Chapter 5: Oni Tide
The Ambush from the Oni filled the area with the sounds of metallic sounds and sparks, the exorcist teams all drawn into battle while making their strategic retreat towards the HQ main Building.
Scout team 5 -of squad 4- (led by Sydney) helped the nearby Exorcists repel the attacks from the Oni, giving healing pills to those who were injured, and rallying those who could fight to protect and lead the others. Sydney, her eyes blazing with determination, led the survivors in a desperate bid to repel the Oni attacks.
The team fought bravely, cutting down Oni left and right, but the creatures just kept coming. Ivan, his left arm severed and his body battered, gritted his teeth as he fought on, his spirit unbroken. Ethan, still reeling from the chaos, stumbled alongside them, his senses overwhelmed by the carnage, soaked in gruesome view deep into his mind and heart while rushing forward with the team, making some small time efforts to assist those who were injured while they fled.
// Oi Ethan that's the world you're heading into soon bruh, better be ready 👀 \\
20 minutes passed in what seemed like hours of gruesome battles and retreat, the survivors made it close to the HQ while defending the attacks from the Oni horde which became more intense. •Bang, Bang, Bang• came the sounds of ammunition fired from the warriors stationed on the walls of the HQ to assist the survivors who made it to the HQ's walls. Support from the warriors within the HQ arrived promptly, slaughtering the remaining Oni and leading the survivors to safety As the Magna Shield reactivated, the wounded were rushed to the infirmary for urgent treatment. Those still capable of standing and fighting were led to the conference room for an impromptu war meeting.
// I kept my promise, they made it to HQ alive \\
[The scene is set in a large, dimly lit conference room within the Exorcist Association's Ashwood Province Headquarters. The room is filled with Star Rank 5 and Star Rank 4 warriors, all of whom are seated around a large, wooden table, as well as lower rank warriors and all personnel in the HQ. Jeremy Flint-hook -the HQ's second in command- due to the chairman Mathew Jean's absence, a seasoned Star Rank 5 warrior, stands at the head of the table, addressing the gathering.]
Jeremy Flint-hook stood at an imposing height of around 6 feet 2 inches, with a ruggedly chiseled physique that speaks to his years of experience as a seasoned warrior. His hair with a dark, steel-gray color, cropped short in a practical style that frames his sharp, angular face. His eyes are a piercing blue, with a keen, intelligent glint that misses nothing.
A series of scars etch his weathered skin, telling the story of countless battles fought and won. His nose is slightly crooked, as if it's been broken at least once, and his jawline is strong and resolute.
Dressed in a battle garb, His armor is a dark, metallic gray color, adorned with intricate, silver accents that reflect his status as a high-ranking member of the Exorcist Association.
His chest plate is emblazoned with the emblem of the Exorcist Association, a symbol of his unwavering dedication to the organization's mission. The plate itself is reinforced with a series of interlocking, hexagonal scales that provide maximum protection without hindering his mobility.
His shoulders are protected by a pair of articulated, silver pauldrons, each one shaped like a wing in flight. These pauldrons are adorned with a series of tiny, glowing runes that pulse with a soft, blue light, indicating their enchantment with spiritual energy.
Jeremy's arms are covered by a pair of dark, leather gauntlets, each one reinforced with a series of metallic plates that protect his forearms and hands. His gloves are tipped with sharp, silver claws that can be extended or retracted at will, providing him with a deadly, close-quarters combat option.
His legs are protected by a pair of dark, leather greaves, each one reinforced with a series of metallic plates that protect his knees and thighs. His boots are heavy, with thick, rubber soles that provide traction and stability on any surface.
At his side hangs his massive, ornate sword, its hilt adorned with intricate, silver filigree. The sword itself is a masterpiece of craftsmanship, its blade inscribed with a series of glowing, spiritual runes that pulse with energy.
Even with his conscious restraint, Jeremy Flint-hook exuded an aura of quiet confidence and authority, a natural leader who commands respect without ever having to demand it.
"We cannot falter," a Star Rank 5 warrior declared, his voice ringing through the room. "If we fail, the city of Ashwood will be slaughtered. We must hold the line, no matter the cost."
The warriors nodded, their faces set with resolve. They knew the battle ahead would be brutal, but they were ready to face it head-on.
Jeremy Flint-hook stood at the head of the table, surveying the gathered Star Rank 5 and Star Rank 4 warriors. "We've received intel that the Oni horde is larger than initially estimated," he announced, his voice grave. "We're looking at a minimum of 50,000 Oni, possibly more."
Rachel, a Star Rank 4 warrior, spoke up, her brow furrowed with concern. "That's insane. How are we supposed to hold off that many?"
Jeremy's expression was resolute. "We'll be using a combination of defensive and offensive strategies. Our first line of defense will be the Magna Shield, which will be activated as soon as the Oni horde approaches. Once the shield is up, we'll begin to funnel the Oni into kill zones, where our warriors will be waiting to take them out."
Michael, a Star Rank 5 warrior, nodded thoughtfully. "I agree with the plan, but what about our flanks? We can't let the Oni get around us and attack from the sides."
Jeremy nodded. "We'll be deploying our scout teams to the flanks, where they'll be able to provide early warning of any Oni attempts to outflank us. We'll also be setting up a series of defensive barriers, including trenches and barricades, to funnel the Oni into our kill zones."
Emily, a Star Rank 4 warrior, spoke up, her voice laced with concern. "What about our spirit energy reserves? We can't keep fighting indefinitely without replenishing our energy."
Jeremy's expression was reassuring. "We've stockpiled a large quantity of spirit energy potions and elixirs, which will be distributed to our warriors as needed. We'll also be setting up a series of spirit energy replenishment stations, where our warriors can recharge their energy between battles."
Christopher, a Star Rank 5 warrior, frowned thoughtfully. "I think we're forgetting one thing - the Oni's ability to adapt and evolve. We can't assume that they'll be easy to defeat, even with our superior numbers and training."
Jeremy's eyes narrowed. "You're right, Christopher. We need to be prepared for any eventuality. That's why we'll be deploying our most experienced warriors to the front lines, where they'll be able to provide leadership and guidance to our less experienced warriors. We'll also be keeping a reserve force in reserve, which can be deployed as needed to respond to any unexpected threats or challenges."
Silence... Yes, it pervaded the room for a minute, the warriors all pondering on the plans more suitable to resist and decimate the enemy while bringing down the rare of causalities on their end.
"I'll lead the scout team on the eastern flank. We'll make sure to provide early warning of any Oni attempts to outflank us." Rachel spoke up, her voice firm.
Michael nodded. "I'll take the western flank. We'll set up a series of defensive barriers to funnel the Oni into our kill zones."
Emily looked at Jeremy. "What about the spirit energy replenishment stations? Who will be in charge of those?"
Jeremy smiled. "That's a great question, Emily. I want you to oversee the spirit energy replenishment stations. Make sure our warriors have access to the energy they need to keep fighting."
Christopher nodded thoughtfully. "I'll work with Emily to make sure the spirit energy replenishment stations are set up and running smoothly."
Jeremy's eyes swept the room, meeting the gaze of each warrior. "Alright, let's review the plan one more time. We'll activate the Magna Shield as soon as the Oni horde approaches. We'll funnel the Oni into kill zones, where our warriors will be waiting to take them out. We'll have scout teams on the eastern and western flanks, providing early warning of any Oni attempts to outflank us. And we'll have spirit energy replenishment stations set up to keep our warriors' energy levels topped up."
The warriors nodded, their faces set with determination.
Jeremy Flint-hook's voice echoed through the conference room as he began to deploy personnel and set up the battle plan.
"Rachel, take your scout team and deploy to the eastern flank. Set up a series of observation points and provide early warning of any Oni attempts to outflank us."
Rachel nodded, her eyes flashing with determination. "Yes, sir. We'll get into position immediately."
Michael stood, his massive frame towering over the others. "I'll take my team and deploy to the western flank. We'll set up defensive barriers and prepare to funnel the Oni into our kill zones."
Jeremy nodded. "Good. Emily, get the spirit energy replenishment stations set up and ready to go. We'll need to keep our warriors' energy levels topped up throughout the battle."
Emily nodded, her face set with concentration. "Yes, sir. I'll get right on it."
Christopher stood, his eyes gleaming with anticipation. "I'll take my team and deploy to the central command center. We'll provide real-time intel and support to the teams on the ground."
Jeremy nodded. "Good. Alright, let's move out. We have a battle to win."
The warriors filed out of the conference room, each one moving with a sense of purpose and determination. They knew that the battle ahead would be fierce, but they were ready.
As the warriors deployed to their assigned positions, Jeremy Flint-hook stood at the central command center, his eyes fixed on the holographic display projected in front of him. The display showed the layout of the battlefield, with the Oni horde advancing from the north.
Jeremy's voice was calm and steady as he began to issue orders. "Activate the Magna Shield. Prepare to funnel the Oni into our kill zones."
The warriors on the ground nodded, their faces set with determination. They knew that the battle was about to begin, and they were ready.
The warriors at the Star Rank 1, 2, & 3 numbered 3,700 warriors, the Star rank 4 and 5 numbered 300 warriors, and the Hunter Apprentices and logistic/miscellaneous staff members numbered 4,000 personnel. Ethan was left within the HQ since he was considered unfit to fight, he was deemed an ordinary human.
Slight Darkness descended, almost like the sun knew that Standing out in the sky could endanger it, and so it withdrew leaving thick grey clouds to cover the sky instead.
The sky was a deep, foreboding grey, with clouds that seemed to swirl and twist in every direction. The air was heavy with anticipation, the very atmosphere thick with tension. A faint, eerie mist hung low to the ground, casting an otherworldly gloom over the battlefield.
As the exorcists took their positions, the aura of killing intent grew palpable. The air seemed to vibrate with the weight of their collective resolve, each warrior focused on the task at hand. The silence was oppressive, punctuated only by the occasional creak of leather armor or the soft rustle of fabric.
The exorcists stood like statues, their eyes fixed intently on the horizon, waiting for the Oni horde to emerge from the mist-shrouded distance. The wind was still, as if holding its breath in anticipation of the carnage to come.
Sydney stood at the forefront of the exorcist lines, her eyes narrowed into slits as she scanned the horizon for any sign of the enemy. Her aura was a cold, calculating thing, her killing intent honed to a razor's edge. Beside her, Hitler stood equally still, his eyes burning with an inner fire that seemed to pierce the very fabric of the air.
The other exorcists stood arrayed behind them, each one a pillar of determination and resolve. The air was heavy with the weight of their collective intent, the very atmosphere seeming to tremble with anticipation.
And then, like a still lake stirred by a huge rock, the air rippled and the ground trembled.
As the exorcists stood firm, their eyes fixed intently on the horizon, the air seemed to grow even more oppressive, the atmosphere thickening with an unholy presence. The trees of the dark forest seemed to twist and writhe, their branches like skeletal fingers reaching towards the sky.
And then, like a tidal wave of madness, the Oni horde emerged from the depths of the forest. They came in their multitudes, a sea of twisted, crimson-skinned bodies surging forward like a living, breathing entity. The ground trembled beneath their feet, the earth shaking with the weight of their approach.
The Oni horde was a chaotic, roiling mass of bodies, each one driven by a singular, bloodthirsty instinct. They howled and roared, their voices like a cacophony of madness, a chaotic storm of sound that seemed to shatter the very air itself.
The exorcists stood firm, their faces set with determination, but even they couldn't help but feel a twinge of fear as the Oni horde approached. The sheer scale of the enemy's numbers was overwhelming, a crushing weight that seemed to press down upon them like a physical force.
As the Oni horde drew closer, the atmosphere grew even more oppressive, the air thickening with an unholy presence. The trees seemed to loom over the battlefield, their branches like skeletal fingers reaching out to snatch the living.
The ground shook beneath the Oni's feet, the earth trembling with the weight of their approach. The air was filled with the stench of brimstone and blood, a noxious cloud that seemed to cling to the Oni like a shroud.
The Oni horde was a force of nature, a destructive power that seemed to embody the very essence of chaos and madness. They came like a storm, a tidal wave of bloodlust and destruction that seemed to leave nothing but ruin in its wake.
Chaotic Howls rang as the Oni horde approached, the exorcists steeled themselves for the battle ahead, their faces set with determination, their hearts burning with a fierce, unyielding resolve. The fate of the city hung in the balance, and they were the only ones standing between the Oni horde and the innocent civilians they had sworn to protect.
// Hehehe, battle time 😈 \\
• Roar, howl, hiss •
Jeremy Flint-hook standing at the foremost edge of the wall, stared at the Oni horde with a sharpened gaze filled with hatred and killing intent spoke and raised the morale of the warriors telling them the aftermath of the chaos that would be faced by human city behind should they fail.
• Roar •
A bestial roar filled with the majestic aura of a commander came from the rear end of the Oni gathering responded to by howls and maddening sounds from the Oni horde. The first wave consisting of 8,000 Oni launched themselves forward towards the Exorcist HQ building disregarding all form of safety, their red eyes displaying the madness.
"Fire!!"
Came the command as the Oni horde drew within range, the exorcists unleashed a hail of long-range firepower, designed to decimate the enemy's numbers and weaken their momentum.
• Swoosh, swoosh, .... BOOM! BANG!! •
Came the sounds of arrows, bullets, and spiritual warheads inscribed with runes as they decimated the cohesive charge of the Oni horde.
• ROAR!! •
The air was filled with the sound of crackling energy, the smell of ozone and smoke hanging heavy over the battlefield.
To the left of the walls, a battery of heavy, spirit-infused cannons roared to life, belching forth massive, glowing projectiles that screamed through the air, leaving trails of fiery energy in their wake. The cannons, known as "Dragon's Breath," were capable of firing massive, spirit-infused shells that could level buildings and incinerate entire city blocks.
As the Oni horde charged forward, the Dragon's Breath cannons unleashed a withering barrage, sending shell after shell screaming into the enemy's ranks. The Oni were torn apart by the blasts, their bodies shredded and incinerated by the sheer force of the explosions.
To the right of the walls, a line of exorcist snipers, armed with high-powered, spirit-infused rifles, picked off Oni after Oni, their bullets striking true and finding their mark with deadly precision. The snipers, known as "Shadow Walkers," were the exorcists' most elite marksmen, capable of taking out targets at ranges of up to a mile.
As the Oni horde continued to charge forward, the Shadow Walkers unleashed a withering barrage, their bullets striking the enemy with deadly precision, taking out Oni after Oni with ruthless efficiency.
In the center of the walls, a group of exorcists, armed with massive, spirit-infused crossbows, fired bolt after bolt into the Oni horde, the projectiles screaming through the air, leaving trails of glowing energy in their wake. The crossbows, known as "Heaven's Wrath," were capable of firing massive, spirit-infused bolts that could punch through even the toughest Oni hide.
As the Oni horde continued to charge forward, the exorcists unleashed a withering barrage, their bolts striking true and finding their mark with deadly precision. The Oni were torn apart by the bolts, their bodies shredded and incinerated by the sheer force of the explosions.
Despite the withering barrage, the Oni horde continued to charge forward, their numbers seemingly endless, their determination unshakeable. The exorcists knew that they had to hold their ground, that they had to keep firing, no matter what.
As the Oni horde continued to charge forward, Jeremy Flint-hook stood tall, his eyes fixed intently on the enemy. He knew that the time had come to put their plan into action, to funnel the Oni into the preplanned kill zones and take them out with ruthless efficiency.
"Activate the plan!" Jeremy bellowed, his voice carrying across the battlefield. "Funnel the Oni into the kill zones! Let's take them out!"
The exorcists sprang into action, their movements swift and precise. They had spent hours preparing for this moment, studying the Oni's tactics and planning their counterattack.
To the left and right of the battlefield, the exorcists activated the spirit-infused barriers, massive walls of energy that would funnel the Oni into the kill zones. The barriers flared to life, their energy coursing through the air like a river of fire.
As the Oni horde charged forward, they were met with a hail of gunfire and spirit-infused projectiles. The exorcists poured everything they had into the Oni, determined to take them out before they could reach the city.
But Jeremy Flint-hook knew that they couldn't just sit back and defend. They had to take the fight to the enemy, to meet them head-on and take them out with ruthless efficiency.
"Charge!" Jeremy bellowed, unsheathing his sword and holding it aloft. "Meet the enemy head-on! Take them out!"
The exorcists roared with excitement, their faces set with determination. They charged forward, their swords and guns at the ready.
Jeremy Flint-hook led the charge, his sword flashing in the sunlight as he carved a path through the Oni horde. The exorcists followed close behind, their movements swift and deadly.
The battlefield erupted into chaos, the sound of gunfire and screams filling the air.
• Swoosh, Slash, Swish • "Roar! Die!!"
Came from every angle on the battlefield, with the sounds of flesh being torn, wails of those being dismembered, the crunching ringing of chewed bones, the destructive sounds of AOE attacks, the swinging of blades all united in an eerie blissful Harmony like the symphony of death.
As the Oni horde was funneled into the kill zones, the exorcist warriors closed in, their swords and guns at the ready. The air was thick with the smell of sweat, blood, and smoke as the two forces clashed in a frenzy of steel and spirit energy.
The exorcists, trained in the art of close combat, waded into the fray with precision and deadliness. Their swords sliced through the Oni's twisted bodies, releasing bursts of spirit energy that incinerated the enemy. The sound of clashing steel and the screams of the Oni filled the air, creating a cacophony of chaos and destruction.
To the left, Sydney clashed with a massive Oni, its body a twisted mass of muscle and sinew. Sydney's scythe flashed in the sunlight, striking true and finding its mark in the Oni's chest. The Oni let out a deafening roar as it stumbled backwards, its body crashing to the ground. But right after many more charged towards Sydney seeking to tear her apart like they had seen an elixir to evolve them further.
To the right, Hitler fought off a trio of Oni, his sword slicing through their bodies with deadly precision. The Oni were fast and agile, but Hitler was faster, his movements a blur of steel and spirit energy. He took down the Oni one by one, his sword rising and falling with a rhythmic deadliness.
In the center of the battlefield, Jeremy Flint-hook led the charge, his sword flashing in the sunlight as he carved a path through the Oni horde. The Oni were relentless, but Jeremy was unstoppable, his spirit energy fueling his movements and guiding his sword.
As the battle raged on, the numerical advantage and bestial nature of the Oni were evident , but the exorcists were better trained and better equipped. They fought with precision and deadliness, taking down the Oni with ruthless efficiency.
But the Oni refused to yield. They fought on, their twisted bodies driven by a mad desire to destroy and kill. The exorcists were forced to fight hard to hold their ground, their swords and guns rising and falling with a rhythmic deadliness. Bodies of the warriors donned the blood soaked ground like paintings on a canvas.
"Ahhh!!" Sydney growled with a low voice as she struck a fatal strike on an Oni while flipping backwards with graceful agility to a safe distance. The Oni fell while two others rushed up from behind it stepping on its corpse and waving their claws brutally towards Sydney, the bloody aura suffocating as they attacked. °CLANG° Sydney parried with her scythe it's black blade and purple glint edges becoming pronounced as she channeled her spirit chi into it coating it to increase its lethality and sturdiness.
Sydney stood tall, her eyes fixed intently on the two Oni that emerged from the chaotic melee. The Oni were massive, their twisted bodies a mass of muscle and sinew. They were armed with cruel-looking claws, their eyes glowing with an otherworldly energy.
Sydney smiled grimly, her hand on the handle of her scythe. She was a skilled warrior, trained in the art of spirit magic. She had fought countless battles against the Oni, and she knew their tactics and weaknesses.
The two Oni charged forward, their claws flashing in the sunlight. Sydney stood her ground, her eyes fixed intently on the Oni. She raised her scythe, and a blast of spirit energy shot forth, striking the Oni with incredible force.
"Kaze no Kokyuu" (Wind's Breath), a powerful blast of spirit energy that could knock an opponent off their feet. The Oni stumbled backwards, their claws flailing wildly as they struggled to regain their balance.
Sydney took advantage of the Oni's momentary distraction. She charged forward, her scythe flashing in the sunlight. "Kama no Mai" (Scythe Dance), a swift and deadly series of scythe strikes sliced through the air, its curved blade biting deep into the Oni's twisted flesh. The Oni tried to defend themselves, but Sydney's scythe strikes were too fast, too precise. She struck the Oni with a series of swift, deadly blows, each one aimed at a vital spot. The Oni stumbled backwards, their bodies crumpling to the ground.
But the second Oni was not so easily defeated. It counterattacked, its claws flashing in the sunlight. Sydney raised her hand silently chanting "Kokoro no Tate" (Heart's Shield) ° Swish ° a shield of spirit energy appeared, protecting her from the Oni's attack.
The Oni's claws struck the shield with incredible force, but the shield held firm, protecting Sydney from harm.
Sydney took advantage of the Oni's momentary distraction. She counterattacked, "Hi no Kama" (Fire Scythe). Her scythe flashed with a fierce, fiery energy, striking the Oni with incredible force.
The Oni stumbled backwards, its body crumpling to the ground. Sydney stood tall, her chest heaving with exhaustion. She had defeated the two Oni, but she knew that there were many more battles to come.
She took a deep breath, steadying herself for the next battle as she dashed towards the right side of the field where there were more Oni on the same ranks with Star Rank 2 warriors. She knew that she would have to use all her skills and techniques to emerge victorious. But she was ready. She was a warrior, trained in the art of spirit magic. She would not falter.
// -Cheerleading from the sidelines- ride on Sydney! Let's go warriors!! \\
On the battlefield of Star Rank 4 and Star Rank 5 warriors, it was more intense and more brutal as limbs and entrails were strewn around filling the air with a more thicker smell of blood, the red aura of slaughter visible even to the naked eye.
The battlefield was a maelstrom of chaos and destruction, the air thick with the smell of smoke, sweat, and blood. The Star Rank 5 and Star Rank 4 warriors clashed with the Oni in a frenzy of steel, spirit energy, and brute force.
This portion of the battlefield was the most deadly and brutal, the attacks and techniques used by the warriors and the Oni dealing massive damage to their opponents and the surroundings. The ground was scorched and blackened, the earth torn apart by the sheer force of the clashes.
The Oni on this side of the battlefield were the most brutal and intelligent, possessing a level of cunning and strategic thinking that rivaled a human teenager. They were capable of using Spirit Chi attacks, unleashing devastating blasts of energy that could level buildings and incinerate entire city blocks.
Rank 4 warrior, Takeshi, fell to the Oni's brutal assault, his body torn apart by their razor-sharp claws. His screams were drowned out by the sound of explosions and the clash of steel on steel.
Nearby, Rank 5 warrior, Lila, was devoured by a massive Oni, her body dragged screaming into the Oni's maw. Her comrades tried to save her, but it was too late. The Oni's jaws closed around her, and she was silenced forever.
Rank 4 warrior, Kenji, fought valiantly, but was ultimately overwhelmed by the sheer number of Oni. He fell to the ground, his body broken and battered, as the Oni closed in for the kill.
// Are you rank 4 so useless? 👀🚬 \\
But despite these losses, the warriors refused to yield. Star Rank 5 warrior, Kaito, clashed with a massive Oni, its body a twisted mass of muscle and sinew. Kaito's sword flashed in the sunlight, striking the Oni with incredible force.
The Oni counterattacked, unleashing a devastating blast of Spirit Chi that sent Kaito flying across the battlefield. But Kaito refused to yield, using his own Spirit Chi to propel himself back into the fray.
Nearby, Star Rank 4 warrior, Akira, fought off a trio of Oni, her sword flashing in the sunlight as she dodged and weaved between their attacks. The Oni were fast and agile, but Akira was faster, her movements a blur of steel and spirit energy.
She took down the Oni one by one, her sword strikes precise and deadly. But the Oni refused to yield, their bodies driven by a mad desire to destroy and kill.
As the battle raged on, the warriors began to gain the upper hand. The Oni's numbers were dwindling, their bodies broken and battered by the relentless onslaught. But the warriors knew that they couldn't let their guard down, not even for a moment. The number Oni were just beyond expectations.
The Oni were capable of using Mental Distortion Attacks, attacks that could shatter a warrior's mind and leave them vulnerable to attack. The warriors had to be constantly on guard, their minds shielded against the Oni's insidious attacks.
"Die!" A warrior shouted, striking the final blow to an Oni.
As the fight raged on, the warriors began to gain ground. The Oni horde was starting to falter, their numbers dwindling.
But just as victory seemed within their grasp, a new wave of Oni emerged from the forest, their eyes blazing with fury.
The battle was far from over. The warriors steeled themselves for the next wave, their hearts burning with determination.
Despite the dangers, the warriors fought on, their determination and courage driving them forward. They knew that they had to protect their city, their people, and their way of life. They would not falter, not even in the face of overwhelming odds.
The chaos ensued, the warriors and the Oni clashed in a frenzy of steel and spirit energy. The outcome was far from certain, but one thing was clear: only one side could emerge victorious.
The battle raged on as both sides killed and were killed, the injured were shuttled back to the safety behind the magna shield to recuperate, healing potions and spirit chi recovery pills/potions were sent out to the battlefield.
"Will we survive this?.... I can't lose... I can't die.... Even if I die I'll take a whole lot of 'em with me down to the grave" were the thoughts of the Exorcist warriors as they fought with their lives on the line
// Yup y'all keep on fighting I'll be watching u from up here -sips hot milk- ☕ \\
