Kido Yuuto (The protagonist, source; I'm the only one that can't get laid in this house):- Kido Yuuto was an unremarkable high schooler, forever overshadowed by his two overachieving siblings and doting parents. His ordinary life took a bitter turn when he discovered that his female acquaintances—including his longtime crush—had gotten into relationships with his siblings. Unable to stomach it, he transferred schools, moved out of his family home, and started living alone, clinging to the desperate hope that one day, his own luck might turn around.

But everything changed when a soul from the real world took over Yuuto's body—a soul that was nothing like the original. This new inhabitant carried the weight of his own past, suddenly thrust into an unfamiliar body and a world he had no interest in playing along with. Unlike Yuuto, he refused to conform to society's expectations.

He despised this genre.

And more than anything—he wanted out.

Ayasato Kazane (The neighbour, source; I'm the only one that can't get laid in this house) :- Kazane, a stunning and well-endowed 26-year-old woman, lived with her husband in the apartment next to Yuuto. From the very start, she had nothing but disdain for him. His awkward demeanor, loser vibes, and borderline stalkerish tendencies made him the perfect target for her sharp tongue. She never held back, often calling him a "virgin loser" or a "creepy stalker" without a second thought.

But something changed.

The Yuuto she had written off as a pathetic nobody suddenly seemed... different. His posture, his gaze, even the way he carried himself—it was as if he were a completely different person. And despite herself, she found her once-dismissive attitude beginning to waver.

Nishina Tsukino (The Barber, source; Chitose) – A warm and motherly woman, known for her kindness and gentle nature. Despite being a single mother to a daughter the same age as Yuuto, she maintains an air of elegance and beauty that turns heads. She runs Ber Ber Nishina, a cozy neighborhood barbershop where regulars feel at home.

From the moment she met Yuuto, she took a liking to him, calling him a "good kid." Whether it was his polite demeanor or something deeper she sensed in him, Tsukino found herself treating him with fondness.

Hanamura Sumire (The Damsel, source; Tsuma no surego no Nyuuyokuchuu ni... ~Itsudemo Dakeru giri no Musume ni Renzoku Tanetsuke~):- Sumire Hanamura is the embodiment of kindness and innocence. Gentle, polite, and respectful—even to those who mistreat her—she carries a warmth that makes it difficult for anyone to dislike her. Though naturally meek and soft-spoken, her passion for fashion brings out a rare, excitable side of her, where she momentarily forgets her shyness.

Yuuto once saved her from a troubling situation, and something about his gaze that day left a lasting impression on her. To Sumire, he became her savior, someone she now holds in deep admiration. She hopes to one day repay him for his kindness, even if she isn't sure how.

She lives with her mother and stepfather, to whom she feels a strong sense of gratitude, believing she owes him for the life he has given them.

Oga Masaru (The blonde Douche, source; Ajisai no Chiru Koro ni):- Masaru Oga is a delinquent with a cunning mind and a deeply twisted sense of pleasure. Sadistic and manipulative, he harbors a perverse obsession with purity—finding joy in corrupting and breaking those who embody innocence, especially beautiful and naive girls. To him, nothing is more satisfying than reshaping something pure into something depraved.

His encounter with Kido Yuuto left him unsettled. Unlike the typical prey he manipulates, Yuuto was unreadable, unpredictable. That single meeting was enough for Masaru to start taking precautions, wary of the strange and dangerous presence that now stood between him and his latest fixation—Hanamura Sumire.

Kido Itsuki (Lord chancellor of Pretentiousness, source; I'm the only one that can't get laid in this house):– The golden child of the Kido family, Itsuki is talented, handsome, and effortlessly charismatic. He has always been the one in the spotlight, excelling in both academics and social life, while his younger brother, Yuuto, remained in his shadow.

Itsuki's relationship with Yuuto was never one of outright hostility, but he always viewed him as the timid, underachieving little brother who needed guidance. His involvement with Yuuto's crush, Honda, was something he never gave much thought to—after all, in his eyes, Yuuto was just a naive kid who didn't know what was best for him.

However, the sudden and drastic change in Yuuto's personality has thrown Itsuki off balance. The once submissive little brother is now distant, sharp, and unpredictable. Itsuki finds himself frustrated and confused, believing Yuuto is simply being difficult for the sake of rebellion. But beneath that frustration lies an unsettling truth—he no longer understands the brother he once thought he had figured out.

Mibu Aoi (The unsettling Junior, source; Saimin Musume to tennen Mama):– A first-year student at Hoshikawa Academy, Aoi is an exceptionally beautiful girl with a voluptuous figure that naturally draws attention. Like Yuuto, she is a transfer student—an unusual occurrence this late into the school year, making her presence all the more intriguing.

Despite her outward charm, there's an air of mystery surrounding Aoi. She carries herself with an almost unshakable composure, her demeanor calm yet unreadable. But what unsettles Yuuto the most are her eyes—there's something in them that he can't quite place. A silent depth, an emotion or knowledge that feels just out of reach.

Kano-sensei (The Slutty Teacher, source; Fellatio Kenkyuubu | Fellatio Fesearch Department) – The enigmatic and alluring homeroom teacher of Class 2-D, Kano-sensei is a woman who effortlessly commands attention. With her striking beauty and an almost hypnotic presence, she carries an air of seduction that keeps her students both captivated and wary.

Yuuto, in particular, feels an unease whenever her gaze lingers on him. Whispers of her "punishments" circulate among students, vague yet ominous.

Yuuto isn't sure what her game is, but one thing is clear—he needs to tread carefully around Kano-sensei.

---

Kazami Souta (The Overly Friendly Parasite, source; Netokano) – A cheerful and persistently sociable young man, Kazami has an unshakable belief that no one should be alone. Despite his average looks and below-average grades, his energy and enthusiasm make him stand out.

He sees Yuuto as someone lonely and in need of a friend, and he takes it upon himself to fill that role—whether Yuuto wants him to or not. His relentless attempts at conversation and casual invitations to hang out quickly become a source of irritation for Yuuto.

There's something about Kazami that reminds Yuuto of his old landlord—an overly familiar, slightly intrusive presence that grates on his nerves. Still, for all his annoyance, Yuuto has to admit that Kazami isn't a bad guy. If nothing else, he's persistent.

---

Hori Keisuke (The Plain Romeo, source; Chitose) – A completely average guy in every way, Hori blends into the background with his unremarkable looks and quiet demeanor. As part of Kazami's clique, he often finds himself dragged into situations he'd rather avoid, but he never complains.

Despite his plainness, Hori harbors a one-sided love for his childhood friend. Lacking the confidence to confess, he settles for staying close to her under the pretense of friendship. At her request—and as an excuse to spend more time with her—he joined the art club, though he has no particular talent for it.

Suzumori Mizuki (Future Ace of the Track Team, source; Netokano) – A strikingly beautiful, tanned girl with an athletic build, Mizuki is a powerhouse on the track team. Driven and competitive, she has her sights set on becoming the ace of the team and refuses to settle for anything less.

As Kazami's childhood friend, she shares an easygoing bond with him, though Yuuto has noticed a certain fondness in the way she interacts with Kazami—something the boy himself seems oblivious to. Unlike many others, Mizuki has taken a liking to Yuuto's blunt nature, finding his straightforward attitude refreshing rather than off-putting. Though she doesn't know much about him yet, she's intrigued by the way he carries himself, sensing that there's more to him than meets the eye.

Nishina Chitose (The Artist, source; Chitose) – A lively and outgoing girl with a passion for drawing, Chitose is a proud member of the art club. She possesses a natural charm that makes her easy to get along with, and her laid-back personality allows her to navigate social circles effortlessly.

Her mother, Nishina Tsukino, runs the Ber Ber Nishina shop—a place Yuuto has visited before. Tsukino has spoken highly of Yuuto, praising him as a good kid and entrusting Chitose with the task of showing him around. Though she doesn't know much about him yet, she's curious about the boy her mother seems to approve of.

Chitose is also the childhood friend of Hori Keisuke, who harbors unspoken feelings for her. However, she remains oblivious to his affections, viewing him solely as a cherished friend. To her, Hori is someone kind and dependable—someone she deeply values but has never considered in a romantic light.

Mifuyu Yukine (Yukihime, source; Hitozukiai ga Nigate na Miboujin no Yukionna-san to Noroi no Yubiwa):- Mifuyu Yukine is a breathtakingly beautiful woman, her ethereal presence making her seem almost untouchable. She is a Yuki-onna, a Snow Woman from folklore, often shrouded in fear and distance due to her ominous reputation.

Once married, Mifuyu experienced love and warmth, but that happiness was lost when her husband mysteriously left her. Now, she waits, singing a sorrowful melody that drifts through the night, hoping he will return.

Living in the same apartment complex as Yuuto, their first encounter was brief yet impactful. One night, he heard her sorrowful song, which left a profound impression on him as the temperature dropped. Mifuyu remains an enigmatic figure, wrapped in snow and sorrow, longing for the past.
