AN UNEXPECTED DISCOVERY AND A SILENT REVENGE

Weeks had passed since Diana's grand birthday celebration in North Korea. The memories of that masked event still lingered, but no one suspected the truth hidden behind those unexpected reunions.

Diana, now a renowned and influential artist, received an official invitation from Dylan and his team to discuss a potential musical collaboration. A major international project was in the works, and Diana's presence was crucial. Her popularity, talent, and unique voice made her a highly sought-after artist, and Dylan knew that working with her could elevate their group even further.

At first, Diana hesitated to accept the invitation. The idea of meeting Dylan and his friends in a professional setting slightly unsettled her. Even though she didn't consciously recognize them, a strange feeling crept over her whenever she saw them—a feeling of déjà vu, as if she had known them in another life.

But, true to herself, Diana decided to accept. Not out of friendship, but out of strategy. She wanted to learn more about these men who seemed to be following her path. More than that, her instincts told her this meeting would reveal something important.

An Unexpected Visit to Dylan's Villa

A few days later, Diana arrived at Dylan's lavish villa, located in an exclusive neighborhood far from the hustle and bustle of the big cities. The residence, massive and luxurious, was a testament to his success in the music industry.

Upon her arrival, Dylan greeted her with a confident smile and a firm handshake. Despite the years that had passed, he still carried the same charisma, the same energy that had always set him apart from others.

"Diana, it's an honor to have you here. I hope you had a good trip." he said, inviting her inside.

"Thank you, Dylan. Yes, everything went well. I'm looking forward to discussing this project with you and your team." she replied with a professional smile.

They settled into a vast living room with a panoramic view of the ocean. Thomas and Jasper were also present, ready to talk business. The discussion began quickly, each person sharing their vision for what promised to be one of the biggest collaborations of the year.

But as Dylan spoke passionately about the project, Diana, seized by sudden curiosity, discreetly observed the room. Her gaze was drawn to a wooden shelf filled with framed photographs.

She slowly walked towards it, leaving the conversation behind. Her heart pounded slightly when she spotted an old picture among the others.

It was a childhood photo. An old image of four children laughing together—a boy with brown hair and a rebellious gaze, another with a bright smile, and two more boys looking playful and carefree.

She immediately recognized the little girl in the picture. It was her.

And the three boys standing around her were none other than Dylan, Thomas, and Jasper.

A shock ran through her. A whirlwind of conflicting emotions. How was this possible? How could it be that the men she was now discussing contracts and business with were the same boys she had once called her best friends?

Her breath caught for a moment, but she quickly regained her composure. She couldn't react. Not now.

She turned away from the shelf and rejoined Dylan and the others, masking her turmoil behind a flawless smile.

The Choice of Silence: A Revenge in the Making

For the rest of the discussion, Diana said nothing about what she had just discovered. She listened attentively to Dylan, nodded at his words, and spoke with professionalism. But deep down, a decision had just been made: she wouldn't tell them anything.

They had forgotten her.

They had abandoned her without a goodbye, without searching for her, while she had gone through one of the worst times of her life. She had grown up alone, suffered after her mother's death, nearly died of hunger and illness in that empty house. Meanwhile, they had pursued their dreams, made a name for themselves, and never once tried to find out what had happened to her.

An old pain resurfaced, but this time, she didn't let it consume her. No. This pain would become her strength.

Diana decided she would take her revenge. Not by yelling, not by confronting them. No. She would make them regret forgetting her, in her own way.

She would make Dylan grow attached to her, make him trust her completely. She would slowly get closer to Thomas and Jasper, making them believe she was a true friend, never letting them suspect the truth.

And then, at the perfect moment, she would make them pay.

But for now, she simply finished the meeting with a perfect smile, expertly hiding everything going on in her mind.

The Departure and the Start of a Dangerous Game

When the meeting ended, Dylan walked Diana to the door.

"I really hope this project works out. It would be an honor to work with you." he said sincerely.

Diana gave him a charming smile, but her gaze was deeper, almost enigmatic.

"I think this will be a very interesting experience, Dylan. Very interesting." she replied softly.

He had no idea what she was really thinking.

As she left the villa and got into her luxury car, she cast one last glance back at the house.

She murmured to herself:

"You forgot me... but I never forgot you."

Then, without another word, she started the engine and disappeared into the night, leaving behind a past she intended to resurrect... in her own way.
