Dr. Tinei exclaimed in shock.
The D-class personnel, now displaying Kagune Eyes, attempted to attack the armed guards nearby. Their speed and strength had already surpassed that of normal humans. However, they were far weaker than Rize and had not manifested any Kagune. With a single gesture, Haruto stopped them instantly.
These individuals had exhibited Ghoul traits, but at their core, they were still degraded Blacklight Virus hosts. They were completely under his control.
"Dr. Tinei, test their cellular data."
Dr. Tinei nodded.
After drawing blood and analyzing it, he returned with the report, visibly excited.
"President, these individuals have RC cells in their bodies! Though the concentration is low, they are usable!"
Haruto nodded in satisfaction."
Then bring in a few more D-class personnel. All of them will be used as raw materials for Crimson-1 research."
Thus, the material shortage was resolved.Haruto couldn't help but marvel at how convenient the Blacklight Virus was.
With this, the Mobile Task Force was finally taking shape!

Reviewing Foundation Research Reports
Afterward, Haruto went through several research reports from the Foundation.
The Ark Reactor research was still at a standstill. This high-tech cold fusion reactor was far too advanced for the Foundation.
The Foundation lacked a super-genius in this field. Mihari was a scientific genius, but her expertise was in bioengineering. Speaking of which, this latest breakthrough was largely thanks to Mihari.
Another Matter: Erwin's Training Was Complete
------------------------
Haruto went to the residential area to find Erwin. At that moment, Erwin's expression remained as resolute as before. However, there was now a certain gleam in his eyes. Perhaps seeing a broader world had finally allowed this commander's dreams to come true.
"Commander," Haruto greeted with a smile.
Erwin shook his head. "The Survey Corps has been disbanded. The Wings of Freedom are now in Levi's hands. I am no longer a commander."
Hearing this, he decided to get straight to the point.
"Erwin, I hope you will dedicate your heart once more—to serve as a commander and contribute to humanity."
Erwin was not surprised by this request. After all, Haruto's intentions were clear from the start.Without hesitation, Erwin nodded.
Seeing this, Haruto was pleased. He then inserted his identification card into a nearby terminal.
"From now on, Erwin, your identity is O5-2—a member of the O5 Council. Aside from you and me, no one else will know your identity. It is classified as Level 5 Confidential. Now, continue to dedicate your heart to humanity!"
He erased all records of Erwin from the system, only a fake C-Class personnel file under the name "Erwin" remained.
O5 Council members: +1.
However, there was no written description. Additionally, over ten thousand false O5-2 records were added to the system. The identity of O5 Council members was top secret. Even council members were not allowed to know each other's identities.
The only exception was Haruto.
With his immense power, he was the sole O5 member allowed to reveal his identity freely. He was also the only one who had access to all O5 member records.
A special identification card ejected from the Foundation's mainframe.Haruto handed it to Erwin.
On the surface, it's a Class-C clearance card.
But after verifying Erwin's identity, it became clear that this card actually had the highest level of access.
For now, Erwin would remain at the current Foundation site. However, he would soon be dispatched to other locations. The Foundation wasn't limited to just one site, nor was its activity confined to the Land of Sakura. Eventually, Erwin would be sent to the Northern Nation to oversee and coordinate operations on a broader scale.
Haruto couldn't handle everything himself. There were limits to his reach, and he was already stretched thin.
Afterward, Haruto went to meet Historia, Ymir, and Mikasa. Their learning progress was far slower than Elwin's, so they would need to stay at the Foundation for a while longer.
Historia was visibly happy to see Haruto. Ymir, on the other hand, rolled her eyes, but her subtle expressions and small gestures betrayed her true feelings; she was also glad to see him.
As for Mikasa, after leaving the world of Titans, she seemed lost. Perhaps it was because she no longer had family. Or perhaps it was because, ever since losing her mother, Mikasa had never truly had a family. Haruto had used the excuse of being "family of the same clan" to bring her back. Over time, he believed things would get better for her.
Seemingly wanting to help Haruto, Mikasa joined the Wings of Freedom and began training with weapons. In the future, she would likely become a member of the Mobile Task Force.
Haruto didn't say much about this. With her Ackerman bloodline and exceptional combat talent, joining the Mobile Task Force was a good fit for her.
Historia and Ymir, however, had no plans to join the Mobile Task Force.
Their previous enlistment in the Training Corps and later the Survey Corps had been out of necessity. Now, they had other options and could live peaceful lives without fighting.
Haruto wasn't surprised by this. Once they finished their modern education, he planned to buy them an apartment where they could live normal lives.
As for why he didn't bring them home...
Haruto was starting to realize that he couldn't just bring everyone home. Doing so would only cause problems. For example, he couldn't even "deal with" Annie now because there were already two little ones at home keeping an eye on him.
(T/N: Sadge.)
After handling Foundation matters, Haruto was on his way back when he spotted two adorable creatures by the roadside. Pulling up his system panel, he was puzzled; why didn't these two trigger any anomaly detection?
Deciding not to overthink it, he walked over and picked them up.
They were a pair of teardrop-shaped entities, one a burning orange (SCP-131-A) and the other a mustard yellow (SCP-131-B).
Two Eye Pods.
Completely harmless and undeniably cute. While they didn't have the same euphoria-inducing properties as SCP-999 (the Tickle Monster), they were still rare, harmless anomalies.
Haruto decided to take them home and later send them to the Foundation as mascots.
Finding the two Eye Pods made Haruto feel like today was his lucky day. So...
It was time to use the Level-4 lottery draw for containing the Shy Guy (SCP-096)!
Back at home, Haruto rubbed his hands together and opened the lottery panel. As the song "Good Luck" played, he held the two Eye Pods and pressed the draw button.
Then...
A brilliant red light flashed across the lottery panel.
Haruto's eyes widened in shock.
Red light!
He got a red!
He freaking got a red!!!
(T/N: School arc is around the corner.)
