A week had passed since Ethan's fateful battle with All Might, and his recovery had been nothing short of astounding. Thanks to his Perfect Body, his muscles adapted rapidly, his reflexes honed at an unnatural speed, and his stamina grew to levels even he hadn't expected. Every day, he trained relentlessly, refining his combat skills under All Might's guidance, pushing his body beyond what most would consider possible.
All Might, despite his own limitations, proved to be an exceptional teacher. He wasn't just showing Ethan how to fight—he was teaching him how to control his strength, how to strategize, how to predict his opponent's movements, and how to maximize efficiency with every strike. Ethan's Weapon Mastery allowed him to quickly understand the techniques, and within days, he was already moving like a seasoned fighter rather than someone who had relied purely on overwhelming force.
On the seventh day of training, Ethan was effortlessly executing combinations that had taken other heroes years to master. He finished a brutal sparring session, landing on his feet gracefully after a powerful exchange with All Might.
"Young Ethan, your progress is... incredible," All Might admitted, breathing heavily despite having been holding back. "You truly are a monster."
Ethan smirked, rolling his shoulders. "Yeah, I get that a lot."
All Might chuckled, then his expression turned serious. "There's something I need to discuss with you."
Ethan raised an eyebrow, waiting for him to continue.
"The students at U.A. have been asking about you," All Might explained. "They saw our battle, and curiosity has spread among them. Some are eager to meet you, others are skeptical. As you're around their age, I think it's time you met them properly."
Ethan considered it for a moment before shrugging. "Sure, why not? Should be interesting."
All Might nodded. "Good. But before you go in, a word of caution—some of them can be... a bit much. A few are rough around the edges, especially young Bakugo. He can be rude, but deep down, he has a strong sense of justice. Don't take his attitude too personally."
Ethan smirked. "Rude, huh? Sounds like my kind of guy."
The next day, Ethan followed All Might to U.A. High, stepping into the bustling halls filled with aspiring heroes. As he walked toward Class 1-A's homeroom, he could feel the curious gazes of students falling on him, whispering to each other. His heart pounded with excitement. Holy shit. I'm actually here. U.A. High. Class 1-A. These are THE characters I watched back in my world. He had to force himself to stay calm, but inside, he was practically geeking out.
When they entered the classroom, all eyes turned to him. Some of the students looked excited, others suspicious.
A girl with short brown hair and a warm smile was the first to speak. "Hi! You must be Ethan! I'm Ochaco Uraraka. Nice to meet you!"
Ethan gave a nod. "Likewise."
A tall boy with glasses stood up formally. "I am Tenya Iida, the class representative. Welcome to U.A. High! We saw your battle with All Might—it was most impressive!"
Ethan grinned. "Oh? So you guys saw that? Well, I do aim to entertain."
Before Ethan could respond further, a spiky-haired blonde slammed his hands on his desk, his sharp red eyes locked onto Ethan. "Tch. Another extra. Don't think just 'cause you fought All Might, you're better than me."
Ethan raised an eyebrow. "And you are?"
"Bakugo. Katsuki Bakugo. Remember the name."
Ethan smirked. "Oh, trust me, loudmouth. I don't think I'll forget you anytime soon."
The rest of the class watched, sensing the tension but also the humor in Ethan's tone. All Might sighed, already bracing himself for what was sure to be an eventful day ahead.
From the corner of his eye, Ethan noticed a dual-haired student watching him silently—Shoto Todoroki. His mismatched eyes seemed to be analyzing Ethan, trying to gauge his strength. Ethan smirked. Man, seeing this guy in real life is wild.
Then his gaze shifted to a nervous green-haired boy at the back—Izuku Midoriya. Ethan had always respected Deku's journey in the anime, and seeing him now, his fanboy tendencies nearly slipped out. Deku, on the other hand, was furiously writing in his notebook, mumbling as he analyzed Ethan.
"Fast speed, insane reflexes, near-perfect muscle control… could he have a speed-based Quirk? No, the way he fought All Might suggests something more—his abilities seem almost limitless! How does he—"
Ethan coughed loudly. "Dude, you okay?"
Deku froze mid-mumble, looking up in horror. "Ah! Sorry! I was just… analyzing… your fight… uh…" His face turned bright red.
Ethan chuckled. "You're exactly like I imagined you'd be."
Deku blinked. "Huh?"
"Nothing," Ethan said, waving him off. "Just keep doing your thing."
As Ethan took a seat near the window, he couldn't help but smile to himself. This is gonna be fun.
