At this hour, there weren't many people around. My muffled cries for help were barely louder than a cat's meow in the bushes.
I felt a chill on my legs, and in the next second, the man's head was smashed by a brick once again.
He let go of me and clutched his head, wailing in pain.
In that instant, my limp body fell into a warm embrace. That familiar scent of tobacco immediately calmed my tense nerves.
"Who dares to ruin my fun?!"
A low, menacing voice sounded in my ear, "Wasn't the last lesson enough for you?"
The man's arrogant tone instantly softened, "G-Garrison?"
Garrison sneered, "Don't let me see you again. Next time, it won't be just a cracked skull. I'll make sure your head and body are in different places."
The man, terrified, covered his head and ran away as fast as he could.
"Are you scared?" Garrison patted my head and pulled up my pants.
