to join the hunting team," Ares said, his eyes burning with desire. Jayce gazed at him, studying him for a moment with a thoughtful expression.

Jayce couldn't help but want to help him as he saw the determination in Ares. His red eyes burned with desire. 'Okay, little brat, I'll contact my friends and inform you about it.' Ares' serious expression turned into a gentle smile, and nodded warmly.

After Jayce walked away, Ares turned his head and clenched his fist. "Finally!" His face was full of excitement, and he couldn't wait for it.

After an hour of waiting, Jayce approached Ares and informed him about the details of the hunting team's raid.

"Ares, tomorrow is the raid," Jayce said, his voice serious with a hint of worry. "The hunting team has accepted you as a temporary member. One of their comrades got injured—this is your chance."

"Yes" Ares nodded, excitement and tension mixing within him.

Jayce patted Ares' shoulder. "Be careful, kid. These hunts have been getting more dangerous lately. Stick to the team and don't act recklessly."

"Got it. I'll make sure of it," Ares smirked.

Jayce sighed and let Ares rest for the day.

The outside was still silent, and the morning air was chilly. Except for the other guild members, no people were outside. Ares looked around toward the dungeon gate, where Jayce had given him directions and some information.

After Ares arrived at his destination, the hunting team was already there. Their different hunter suits gleamed under the sunlight.

Gideon, the tank, was a towering man with a muscular build, short-cropped black hair, and a thick beard. His massive Titan's Bulwark armor shone brilliantly under the morning light.

Elara, the mage of the guild, was a slender woman with long, flowing silver hair and sharp violet eyes. Her Celestial Weave robe, an epic-grade garment, shimmered faintly with arcane energy as if woven from the stars.

One of the fighters of the guild was Darius, a lean yet well-built man with wild black hair in a V-shape and a cocky grin. His Crimson Fang battle gear, an epic-grade set, fit snugly against his frame, designed for both speed and strength.

The hunting team had a total of ten members, with Ares being the last and newest addition. He stood slightly shorter than Gideon but carried a cold gaze. Compared to the others, his appearance seemed plain, yet his skill was on another level.

Darius was the leader of the hunting team for today, holding an A-rank title. Three others were also B-rank, while the two tanks matched their strength at the same level. The mage and support team were above C-rank, leaving Ares as the last and lowest-ranked member at E-rank.

As Ares entered the hunting team's guild, the hunters began whispering among themselves about him.

"That's the newcomer?"

"He looks too young."

"Is he joining the raid?."

That's how they treated him—being an E-rank, always received unfair treatment.
