Completing the First Quest
"How close are you to finishing converting your qi?" Alex asked in the middle of the train ride as Vanessa was sitting astride his lap.
"It would already be done if you didn't let that whore feed on you every night!"
Alex nervously chuckled, feeling the resentment she had been building up from the past several nights. It was true, he had been dragged away by Lilia and had been left completely drained every time.
The pink haired succubus in question was currently sitting opposite them, wearing a black punk shirt with an inked white skull on it, a skirt that was too short and black stockings. She was happily eating a small creamy pastry Alex bought her from the coach attendant selling food, seductively licking her lips whenever she got cream on them.
Lilia only did this when Alex was looking though, an act that was clearly deliberate, and certainly effective as he prodded the black haired beauty on his lap through his pants.
"Come with me, let's hurry up and finish!"
Alex grabbed Vanessa's wrist and led the way to the end of the carriage. To onlookers on the train, it appeared he was dragging her to the private space between carriages for a discussion, but the actual goal was the toilet that was just as small as one on a plane.
One of them was already excited due to the succubus' ongoing teasing, while the other quickly got into the mood and surrendered their body.
Vanessa was the cool beauty most of the time, but now she was turning into a slovenly mess. The cubicle didn't have much room to move with two people in it, so she was standing with one leg wrapped around his waist.
"If you are too loud, everyone will hear us..."
"Shut it," Vanessa mumbled as while digging her nails into his back and biting into his shoulder, jolts of electric-like pleasure rocketing through her body and muddling her mind.
The cultivator almost forgot to cycle her dual cultivation art and was simply letting her mind turn blank in pleasure. However, she secretly emitted her qi and sealed the cubicle from any sounds escaping.
Alex grabbed the leg that was wrapped around his waist and lifted it up over his shoulder, causing Vanessa to lean back against the wall and give Alex a better view of the battle down south. He relentlessly slammed on the castle gate time and again with his siege weapon until he managed to break through and force his way into her lair.
The gate was too narrow for the weaponry, but all the soldiers poured out and laid their claim over every part of this fort.
Vanessa grabbed his collar and pulled him close before forcefully kissing him, her tongue dominating over his as her body lightly spasmed.
Alex, whose stamina was still going strong despite one deployment of troops, lifted her other leg up and ended up holding her in a position with her back hard against the wall and her legs in a wide M shape. With her feet off the ground, her body was entirely under his control as he slammed his hips into hers rhythmically.
Vanessa was moaning with increasing volume while the strength in her hands grew more unrestrained. While her hips were his plaything, his face was hers. She showered him with kisses, exchanging saliva and when she reached her tipping point, curled her fingers and dug them into the back of his head.
"Darling, I love you, I love you so much!"

The duo having a bathroom escapade returned to their seat calmly, Vanessa now back to her cool beauty appearance with the exception of some slightly rosy cheeks and small pool of Alex swirling about inside of her.
The passengers on the train suspected nothing, but Lilia and Shana knew exactly what happened. Shana seemed to be fixing her ponytail and happened to move closer to him, ending up resting against him as she silently demanded his attention.
This was fine for now as Vanessa was busy cultivating the Fire and Ice Duality Scripture to finish transferring the last of her qi into frostfire qi.
The efforts paid off as while Shana was shyly scratching at his hand with her fingers and resting her head on his shoulders, he received a notification that her and the girls could see.

Alex could feel some imaginary fireworks going off in his head in celebration, some sort of side effect from the system. At the same time a subtle, yet distinct qi that both stung the skin like hot needles yet at the same time felt cold washed through the cabin from Vanessa before slowly ebbing away.
They weren't the only ones who felt it either, two of the passengers on the train glancing over in annoyance.

Both the cultivation upgrade and reward box were clickable items, so Alex first pressed on the cultivation upgrade.

Alex looked at the options and upon seeing Vanessa narrowing her eyes at him, asked, "Is there a correct answer?"
"There is," She didn't hesitate to respond.

Alex thought about it and this would cause her to instantly shoot to the 9th layer of qi refinement, definitely a massive reward.
"Try again."
Guess not.
"Number 2?"
"Correct," Vanessa smiled warmly, but there was still a hint that if he dared choose anything else, he was in for a world of pain.
He selected this option and a translucent light shot into the cultivator's body, leading her to raise her brow in surprise as she looked at her body as if to look for any differences.
He then clicked on the reward box and received three items.

The Foundation establishment pill was useless to him, but useful for Vanessa. This would have especially been the case if he had chosen the three minor realm cultivation upgrade, pushing her near to the Foundation Establishment stage.
He also received two thick instruction manuals. The first covered everything from storing and preparing materials as well as how to use them to make a bunch of different talismans that could be activated by simply tearing them in half. The second was a bunch of formations, from illusions to defensive arrays, and of course there had to be ones which increased fertility.
Alex wasn't overly surprised that the gift box from Vanessa's upgrade quest contained cultivator specific items, but he was surprised that they were mostly normal. At least, normal when compared to the what was typically seen in his [Store].
After receiving all the items, he looked over and saw a system screen had opened up before Vanessa.

Alex felt an instinctive awareness that the options given were based on previous actions leading up to the class upgrade. The two options were pretty straight forward, but would lead down separate paths. He didn't know which was better though as they both went down entirely different trees.
Vanessa didn't take long though and pressed her finger on [Combat Maid] before looking at Alex and stating, "This is better for me to protect you."

Alex, Vanessa, Shana and Lilia disembarked the train at a rural station. There was only a handful of other passengers who also got off before they ambled towards the exit of the platform while barely sparing a glance towards the group.
Alex took in a deep breath and filled his lungs with the kind of clean air that could only be found in rural locations, vigor filling his chest.
"The air here is no different from where we live," Vanessa rolled her eyes while metaphorically popping his balloon.
"Eh, I thought this was why cultivators prefer rural areas, because the air was cleaner and the qi richer."
"You have read too many books darling. The qi is not richer here, but it is slightly richer in the mountains, especially when it is accumulated by grand formations that there is no room to set up in densely populated areas."
Vanessa pointed towards the distant mountains covered in greenery. Alex thought he could see someone flying around above it, but it was merely a speck and the moment he focused his gaze, it was gone.
While there was still the electronic archway which would scan him and charge his account the transport fee, and the occasional billboard with the latest popular movie poster advertisement, it was a big change from suburbia and more densely populated areas which were bustling with activity and the cold white glow of neutral ether lamps.
Alex, feeling particularly free wrapped one arm around Shana, and the other Vanessa. His hands were particularly mischievous and squeezed a hill and mountain each to farm some Sin Points.

"W-we're standing out in public!" Shana snapped her head and hissed, although making no moves to stop him.
Alex looked at her in the eyes and she felt her heart flutter while subconsciously subtly rubbing her thighs together.

Vanessa remained indifferent, allowing Alex to have his way with her body while inwardly gleeful at his touch. Despite he steady expression, she was in fact still giddy from their quick trip to the bathroom with the memory still vivid.
"So how do we get to the sect?" Alex asked, making sure to squeeze his hand to indicate who he was talking to.
"Taxi, of course."
