Victorio allowed his words to sink in as he slowly walked away, passing Levon with a low smirk.

"For now, I'll let you revel in glory. However, the next time we clash… I won't be going this easy on you again."

For a moment, a hint of displeasure and viciousness cloaked Victorio's face. 

For Levon's sake, it's best he finds a way to crack through his ceiling, so that he, Victorio, can have the pleasure of battle.

"Levon Belmont… As my Rival, I expect that much from you."

With that, he was gone, walking ahead, despite the rage from the masses.

So this lunatic was taking him as a rival from the very start?

What the hell? He swore he couldn't remember any scene that led to Victorio concluding this much.
