Families, recently reunited in the lower ring, brought tales of Plaga’s gifts: food, water, protection. Yet they also spoke of the price—a permanent mark, a soul tied to her will.

While many feared her power, a new force emerged from the shadows of despair, promising salvation through fire. They called themselves the Cult of the Phoenix, a group of zealots who believed in renewal through destruction. To them, fire was purity, and all who bore Plaga’s mark were tainted.
