"You'll be spending the night here," said Seriphina as she opened the door to the room.
Standing beside her were Rashin and Daki, who clung to her master.
Since her new guests would be spending some time in her abode, Seriphina had her workers carefully prepare a room for them.
The room was big, with a master bed and various decorations adorning the walls.
Stepping into the room, Rashin took a second to look around.
"Thank you," he replied.
Seriphina smiled. "Make yourself at home."
Daki followed, standing behind her master again.
Seeing that her guest had settled in, Seriphina closed the door.
'Why... does my heart seem afraid of that man?' Seriphina rested her back against the wall, her face etched with worry.
Since the very first time she saw Rashin, she had always felt the urge to keep her distance from him.
It was as if her own body was rejecting him, even though she was clearly attracted to him.
