At the top of a large tree, the small figure of a baby could be seen. He was lying relaxed, with his eyes closed; although he seemed to be sleeping, he was not. The sun's rays were beginning to fall on him.

There was another reason I didn't want to move from my current spot, and that was because the alpha had been hiding his presence. I was in for quite a surprise because of that; if I had known he could do that, I would have attacked him in his fight with the turtle beast. Now I could only detect him when he entered his giant form.

Hearing D's report, I immediately opened my eyes in shock. I raised my body and scanned the entire area with my 'demonic eyes'. Far away from my location, I managed to see around 30 different beasts surrounding a single creature: they had the alpha surrounded.

After seeing the situation the alpha was in, I immediately jumped off the tree I was resting on and upon hitting the ground, I instantly broke into a full-speed run towards the sun. Now that I had located the alpha and knew he was occupied, it was my chance to escape this place. The beasts that gathered to attack the alpha were all black wolves; they were very dangerous, at least to me. I knew they wouldn't last long when the alpha got serious. I ran at full speed for at least 8 hours. My leg bones broke several times, but it didn't matter since 'repair' took care of instant healing and with the abundant energy in the area, I wasn't worried about running out of energy for the 'heart of ice'. Some beasts got in my way, but they ended up headless. I didn't have the luxury of taking their skills or eating them since I was in a hurry. As I fled at top speed, I saw something that caught my attention: something was buried in the ground, it was a kind of giant cube. What caught my attention was that I couldn't see what the cube contained with these all-seeing eyes; it seemed strange to me not to be able to see inside the object. Curious, I turned left and approached the location where the cube was. When I got in front of the cube, I saw it in detail: it was black and giant. Curious about such a strange object, I touched it with my hand.

- Creature, do you dare to touch me?

"What the fuck?"

I tried to pull my hand away from the bucket in fear, but I couldn't do so; my hand was stuck tightly to it.

After talking to D, I made my decision: I decided to cut the bastard in half. If there was a treasure, it had to be inside him, after all, he was a giant cube.
