It was the second part of the dance practice lesson. The second part was the choreography practice. The choreographer came up with dance routines, demonstrated them to the members and after that he instructed them to dance the routines and then he would give his feedback and advice on areas to work on.
Little did they expect their peaceful choreography practice would be totally ruined by the two individuals at the back - Roh Yoon-ho and Park James. The two aforementioned individuals were finding a hard time getting along and hence whenever they were together no harmony would be expected. A few minutes after their choreography had started,Roh Yoon-ho had accidentally stepped on Park James ' foot and apologized but his apology didn't sound sincere. It sounded rather like mockery but Park James let it slide. But when it happened for the second time he couldn't refrain from getting enraged and even thinking that Roh Yoon-ho was doing it on purpose. Roh Yoon-ho had an evil smirk plastered on his face and his eyes bearing the 'you deserve it' look.'
Roh Yoon-ho had never taken dance classes before so it was hard to get most of the choreographies right. During his audition he had only done a simple TikTok dance challenge. His success relied mainly on the vocal side. And so the foot stepping mistakes were purely unintentional but the way he acted made it seem like they were intentional hence getting on Park James ' nerves.
"Yah! What do you think you're doing!"Park James lashed out at him. He crouched down to examine his foot.
"And what have I done?"Roh Yoon-ho questioned back feigning innocence.
"You keep stepping on my foot. Can't you get the choreography right?"
"Sorry I thought I was stepping on the floor."
"Yah!"Park James raised his hand at him but the choreographer intervened.
"What's going on?"Choreographer Han stepped in. By now the other trainees had stopped dancing paying their attention to
the two boys arguing.
"It's none of your business,"Park James said glaring at Choreographer Han and shifted his eyes back to his main target.
Choreographer Han, feeling offended kicked the two boys out of the room and informed their manager to deal with them.
Choi San took action and immediately summoned the two boys to his office. He was disappointed with their behaviour especially the part where Park James was rude to the choreographer. Park James' behaviour was a result of him despising humans. They had no right to interrupt his business. As a matter of fact he was almost ten times older than that Choreographer Han. But given that he had chosen a human age six years younger than the choreographer,he was expected to show respect to the elder. The two were lectured for a while with Choi San telling them on how their behaviour was likely to sabotage the group and even risk delaying others members' success. He even reminded them of the company rules which disregarded violence.
"Apologize to each other,"Choi San ordered concluding his lecture. But to his surprise or particularly disappointment , none of them was willing to yield and make the first move especially Roh Yoon-ho who was at fault. Each thought the other didn't deserve an apology.
Left with no other choice,Choi San locked the two in his office and ordered them to come out only when they had made up which was almost impossible.
---------------
"What happened?"Park Seung-ho asked as Choi San stormed into his office angrily.
"It's those two brats- Park and Roh Yoon-ho. They had a fight during choreography. I locked them in my office so they can reconcile but I doubt they will."
Park Seung-ho just laughed it off. He knew his brother well and his prejudice against humans.
"What if they end up fighting and mess your office up?"
"Oh no!" Choi San rushed outside and when he reached at the doorstep to his office,he opened the door slowly and peeked inside, everything was intact and he felt relieved.
"Don't mess up my office unless you want to get kicked out of the company,"he threatened them and locked the door.
Meanwhile the two boys were each seated on the two armchairs in Choi San's office. They were in a glaring contest for a whole hour.
"Why did you do it?"Park James finally spoke up in attempt to be the bigger person.
"Because I felt like doing it and you deserved it,"Roh Yoon-ho replied acting all bitchy.
"I really hate that attitude of yours,"Park James clicked his tongue, refraining himself from tearing the boy into pieces.
"And I hate you,"Roh Yoon-ho rolled his eyes.
"Well, the feeling is mutual. Your mere existence is a mere torture to me. You shouldn't have existed in the first place,"Park James spat with much hatred.
Much to his surprise the boy was neither fazed by his words nor did he respond using silence as his best weapon. Park James was pissed off further. He was enjoying the whole talking back at each other but now the boy had suddenly become quiet,he was faltered by it. He should have been proud for maybe winning the argument or maybe he had said something that the boy couldn't find any comeback to match its worth. He didn't know why but it hurt his pride somehow.
"Immediately we leave this room you better shut that fucking mouth of yours and tell that Manager Choi that we've reconciled. I do not wish to stay here any longer like it's some fucking detention,"Park James said threateningly breaking the silence.
"That was supposed to be my line," Roh Yoon-ho said with a sardonic smile.
When Choi San finally came back to check up on the two he was met with very bright smiles which he didn't know were fake. The two boys even apologized for their misbehaviour but they couldn't promise that it wouldn't. happen again.
---------------
"Minsu do you have a minute?"Choi San requested before the trainees went to the dining room to have their lunch. Kim Minsu detached himself from the rest and followed Choi San to his office where apparently the CEO was seated. He wasn't the type to tense over such things,he was a confident guy, but still he was overly curious about being summoned abruptly. After talking it over during one of the staff meetings, using whatever criteria they came up with, they all agreed to choose Kim Minsu as the leader of the group. Whenever the managers weren't available,he would be in charge of the trainees . He was even granted the permission to make decisions concerning a few things. And of course the other trainees were informed of the decision and none of them disagreed. To them Kim Minsu seemed like a potential leader and was mature than all of them and of course that didn't come out of being the oldest in the group it was because of how he had been conducting himself ever since he joined the company a week ago.
Also Kim Minsu would be responsible for solving minor conflicts among the members especially what happened between Roh Yoon-ho and Park James. They were six strangers who had been raised differently so of course conflicts were inevitable but inorder to prosper they were to be dealt with ASAP. On top of that Minsu would act as a vessel of communication between the trainees and the management. Through him the trainees would be able to voice out their words and ensure they are dealt with immediately and the management would also inform trainees through him about upcoming instructions or whatever they were required by the company to do.
