TWO: A QUEST OF WITS AND SURVIVAL

It's been two hours since he found Don's body and alerted his boys, who are playing a card game on the balcony of another building across the street. The commotion that ensued had alerted a street lord in the area and soon, almost every street lord in Jefferson's was on the scene with their gang of street falcons clamouring to have his head to avenge Don, not like they cared about his death that much.

Skull had arrived later and cleared out the place, leaving Needle and his gang in charge of securing the area and checking out the body before the procession moved to the Tower, Jefferson's central building and Skull's abode, to wrap up the issue. Needle returned not long after to give his report, and the street lords resumed their call for his head.
