Chapter 82: The Collision of Gundams

Unable to receive instructions from Laguna Harvey, the [Trinity] team could only choose their targets based on personal preferences. In addition to various bases, they also listed the top-ranked military factories as potential attack targets.

Unlike Michael and Nena, who reveled in destruction and killing, Johann's heart had already sunk to the bottom. Laguna Harvey had not responded to him, and despite trying various ways to reach out, he had received no reply.

"Yah-ho! This is exhilarating! Did you see that? Those people fleeing in panic?" Michael asked Johann and Nena over the comms, his face twisted with a sickly madness.

"They're like rats! So amusing! It makes me want to crush them!" Nena wore the cutest smile, yet her words were the most vicious.

"Big brother, where's our next target? I can't wait!"

After several setbacks, Michael and Nena not only failed to reflect on their actions but instead placed all the blame on others, venting their frustrations on the mission targets. The original task was simply to destroy the targets, but they ruthlessly slaughtered everyone they could see, whether they were soldiers or civilians, even those who surrendered or had lost the will to fight.

"Let's return to Hideout 19 first. I'll try to contact Laguna again," Johann said.

"Huh? Why? We still have plenty of GN Particles! Let's take out another target!"

"Yeah, Johann, and things have been going smoothly without Laguna lately, right? We can ignore him."

"Exactly, big brother. That old man might already be dead for all we know."

"It would be better if he were dead. I've never liked him; middle-aged men are so disgusting."

"Alright, enough talk. Listen to me. Let's head to the supply point first. If we still can't reach Laguna in an hour, we'll take action."

"Tch, got it..."

"Understood. So boring..."

The siblings reluctantly agreed, their restlessness barely contained, but who could argue with Johann being the older brother? Regardless, the bond among the three siblings was still very strong.

Seeing his younger siblings being so troublesome, Johann felt a headache coming on, and a fleeting thought crossed his mind about whether he should be stricter with them.

But as soon as that thought appeared, it was cast aside. They didn't know their origins or backgrounds; the three of them had relied on each other since childhood, having lost too much of what they should have enjoyed. Now that they finally had freedom, Johann wouldn't demand anything from them—he just wanted them to be happy.

However, a sense of foreboding lingered in Johann's heart, and as they drew closer to Hideout 19, that feeling intensified.

Before long, this bad premonition came true, as a thick plume of smoke rose in the direction of Hideout 19.

"That's the direction of the hideout!"

"Was it attacked? How could that be..." Michael and Nena naturally saw the same scene, their expressions darkening.

Hideout 19 was located on a deserted island in the sea, uninhabited and usually devoid of visitors. The rising smoke could only come from the hideout.

"Michael, Nena, stay alert!"

"Understood!" X2

At that moment, a pink beam sliced through the azure sky, striking Throne Eins.

Johann instinctively pulled the control stick, narrowly dodging the beam's attack.

"This particle beam! It's from [Celestial Being]!"

As he guessed the identity of the attackers, several more shots came in, immediately tearing apart the formation of the [Trinity] team.

"It's the sniper from Gundam Dynames!"

"Damn it! Have they gone mad?"

"Why are they attacking us? We are..."

Nena wanted to defend herself, but the words caught in her throat, for Yang Hui had already declared that they were not part of the [Celestial Being] forces, nor were they part of the [Celestial Being] plan.

At the same time, Gundam Exia and Gundam Cherudim launched an assault on the [Trinity] team from completely different directions, and they had no time to stop it under the sniper fire from Gundam Dynames.

The GN Long Sword unfolded, and Gundam Exia swung it, directly sending Throne Zwei flying. The equally hard giant sword was instantly cleaved open.

"Michael!"

"Mi Hai, brother!"

"Are you still worried about others?"

As Johann and Nena split up, Setsuna, in Gundam Cherudim, approached the back of the third unit and kicked it in the abdomen. The tremendous impact elicited a scream from Nena as the third unit plummeted onto the deserted island. Gundam Cherudim landed directly on top of the third unit, pressing the GN gun against the cockpit.

"Don't move, little girl."

"Nena!"

With a furious roar, the GN Cannon powered up, aimed at the Gundam Cherudim that had its back turned to him, but Johann hesitated to pull the trigger. The third unit was in the line of fire, and he couldn't guarantee he could destroy it before Gundam Cherudim fired.

Johann couldn't shoot, but Neil could. Seizing the opportunity, the sniper fire from Gundam Dynames came again, directly severing the GN Cannon of the first unit.

"Boom~!"

"Why? Why are you attacking us!? We are also part of [Celestial Being]! To eradicate war..." Johann shouted over the public frequency.

"No, you are not our comrades. You... are not Gundam Meisters!" Setsuna replied after cleaving the giant sword of the second unit in two.

"You bastard! How dare you harm my Throne Gundam... FANG!"

Having lost the giant sword, eight GN Fang shot out, heading straight for Gundam Exia's vital points. But Gundam Exia remained unfazed, retracting the GN Long Sword and swiftly drawing six GN beam short swords from its waist. Each of the six swords was thrown, accurately hitting a GN Fang.

"And more!" Michael saw that Gundam Exia had missed two GN Fang, a cruel smile on his face as he directed the remaining GN Fang straight at Gundam Exia's cockpit. "Die!"

Despite the blaring alarms, Gundam Exia remained undeterred, two beams grazed its cheeks, shooting down the last two GN Fang.

"Hey, hey, hey, don't forget about me," Neil sneered.

"Bastards, you destroyed my FANG... I will never forgive you!" Michael drew the last remaining beam long sword and charged at Gundam Exia.

Gundam Exia would not back down, the GN Long Sword sprang forth again, ready to show the second unit that in close combat, it was merely a younger brother!

The third unit was under the control of Gundam Cherudim, the second unit was entangled with Gundam Exia, and Johann was restricted by the sniper fire from Gundam Dynames, unable to rescue anyone. Johann was sweating profusely, contemplating a way to escape.

Finally, he recalled a piece of information that would be their only chance for a safe retreat.

"Stratos brothers, the targets you are willing to become Gundam Meisters to take revenge on are right beside you!"
