Seeking for the truth

 The next morning met me with a slight headache , I drank the headache potion and went to prepare myself for the day. Breakfast with my parents or should I say foster parents was peaceful and quiet. They apologized for not believing me about the Hayden case , turns out that they investigated and found out that she was the culprit.

"That was what they should have done before scolding me" I thought and continued eating.

I only nodded without saying a word , they didn't worry about that because that was a typical "Elena behavior". After breakfast , I told my father that I wanted to go to the physicians for more medicine. "Are all empty" He asked. "Yes" I replied.

He then gave me permission and didn't smell a rat , if I want to know about my life the physician is the perfect person.

The physician is like a second father to me and I sometimes wished that he was become he treats me so well better than mine.

I am sure he wouldn't hesitate to tell the truth about my birth.

I took my bag and sword and straddled my horse and drove out. I arrived at the physician house which was at the outskirt of our kingdom. I knocked at the door and a frail looking woman opened the door for me , she told me that the physicians went to pluck some herbs. I went inside the house and sat down , few minutes later he came back and was surprised to see me.

"Your Highness , what do I own this visit ?" he greeted me. I went straight to the point and asked him about me not being the biological daughter of the king. He laughed and laughed , I was surprised because what I asked was not funny at all. After he had laughed to satisfaction , he said to me "you naive little girl". 

Before I could ask him what he meant by that , a knock was heard at the door. He went and opened the door and four men came in with that pirate-looking man with his wife and son. I was very confused with the turns of event , well they didn't keep me in the dark for long.

The pirate looking man told me that they wanted to take me hostage and everything was a plot to bring me out of the palace. "We didn't know that you would fall for it" he smirked. "I never knew you would ever think of doing this to me George , you were like my second father" I said to the physician. "Sorry Princess but I did it to survive" he replied.

I tried to dash towards the door but one of the four men prevented me and tied my hands and legs. They put me inside their carriage and sets out on a journey to a place I know not. I felt so stupid for coming to George instead of confronting my parents. They would be devastated if I didn't return home.

We went for a long time until we arrived on a little village , they untied me and we went into the village. They booked an inn and we ate there , after eating they called the inn owner and asked him to prepare tea for them but the inn owner told them that he was busy. The pirate-looking man then told me to go and make the tea. "You must be crazy for asking me to do that" I told him.

His son stood up and came to me and gave me a resounding slap. "I promise you , you are going to pay for laying your flithy hands on me" I said and spat on him. "That was not laying hands princess , this is " he said and started caressing the exposed part of my neck. "Le me go" I shouted trying to shove him away but he was faster than me and he held my hand and continued touching me. "Let her be Edward" his father ordered and he left me.

"Now go and make that tea" his father said , I went into the small kitchen put some water in the kettle and placed it on the fire. And then I started searching for the tea can , I opened one can and looked inside it but it wasn't tea leaves so I closed it. But the smell of that leaf in the can smelled familiar so I opened it again and saw that it was Kelly leaf , a leaf when taken into the body will make the person to sleep for two to five hours depending on the dose given.

I immediately put some of the Kelly leaves in the kettle and then found the tea can and also put some in the kettle too. When the water was boiled and the tea was ready I served my kidnapers and waited for the leaf to do it's work , not long they retired to their room leaving me with two of their men and their son.

He smirked and came closer to me and touched my hair , I couldn't shove him away because my hands were tied. "You look so beautiful princess , I want to marry you someday" he said. I wanted to respond but I kept silence , I needed the energy later. "You are going to marry me right ?" he asked but he got silence as a reply. He became angry and slapped me and I felt blood in my mouth.

"You listen princess when I talk to you , answer you are now our slave !" he shouted.

 "Yes master" I replied. 

"But not for long, my father will definitely hunt you and behead you" I thought inside my head.

He was satisfied and drank some tea , gulping it down at once. A few minutes later , he started acting sleepy and I knew that the leaves was already doing it's work.

He told the other two men to guard me with their life and make sure that I don't escape and retired to his room.

"Stinking moron" I cursed in my mind.
