An Ominous Occurrence

"Are you absolutely sure that there is nothing you can do to bring him back from the quest?" 

The hall was so silent that the Baron's voice was the only thing heard in it. 

Some of the soldiers stared at him in sheer confusion. 

Why was he ranting and asking if someone could be called back from the quest when he knew the answer to his question. 

"Baron. They'd need to return by themselves. Either successful or with an illusion chasing after them even back to this realm. If they had made it pass the finish line without finishing off the last attacker, then we are to be on ground to strike them dead" a soldier replied him but tbag hadn't been what the Baron wanted to hear. 

Or so it seemed. 

He walked away from Ed's side he stood. 

There had to be something. 

He frantically walked briskly towards the old man tbag stood at the podium.
