Whereabouts of his mother
"Thank you", Xie Long spoke as he received the spatial ring from Yan Mei. He was initially against taking helps from her but after feeling her sincerity towards him, he was not averse to use her favour.
"Little brother, are you sure about this sword? I can show you our storage of profound grade weapons if you want", Yan Mei spoke. Like others, she couldn't see through the uniqueness of Cardinal sin sword.
"Elder sister, let me try this sword first. If there is any problem, I will ask for another sword", Xie Long spoke. He channeled his thunder energy into the spatial ring and a suction force came out of it. He brought his sword towards the spatial ring and the sword disappeared inside.
"Senior brother, is it your first time using a spatial ring?", Li Ting asked with curiousity in her eyes. Both Yan Mei and she could see that Xie Long was clumsy in using the spatial ring but Yan Mei knew what words to speak. Li Ting was different than Yan Mei. Her mind was very pure and she had a very innocent personality. So, she couldn't hold back her curiousity after seeing Xie Long's action.
"Yes, I have heard about how to use a spatial ring but have never got an opportunity to use one", Xie Long scratched his head. Although he was slightly embarassed, he couldn't ignore Li Ting's question.
"Little brother, let's go the first floor. I have already paid the fee for the information", Yan Mei spoke.
"Elder sister, can I come along?", Li Ting asked Yan Mei. Yan Mei could only look at Xie Long for his opinion as the information seemed very important to him.
"There is no harm. Let her come with us. But I am not sure if we should pay so much money for three of us to learn my personal information", Xie Long spoke.
"I will have my grandfather pay. He has so much contribution points that he can't finish them in his entire life without my help", Li Ting spoke.
"You little girl..", Yan Mei felt helpless after hearing her explanation. Xie Long's lips curled up a little as he couldn't help but laugh at Li Ting's logic. His mind was very tense about learning his mother's situation but Li Ting's presence lighten up his mood. Together all three of them climbed the stairs and went to the first floor of the Grand fortune building.
To Xie Long's surprise, the first floor of the Grand fortune building was very different from the bustling ground floor. There was a gorgeous lady sitting alone on a beautiful stone chair. She stood up with a smile after seeing Yan Mei, Li Ting and Xie Long.
"Young miss, elder Hong is waiting for you. If you want to bring young miss Ting, you need to pay more contribution points", the gorgeous looking lady spoke.
"Contribution points? Is not the information needed spirit stones?", Xie Long asked with a confused expression on his face.
"Contribution points is like our own currency of the Hongyun pavilion. If a member of our pavilion completes a task, he is paid with contribution points. One contribution point is almost equal to a thousand low grade spirit stones", Yan Mei explained. She took out a silver coloured square shaped token and handed it to the gorgeous lady.
"Deduct points for little Ting. I will take the token from you after I return", Yan Mei spoke.
The gorgeous looking lady nodded her head but a look of doubt appeared on her face after Li Ting, Xie Long and Yan Mei entered inside. "Who is that young man?", she murmured to herself.
"Little Ting, why are you here?", elder Hong asked. He was visibly surprised after seeing Li Ting with Yan Mei and Xie Long.
"Yan Mei, what are you doing? Few things better be unknown to her if you want her to live happily", elder Hong looked towards Yan Mei with a slightly displeased expression.
"Grandpa Hong, it is I who ask to come along. I want to know more about senior brother so that I can see if he needs any help", Li Ting spoke. She sneakily took a look at Xie Long and found him looking at a small platform in the middle. There was a large golden tome lying above the stone platform.
"It is the Hongyun record. It is one of the most important treasure of our Hongyun pavilion", Yan Mei spoke.
"Shall we begin?", elder Hong looked at Xie Long.
"Yes", Xie Long nodded his head. He clenched his fists in nervousness as he was worried about his mother's situation.
"Don't worry", a warm hand wrapped around his wrist as Yan Mei comforted him. Li Ting also grabbed his other hand as both of the girls tried to relax his nervous mind.
Elder Hong closed his eyes and pushed his hands towards the direction of the stone platform. The stone platform glowed brightly as elder Hong channeled his energy towards the stone platform.
The golden tome rose into the air on its own as elder Hong channeled his energy into the stone platform. Page after page turned up and finally it stopped at a certain page. Words started to came out of the page and appeared in thin air.

A huge incident has occured in this small town of the Yinque perfecture. Fairy Lanxin of the Yu clan got discovered after going missing for almost nineteen years.
