[Age - 17] [Race - Human]

[Gender - Male]

[Cultivation - Body refinement (4th stage)]

[Dimensional Orbs - None]

[Exp - None]

As soon as Lin Shen opened his eyes he saw a blue screen floating in front of him.He blinked several times, unsure if this was some kind of hallucination or if he was really seeing it.

"Is... this for real?" he muttered under his breath. He rubbed his eyes and stared at the floating screen again. Nope. It was still there, glaring at him like some kind of digital demon.

The screen didn't seem to be in any rush, just calmly sitting there like it had all the time in the world.

"Wait... did I just transmigrate into some game or something? Is this a freaking RPG?!" Lin Shen blurted out, incredulous. His mind raced. "I don't even have a choice in the matter! This is... just like the stories!"

His eyes flicked across the screen again, scanning the information.

He noticed the cultivation level immediately: Body Refinement (4th Stage). He had no clue what that meant in this context, but it sounded like the early stages of martial arts cultivation.

He quickly spotted his age: 17. Well, that was a relief—he hadn't been transported to some weird alternate universe as a baby. At least he still had his body, even if it wasn't quite his.

"Huh? But what the hell is this Origin Dimension System, and did I actually get it?" Lin Shen thought to himself. 'Wait, is it because of that speck of light?'

[Ding!]

[The Origin Dimension System's sole purpose is to provide its host with the best cultivation resources. How much you can obtain depends on your capabilities. The reason the host was successfully bound to the system is that the host's soul has complete compatibility with the system and meets its requirements.]

"Oh! So that's it!" Lin Shen was surprised by this revelation.

Lin Shen took a deep breath, trying to steady his racing thoughts. "If this system is really real, there has to be more to it. Maybe I can figure out how to use it."

He focused on the screen in front of him, trying to summon the panel again. His fingers twitched, and he instinctively imagined himself pressing a button in the air. To his surprise, the blue screen flickered and expanded, showing more detailed options.

[Host-Lin Shen] [Title - None ]

[Age - 17] [Race - Human]

[Gender - Male]

[Cultivation - Body refinement (4th stage)]

[Dimensional Orbs - None]

[Exp - None]

[Shop] [Quests] [Gladiator Space]

Lin Shen's eyes widened as he saw the new sections appear. Shop? Quests? Gladiator Space? His mind raced. What did all this mean? He hovered over each option with his fingers, but nothing happened.

"Alright, this is... starting to feel like a game, huh?" Lin Shen muttered, feeling both intrigued and overwhelmed. "But how do I actually use any of this?"

As Lin Shen was still trying to make sense of the system, another notification popped up in front of him.

[Ding!]

[Congratulations! As a new host, you have received a Starter Package.]

Lin Shen blinked. "A starter package? Just like in those online games?"

A new window appeared, displaying the items inside:

[Starter Package Contains:]

Void Absorption Technique

Body Refinement Pill (Enhances Body Refinement Progress)

Venomfang Dagger (Medium-Quality, Coats Blade with Weak Paralysis Poison Upon Contact)

Lin Shen's eyes lit up as he read through the list. "A cultivation technique, a pill, and... a dagger?"

The name Venomfang Dagger instantly caught his attention. He focused on it, and more details appeared:

[Venomfang Dagger] ( Medium Quality)

A blade forged from dark iron, infused with weak toxic energy. Upon striking an enemy, the poison seeps into the wound, causing minor paralysis for a short duration. The effectiveness depends on the opponent's strength and resistance.

Due to its low quality, the poison is weak and ineffective against stronger foes.

Lin Shen smirked. "Well, I guess it's better than nothing."

His gaze then shifted to the Void Absorption Technique. "This should be a method to absorb Spirit Essence, right? If I use this, I might be able to cultivate faster."

Finally, there was the Body Refinement Pill, which could enhance his progress in the Body Refinement Stage.

Lin Shen clenched his fists, excitement building inside him. "Alright, let's see what this system can really do!"

Curious about what else the system had to offer, Lin Shen clicked on the Quests section. A notification instantly popped up:

[There are no quests available.]

"Okay then…" Lin Shen muttered, feeling a little disappointed.

Next, he clicked on the Shop section, but instead of opening, the entire option remained gray and unresponsive. A new notification appeared:

[Insufficient level. Host is unable to access the shop.]

"Huh? Why's that?" Lin Shen asked, frowning.

The system responded immediately:

[To access the shop, host must at least reach the Essence Gathering Realm.]

Lin Shen let out a sigh. "So basically, I'm too weak to even window-shop? Great."

He shook his head and leaned back. At least he had his Starter Package—a cultivation technique, a dagger, and a pill. His path forward was clear: he needed to grow stronger.

Then his gaze landed on the last option: [Gladiator Space].

Looking at it, he muttered, "Now what's this thing?"

The system responded immediately:

[Gladiator Space is a special dimension where the host can grind resources for himself.]

"What?! I have to grind for my own resources?" Lin Shen exclaimed. "Isn't it the system's job to provide them for me?"

[No, host. If the system simply handed you everything, you would never gain real combat experience, never hone your skills, and ultimately never progress effectively.]

Lin Shen clicked his tongue. "So basically, no free lunch, huh?"

Still, curiosity got the better of him. "Then, can I try it?"

[Host is currently unable to access the real Gladiator Space directly. The system suggests using the Training Space until the host meets the requirements.]

"Not again!" Lin Shen groaned, now getting a little frustrated. "First the shop, now this! Just how pitifully weak am I?"

Taking a deep breath, he calmed himself. "Fine. What is the Training Space exactly?"

[Training Space is a simplified and easier version of the real Gladiator Space, where the host can train and adapt before entering true combat scenarios.]

Lin Shen sighed. "Alright then… let's enter the Training Space."

[Are you sure you want to enter Gladiator Space - Training Space?]

[Yes/No]
