Beginning of the Date
It was early in the morning on a Saturday and Alex was currently in Shana's room as they prepared for their date.
"And you're only telling me this just now?" Shana glared at Alex while lifting him off the ground by his collar.
"You'll tear it! It'll break!" Alex desperately pulled on her hands gripping his collar to stop his shirt from tearing.
What Shana was so angry about was he had deliberately hid the fact she would be able to see and interact with his system.
As for why he was telling her now, the reason was twofold. First of all, she was going to find out sooner or later, so it was better to get it over with and come clean. Additionally, Alex had spent all his sin points on getting a vial of Life Evolutionary Fluid as well as his new skills, so she wouldn't be able to spend them all like Vanessa did whenever she was unhappy.
"Show me," Shana stated as she let him go.
Alex breathed a sigh of relief with both his feet back on the ground before remorsefully tugging on his collar that had now been irreparably stretched.
Sitting on the side of her bed, Alex waited for her to sit beside him before willing his system panel open for her to see.

Shana scrunched her brow before asking in a dangerous tone, "I'm a trainee maid, am I?"
"Ahem," Alex cleared his throat nervously, wrapping his arm around her waist and attempting. "That is just the system, I have no control over that."
The blonde girl had met Lilia by now and wasn't surprised to see her in his system, but she quickly honed in on Vanessa's 'Advancement Quest' and opened it out of curiousity.
"Why does she have this and I don't?"
Alex shook his head helplessly and explained, "It is to do with affection. I don't know how it is measured but I need to grow your affection for me to trigger the advancement quest."
Shana shot him a silent glare as this indicated Vanessa liked him more than she did.
"We haven't even had our first time," Alex continued to explain while looking her in the eyes. "Right now, I am dependent on all of you, but I plan to change that and have you depend on me."
"...There just hasn't been a good time to do it yet."
Shana's previous dour mood melted as her ears turned red in embarrassment. She knew this was something that was going to happen sooner or later, and mentally prepped herself in secret, but her morals interfered with her every time and caused her to shy away.
"I will make time. Today, just do as you're told."
Alex grabbed her shoulders and forcibly kissed her, suppressing any protest of hers.
"I love you, Shana."
The girl's resistance completely melted at these tender words and she whispered in reply, "I love you, too."

Shana and Alex were currently walking through the an open commercial district several suburbs away.
The district had everything fantasy; emporiums of spiritual herbs and gallerias of enchanted gemstones, store fronts for dwarven clans who imported weapons and armor from their blacksmith's off-realm, and potion makers who concocted everything from body reinforcing elixirs to hair regrowth tonics. This was only naming a few.
Unlike the tightly packed neon electronics world of Undercity, this area was much more open with larger stores and rarely a building above two or three stories tall.
As today was a date, Shana had abandoned her usual sports attire for a dark blue skirt and a white singlet. Her bust was a little disappointing, but Alex still had to swallow nervously as he kept secretly stealing glances at her wheat tan shoulders, neck and upper chest.
This was especially the case when she raised her arms to fix her ponytail that had come loose, exposing her underarms to his gaze.
"I can't believe this is what you call a date," Shana rolled her eyes and clung to his arm.
His sneaky glances on her were not as subtle as he had thought they were, but she remained silent and didn't point it out. Instead, she subtly tugged her shirt a little lower and leaned so he would be able to see more cleavage.
The two had currently been going around the store looking for work. A couple of stores were interested in Shana, given her natural beauty, but the goal was for Alex to get a job
"I want to do more with you, but I have no money. Until I can become a Realm Pioneer, I need to start earning money another way."
"I still don't agree to you joining the-"
"Shana? Is that you?" A masculine voice suddenly cut off Shana who stopped talking and abruptly turned her head.
Alex also turned and saw a moderately attractive man wearing spectacles. He had brown hair and a good physique, but was a bit short compared to other men their age and only an inch or two taller than Shana.
His name was ironically also Alex, Alex Longrunner, but instead of an intimacy system, he had a superpower that enabled him to summon and control flying swords.
Other Alex was a classmate of Shana and was someone who also had a superpower.
"Alex?" Shana responded, quickly releasing her step brother with her ears turning red in shame at someone she knows seeing her and her step-brother together, "are you doing some shopping?"
"No, I work part time nearby at Ironclaw Blades selling swords and armor. I was just heading out for some lunch," Other Alex chuckled as he responded, his gaze one of relief after hearing she was with her brother and not some boyfriend. "Would you two like to join me?"
Shana turned her head and looked at Alex from approval before stating, "Sure, we were just getting hungry."
As they walked towards a nearby tea shop, other Alex bore witness to Alex giving lusty gazes towards women they went past, attracting scowls from the more attentive species such as elves and even a girl with cat ears who hissed and cursed in a foreign language.
Other Alex remembered the rumors about Alex before he was apparently expelled and would normally be someone to intervene and stop him, but he remained calm as Shana kept complaining about his behavior while punching him. He even considered if he should do it himself to get the same treatment. It would be painful, but it would bring them closer together, right?
