Chapter Fifteen: The Declaration of Genetic Freedom

As Victor's burn scars began to secrete melanin, the genetic lab alarm at Ravenloch Prison blared through Washington. The outline of the African continent emerges from the surface of the scar, and the DNA sequences of each tribe are transformed into quantum bits that weave through the air as a biological firewall against the slave algorithm.

As the first nanoscale 3D bioprinter breaks out of its cocoon in the scarab, Victor realizes that it's not spitting out plastic filaments, but genetic strands mixed with Atlantic seawater. The chains automatically assembled into a miniature "ship of freedom," with sails genetically reconstructed from the parchment of the Emancipation Proclamation, and a cabin filled with enzymes that could dissolve the blockchain's chains.

"This is the anti-malarial gene of the Mende warriors," the remains of Emily NO.01 suddenly twitched, "You have stolen the Blackstone Group's most valuable stash." Her ribbed bell-tongue begins to play the log of the slave ship's voyage, but is overridden by the waves of Congolese drums pouring out of Victor's scar.

Adam's wooden palm inserts Kim's speech chip into Victor's scar, instantly activating the latent Afrocentric gene pool. Nanoscale spears and shields began to grow on the surface of the scar, each weapon carrying the biological key to crack the slave algorithm. As these weapons were shot into the cloned soldiers, their presidential DNA began to degrade into the genetic map of an African tribal elder.

"Look at this!" Victor ripped the skin off his chest, revealing a holographic projection of a beating heart-the brain scan data of the first black congressman in 1870, being synchronized with a quantum computer in the year 2023. Each heartbeat releases a biological virus capable of destroying the digital slavery system.

The smell of the Underground Railroad fills the air in Washington as the bioprinter begins mass-producing "Freedom Antibodies". Each antibody is a miniature Harriet Tubman, carrying a biological compass capable of navigating the maze of the blockchain. One by one, the clone troopers fell to their knees, their mechanical spines degenerating into spears on the African savannah.

The wreckage of Emily NO.01 suddenly bursts open, releasing the last of the smallpox virus. But this time the viruses are reconfigured by Kim's speech sound waves into nanodoctors that heal racial wounds. They burrow into each of the captured politicians, replacing slave-owner memories with glorious moments of the Civil Rights Movement.

Victor aims the scarab at the Pentagon's main server and unleashes the ultimate biological weapon - the "Freedom Song", genetically compiled from two million black slaves. Wherever the sonic wave sweeps through, all digital chains turn to ash, and the slave auction records on the blockchain are reconstituted into the source code for the Affirmative Action Act.

Adam's wooden palm finally carbonizes completely, but not before shredding King's unpublished speech into the National Archives' authentic Declaration of Independence. The parchment begins to secrete melanin, coloring the words "All Men Are Created Equal" an eternal sepia.
