Mahoraga stood up, his head facing the planet-sized golden helm in the sky as it was approaching the final eighth to complete a full rotation. Only a few more hours and it would complete its rotation.
*Rumble*
*Rumble*
All the walls suddenly began rumbling and cracking. Concrete fell to reveal the crystalised bodies of more skinless titans. An incredibly vast number of skinless titans.
And behind them, a giant on nothing but bones formed with incredibly long hair. Instead of standing on his own legs, the supergiant was standing on his ribs which had extended to the ground in a grotesque shape.
However, Mahoraga was not interested in the skinless giants, not the bone super-giant. No. There was something connecting all of them together. That was the Ravings he had been hearing for a while now.
"Haha! You finally reveal yourself after almost an entire day of trying to affect me? Good! Let the battle commence!" Mahoraga bellowed before launching himself at the skinless giants.
Who would turn down a fun fight?
*Bam*
*Boom*
As the skinless giants slowly began approaching him, with their disproportionally large feet and legs in terms of thickness but not length, insanely thin but long arms, and comically small heads, Mahoraga punched out randomly.
Each punch took a few of the skinless giants with it, destroying them down to their very atoms, leaving nothing behind. The ground quaked violently as Mahoraga; the ancient beast of overwhelming power, tore through the ranks of the Colossal Titans like a force of nature given flesh.
Seeming an ant to their size, its sheer presence dwarfed the lumbering giants, its diminutive stature leaving behind after-images. With a single swing of its fist, an entire Titan's upper body exploded into a mist of blood and searing steam, chunks of molten flesh raining down like hellfire.
The great helms above its head spun ominously, adapting effortlessly to the Titans' heat and resilience. Another punch; faster than the eye could follow, crashed into another Titan's chest, sending its entire torso rocketing backward while its legs crumpled to the ground. The shockwave alone shattered nearby buildings and sent smaller debris flying for miles.
Mahoraga rampaged through the horde with terrifying efficiency, its strikes precise yet merciless. One Titan attempted to grab it, only for its arm to be torn off with a brutal backhand, the limb disintegrating before it even hit the ground.
With a single downward smash, Mahoraga drove another Titan's skull deep into the earth, the force causing the ground to split and tremble.
Steam choked the battlefield, mixing with the red haze of destruction. The very landscape was reshaped beneath Mahoraga's unrelenting blows, leaving nothing but broken Titans and shattered earth in its wake.
…
'No… this is not working…' Eren thought to himself as he observed the destruction occurring around the white alien.
He watched in sheer disbelief as Mahoraga; a figure no larger than an ordinary man, tore through the Colossal Titans with impossible strength.
The sight defied all logic; these towering behemoths, capable of levelling civilizations with their sheer presence, were being slaughtered by something so small it barely reached their ankles.
And yet, size meant nothing.
A single punch from Mahoraga shattered a Titan's knee, sending the colossal body toppling forward before another effortless strike obliterated its head in a cloud of blood and steam. Another Titan attempted to crush him underfoot, only for Mahoraga to leap, driving a fist straight through its leg, severing it like brittle clay.
The shockwaves of his attacks tore through the battlefield, rupturing the ground and sending molten chunks of Titan flesh flying in all directions.
Eren's mind raced, but there was no answer.
No countermeasure.
The Rumbling, his final trump card, was meaningless. The Titans, once the embodiment of destruction itself, were nothing more than helpless cattle before an unstoppable predator.
Despair crept into his chest, constricting like a vice. His greatest weapon had become worthless. His dream of annihilation was slipping away, and there was nothing he could do to stop it.
…
*Boom*
With most of the population within the walled city killed in the battle between the titans and Mahoraga, silence ensued as the white alien killed the final colossal titan. Now, only he remained.
The people on Paradise island no longer living. At least, a vast majority of them were dead. The few who survived, would remain scarred for life. The sheer destruction that had occurred this day would not allow them to live guilt-free. Perhaps, they might not even be able to continue their lineage.
With such few individuals, the population would likely collapse on its own.
'Heh…' Eren chuckled as his breath heaved, the strain from activating the rumbling meant he would be dying soon anyways.
"I… I did everything I could… and it still wasn't enough. Huff. Huff. The curse, the curse was never this power. Nor was it our bloodline. Perhaps… the curse was hope. Hope that there would be a different tomorrow. Hope that something would change. Hope of something better…" Eren chuckled as his skeletal body sublimated into steam as the white alien approached him slowly.
*Creak*
*Thud*
The planet-sized helm suddenly completed a full rotation and merged back into the hundreds of other small helms above the creature.
Eren, whose gaze had turned hopeless, suddenly regained clarity. However, it was soon filled with confusion.
What was he doing here? Why was he feeling so weak? What was the creature slowly walking to him? What about his mother? His father? Mikasa? Armin?
Questions raced through his mind as the memories of the future vanished from his mind, his plans turning to smoke and the abilities of the attack titan no longer working on Mahoraga.
"Your resistance was amusing, but ultimately pointless. Now, child, take me to the Ravings," it spoke to young Eren.
"Who?"
"Hmph. This," the creature spoke while placing its palm on Eren's face.
Everything was suddenly stretched around them. Matter pulled beyond what it could possibly stretch and their minds and bodied spaghettified as well.
Mahoraga had rapidly adapted to this within a few seconds of it, but did not fight it as he wanted to go to the source of the ravings.
Then, he could fight it, the Inextinguishable Ravings!
*Thud*
The two landed on sand under a night sky, but Mahoraga instantly turned to a direction. It was the source. The calling he had been feeling for quite some time now.
It was a glowing tree?

Note: In case you have not caught on yet, I have merged the Source of All Living Things from Attack on Titan, with the Inextinguishable Ravings Great Old One from Lotm. I felt it was a nice combination and fit somewhat well, a being wanting to forever remain in its own paradise unlike other Great Old Ones. I will explain more next chapter, but I hope you people enjoy!
