Noah, after a peaceful night's sleep, opened his eyes. What greeted him was a vast white room, this sudden change of scenery surprised him. Even in the face of the abrupt change of scenery, Noah remained extremely calm.
It was not because of excessive confidence in his personal strength, but rather because of the faint aura that permeated the place, somehow this familiar aura...
"Life?" Noah asked.
In the deafening silence, green roots began to sprout from the white soil. They spread in all directions. In a few minutes, the previously ordinary landscape became a vast green field, the living grass winding with the wind currents that arose along with the roots.
But what caught his attention the most was the large tree that grew in the center of the green fields. It rose without stopping, almost touching the top of the sky that was still white. When the tree's top touched the vast sky, like a drop of ink falling on a white canvas, the previously lifeless sky gained a blue color. Clouds appeared from time to time, decorating the blue vastness, creating a landscape untouched by man.
Before his eyes, the tree began to take on an unusual shape. Two long arms emerged from the side, accompanied by two seductive legs. From these two aspects alone, Noah deduced that it was a woman.
He didn't have to wait long, a face formed in the treetops, long hair as green as the ocean waters, falling in a cascade, bathing the white skin like marble. Around her head, the leaves and branches of the canopy embraced the shoulders and neck of the beautiful woman. From her temples, two antlers similar to those of a moose, rose proudly touching the vast blue sky. Looking into the green eyes that looked back at him like a mother, Noah calmed his mind and used his ability to probe the being in front of him.
---------------------------------------------------
Name: Orivita
Titles: The Mother of All Things, Life
Gender: Female
Race: Cosmic Primordial
Age: Eons
---------------------------------------------------
Seeing the woman's status, Noah was taken aback.
'That explains a lot,' Noah thought.
The being that stood before him was by no means unfamiliar. Perhaps the new appearance had left him a little confused at first, but the beautiful features that adorned his face were unforgettable. This was the face of 'Life', the first entity he had ever met, the entity that had allowed him to get to where he was today.
"~Fufu it seems like you already know who I am." she spoke in her soft voice.
"I still had some doubts before, but hearing that voice, they all disappeared." Noah replied, his eyes fixed on the humanoid tree. Now that his transformation was complete, it was possible to see his figure. Only some parts of his body were visible, the skin that should cover the most intimate parts like his breasts and the area above his sacred garden were missing, in their place it was possible to see the branches of his plant form, it was incredible how the missing parts looked like an invisible swimsuit. In his abdomen, a crystal core floated up and down, ignoring the laws of physics.
Noticing Noah's gaze on his body, a smile graced his lips.
"~Fufu oh, looks like little Noah liked what he saw." she said excitedly with a hand covering her smile.
Ignoring Orivita's taunts, Noah gave her a mocking look.
"What's there to see? Logs?" he asked, but then he felt a sense of crisis.
Looking at the flawless face that would leave any common man mesmerized, Noah regretted his words. Orivita had her eyes fixed on Noah, her lips a dazzling smile contrasting sharply with her disturbing gaze.
Clearing his throat with a fake cough, Noah quickly corrected himself.
"I-I meant that she was truly an... exotic beauty? Yes, exotic is the right word." he replied, sweat dripping down his forehead, he constantly averted his eyes to avoid the beautiful Goddess.
Hearing Noah's praise, she quickly forgot her previous words, with her hands on her cheeks, she swayed from side to side shyly like a schoolgirl who received compliments from her crush.
Ignoring the Goddess's quirks, Noah decided to guide the conversation.
"So Vida... or do you prefer Orivita?" he asked raising his eyebrow analyzing her reactions.
"You can refer to me as Orivita or..." she paused dramatically to pique Noah's curiosity. "...~ Mommy!" her voice sounded even sweeter than usual. It was like a mother talking to her newborn child.
Ignoring Orivita's antics, Noah let out a sigh.
"And why did you call me now?" he asked with an expressionless face. It wasn't that he didn't enjoy the company of the beautiful milf, but whenever she appeared before him, his peaceful life gained a touch of chaos.
"Hehehe you got me!" joked Orivita showing her tongue and winking.
Without wasting any time, one of its branches reached out to Noah. Feeling the cool touch of the branch on his forehead, Noah closed his eyes to absorb the information. It didn't take long for the process to finish, in fact it was quite quick considering the amount of information that was given to him.
It turns out that this time Orivita wanted Noah to help a friend of hers, known as Lady Death. This friend of hers was having some problems in her domain, a purple-skinned madman was trying to exterminate half of the universe, just to declare his love for her. Little did the man know that all the affection Lady Death had for him was nothing more than a facade.
And to make matters worse, after he discovered that she was death, in the literal sense, his actions became increasingly bold, to the point of sacrificing half the universe just to get her attention.
Noah felt his head throb. Just with this simple information he realized that the man's scale of madness had already reached the primordial level.
Noticing the irritation on Noah's face, Orivita spoke in a soft voice to calm him down.
"You don't need to be so tense, such a task is accompanied by equal rewards."
Hearing the word 'reward' come out of Orivita's delicate lips, Noah's heart skipped a beat. He still remembered his first reward that he had earned while working for her a few cycles ago.
"What kind of rewards?" he asked, creating a chair using his powers, he sat elegantly.
Now with Noah's full attention directed towards her, Orivita began to name her rewards.
"As a reward for completing this request, you will receive: a part of my essence and I will provide you with a physical body, directly linked to your soul."
Hearing about the benefits, Noah's pupils dilated. It wasn't because of the Orivita essence, this wasn't new to him since she had given him some to ascend to immortality. His excitement came from the chance to have a body again.
Although he could use homunculi as a vessel for his spiritual form, it was still an inefficient method. The disadvantages outweighed the advantages, but if he had a body connected to his soul, all the disadvantages would turn into benefits.
Without thinking twice, Noah agreed with Orivita. "I accept!" but before he added. "But I have my terms..."
Orivita placed a hand on her chin, after a few seconds she nodded for Noah to continue. Upon receiving her confirmation, Noah continued.
"I will go on a mission, but not now. I currently need to resolve some pending matters."
Orivita didn't mind that, she also wouldn't want him to give up his problems to solve others'. Seeing that she agreed, Noah felt more relaxed.
"Well, when you have free time, just call me, I'll help you with the world's coordinates." Orivita said. Her body gradually became more and more opaque. But before she completely disappeared, she took out a piece of her branches and leaves, and combined it with a fragment of the crystal that was floating in her abdomen. After bathing the items in the greenish waters of her hair, she molded them into what looked like a mannequin.
"As soon as you enter this vessel, it will assume its true astral form. Thanks to the crystal I used, this body will not be rejected by the world's laws. But you will still be limited by the level of power of the world you find yourself in." she explained calmly.
Noah looked at her confused by her actions, but before he had the chance to protest, Orivita continued.
"This is your reward, I will deliver it in advance, I trust you, so don't let me down." His voice faded, as did his figure. The beautiful green field gradually followed the beautiful Goddess, leaving Noah alone again in the vast white space.
With a smile on his lips, he approached the mannequin that was floating a few inches above the ground. Channeling his soul and gathering fragments scattered throughout the vast cosmos, Noah entered his new body. He did not know that by gathering the scattered fragments he would leave the system inactive until the end of its evolution.
...
Orivita, now in a smaller size, was sitting with half of her body submerged in a crystal clear lake.
"Hm... I think I forgot to say something." she muttered as she played with some fish that surrounded her.
After thinking for a long time, she gave up, because if she doesn't remember, it must not be important. Soon she went back to playing with the fish.
