Not much time passed when the girl in the red hood and the green-haired guy in the white robe came out of the forest and arrived at the girl's city.

There were two guards standing in front of the entrance to the city.

When Rose and Adam approached them, the girl smiled sweetly and greeted them.

"Uncle Hans, I'm back!" - Rose said.

"Ahh, the young adventurer has completed the mission!?"

Rose and the guard were talking about something of their own, while Adam noticed how the second guard nervously glanced at the red cap and blushed slightly.

Noticing this, Adam mentally chuckled.

(Hmm... Interesting... I guess I can experiment with this~) - he thought to himself and walked up to him, smiled sweetly and leaned slightly.

"My name is Adam Blake, nice to meet you!" - he extended his hand.

The second guard shuddered and looked at him with a nervous smile, shaking his hand.

"Hey Rose, who is this guy? What, have you already found yourself a boyfriend?~" - Hans whispered to her with a grin. Gray frowned at his words, which did not go unnoticed by Adam.

"You'd think Uncle Hans. Adam is a traveler who accidentally ended up in the Oberyn forest. He is a traveler and I offered him to stay the night with me!"

"Ha ha ha, so that's how it is!" Hans laughed.

Although Hans seemed friendly, Adam could feel a threat from him for a moment. He squeezed the syringes, preparing for any threat.

"By the way, Uncle Hans! Is dad at home?" Rose asked with a smile on her face.

Hans calmed down and looked at the girl.

"He went to Alford to get a healer, so he will be gone for 2 weeks."

Hearing this, Rose frowned, but then smiled again.

"Understood, then we will go home!" she said and took Adam's hand, leading him into her house.

When they left, Hans and Gray watched them go, both looking serious.

Gray flinched from the unexpected question and blushed deeply.

"W-what are you talking about, Sir Hans??? I-I'm jealous? Who? I'm not jealous of anyone!!!" - Gray stuttered and tried to deny his words.

Hans only laughed at the guy's reaction, then looked again at where Rose and Adam had been standing.

(Hmm... I don't like him... My intuition tells me that this guy is far from being as simple as he seems...) - Hans thought to himself.

Rose was showing Adam around the city on the way home. They walked through the market full of people and merchants.

Soon they arrived at Rose's house and opening the door, they entered.

The house was quite spacious, despite its shabby appearance.

"Mom, I'm back!" Rose said, entering the house.

"Come on Adam. I'll introduce you!" - having said this, the girl went to the upper floor.

The green-haired guy followed her. On the way, he looked around the house, which was quite cozy.
