Calamity

Silch did not have any time to wander into is thoughts and find out. He had to find a way to come back to Thresha. He finnaly looks at himself and his surroundings. He could see a large grassland with leaf green grass and large gray boulders, tiny ponds and smaller bodies of water. He looks at his hands, they were wet with drying water and a very few strands of his hair. He tries to stand up but as he pushes himself upward towards the sky, he loses his balance and his feet trips and he falls down back to the ground "Ah".

Thud..

He fell, but the pain was not that bad, Back when he was on Thresha he was always weak, his body would bleed even at the smallest cut, and his skin would turn red wen it would sustain minor damage, so this change shocked him greatly. " Did i get get stronger?". He asked himself, when he looks at his feet, he realized that he indeed, did change a lot. His body was bigger, he grew a few inches. He then realized why he fell down. 'My brain didn't adapt to this new body' as he though of this he said out load "What am I, Who am i".

Silch quickly did some common exercises he watched other children do on their morning walk to the jog destinations in Varies City. In him homeland Belcium it was common for children to jog daily to different places in the city. These places were called the 'Jog destinations'. These Jog destinations were different in different places, But the common Jog destinations were the church, the park the individuals home. This was also a reason why the church and the park were always quite a distance away. "Home" Silch said, unable to resist his desire to go home, but every time he thought about it, The less the wish seemed fulfillable. "Was my body the only thing that changed?". Silch believed that, his childish mentality would cry more and wouldn't be able to think straight, as he woke up and started to walk.

"Was my body the only thing that changed or did my mind go mature? Silch couldn't help but wonder while he still tried to walk, his feet were shaking, but this was better. After a short while, his mind adapted to his new body.

"I need to find a way home, I didn't want to a part of this". As he said that, he walked over to the nearest tree, He placed his hand on the bark, feeling the texture of the wood. 'Humans do exist in this world, since i am one. That 'entity' that entered my body at least helped my learn somethings. Its good that this world isn't an abomination with an apocalyptic type setting and plot, i cant know for sure"

He started walking slowly, then walked faster, then his walk broke out into a sprint, he ran as fast as he could. "Ah This feeling. I could have never done this". He was excited as his new body was some sort of blessing.

As he was running, he didn't feel his exhaustion, his body was better than his past's, its was better than an average persons, highly in fact.

He ran for minutes before stopping. he could feel a bit of exhaustion, just a bit. his eyes fell on a lush green bush nearby. Just as he was looking at it, he heard a rattle sound, it was the movement of small bushes moving and hitting each other. He immediately looks back at another bush behind him, this one was larger and farther away from him. He looks down. Just realizing his clothes. They were a black tunic and white pants while looked like a rag, but it was really were pants.

He went closer toward the bush, when he saw a small gap in the leaves, when he put one of his eyes in it, he saw a snake, a bit larger than average size and a long black stripe on its back, its tongue was of a color which he couldn't verify as there wasn't enough light. But he was sure it was a pink like red color which all snaked had. Its tail was the most unique part about it as it wasn't normal as the way Silch saw it. Its tail had a small blade, Which resembled a knife but was more like a dagger.

When he saw it, His blue eyes contracted. He jumped back. He did not feel any fear but what he did was pure instinct. He felt a bit of a feeling which couldn't describe. It was dude to his instinct and his sense of fear colliding with each other. He should have felt fear but his new bodies emotions were different to his. This was sign of his brain adapting at slower pace.

He quickly ran as fast he could towards a small inclined hill.

As he ran faster he thought about that snake again. 'What is that thing?. I have never seen something akin to that snake, is it even a snake?. Is it something unique to this world?, this story?'

As he slowed to he realized that the inclined hill wasn't actually a hill but a small cliff. He looked down at the edge as the hill as it came closer. When he was at the edge, He saw the bottom of that hill. It was approximately 30 meters deep according to his calculations. He raised his head and looked for anything that can catch his eye. Something did catch his eyes. It was a city a few hundred meters away from him.

The city was very old fashioned, It reminded him of the medieval era. The city had hundreds of houses and a 10 meter wooden gate around it, but the most eye catching feature was the very tall and thick pillar made of stone, it was similar to a pedestal and there a giant burning fire at the top of it. The pillar from a far looked like a giant candle.

Seeing this Silch's eyes immediately lit up he was smiling his face was filled with recognition as he though 'I recognized this place. This the city which was called 'The kingdoms forgotten candle' and the 'Tragic town'. How could i not, This is the fan favorite...'
