Stand Ashamed

"Hey, brat. Do you know who I am?" In a separate space, Ryomen Sukuna faced Kenji Joule on top of his throne of bones.

The surroundings could only be described as dreadful, a stench of death always lingered in the air, a sea of blood stood beneath Kenji's feet as he looked up to the sitting individual, hands still in his pockets.

"Hm.. So this is that so called [Soul Space]? Yours is pretty impressive." Kenji complimented him but Sukuna only vigilantly stared at him.

Sukuna's senses, honed with countless years of combat were screaming at him, the man in front of him. Was the very definition of Danger.

"But you know.. This is my soul.." Kenji dajd as a smirk slowly creeped into his face. A massive vortex former underneath him as the sea of blood was dispersed, from Sukuna's territory, it turned into a massive expanse of white land.

'This brat..' Sukuna grit his teeth, Kenji had managed to overpower Sukuna's control over his soul domain. Turning it, into his.

"This is my realm, Ryomen Sukuna. Any form of power you have here is what I allow. And the only thing I allow you to have, is Fear." Kenji waved his hand, a gust of invisible wind cut through Sukuna's body, dismantling him.

"Impossible..!" Sukuna recognized that technique, after all that was originally his! Kenji calmly stared at him as Sukuna was cleaved in half, the white ground stuck to his body slowly consuming his body.

"I'm getting devoured, this is simply inconceivable... Kenji Joule, just who the hell are you..." Sukuna struggled with every word, as he was already half consumed by the sterile white land, the feeling of his soul slowly getting ripped apart was getting to him.

"Me? I'm just... A Normal Doom Scroller." Kenji said with a light smile, as the ground fully enveloped Sukuna.

"Stand ashamed, King of Frauds. You were weak." Kenji mocked him as Sukuna's last visible eye widened.

Kenji had devoured him, the King of Curses was no more.

Kenji's consciousness shortly returned to his body as he was met with a pretty comical sight. Megumi and Yuji were squared up, ready to attack him upon a moment's notice.

Megumi was even doing the kamikaze pose. 'This guy plans to summon Mahoraga on me, that's crazy.' He truly was, Potential Man.

In short, he was about to get jumped, Jujutsu Kaisen style.

Meanwhile Gojo was just calmly examining him, getting up close and personal, peering into whatever the hell he was seeing.

"Hoo.. What's this, you're aura changed." He said as he rubbed his chin, a smirk present on his face.

"That's what happens when you devour the King of Curses." He said nonchalantly, as if it was the most normal thing in the world.

Gojo's smirk grew wider as he gave the two bags of souvenirs to Megumi.

"So that's what that is, interesting, very interesting. Say... Want to join Jujutsu High?" Gojo seemed to be asking, but Kenji saw through what he was getting at.

Come with him, or there would be trouble.

"You know I could, but there's still something I need to do here." He was talking about the main cast of Dandadan, he was stalking them earlier and saw that tonight was when they'll be getting their powers.

He wanted to talk to them for a bit.

"Hmm.. Is that so." Gojo reeled his head back as he took of his blindfold, his ethereal blue eyes on full display, meeting Kenji's eyes, Kenji's eyes slowly changed, slowly forming a letter for each eye.

'This is about to happen huh..' Kenji scoffed as he let his Cursed Energy out, a massive wave of pressure, impacting Megumi and Yuji they felt as if a whole building was crushing them down. Even Gojo was affected as a bead of sweat formed on his cheek.

"Wait wait wait, It was a joke, a joke." Gojo said switching to a silly tone as he raised both of his hand as a sign of surrender.

"What?" Kenji said, as he blankly stared at the white-haired ikemen that was barely taller than him by an inch.

"Well you know? This is still a city, if we fought here now then thousands of civilians would get affected, and from what I've seen this city might even get wiped off the map of Japan." Gojo said as he put his blindfold back on, his words making a lot of sense for Kenji.

Wait, Gojo, making sense? Impossible.

"So about Sukuna, is he truly gone, or do you still need his other fingers?" Gojo asked as he helped the two boys planted on the floor.

"He's really gone, I've consumed his soul, everything about him is now mine. The other fingers have lost their status as Cursed Objects, they probably don't even have a speck of Cursed Energy anymore." Or at least that's what he believed but he needed to check if that was really true.

"That's wicked, this is gonna cause an uproar in the Jujutsu World." Gojo said as he imagined what the old heads are gonna say about this situation. The King of Curses, Ryomen Sukuna was gone just like that, with not even a single casualty needed.

"But I'm kinda disappointed." Gojo scratched his head as Kenji raised an eyebrow.

"I imagined I would have to fight Sukuna in the future, reveling in an epic Ultimate Jujutsu Sorcerer, where one of us would die and be the Hero, or the Supervillain, the usual stuff." Gojo waved his hand as he laughed.

"This guy really has a lose screw.." Kenji whispered.

"I heard that." Gojo said, he carried Yuji and Megumi with both hands preparing to leave.

"How about you fight me instead?" Kenji proposed as Gojo was about to teleport away.

"Maybe, but not now, let's see. Welp, see ya!" Gojo bid his farewell, leaving Kenji on the destroyed rooftop of his school.

The school was closed down for the whole week, they have some fast workers.

A/N: Don't know what to think about this chapter, I feel like I did fine but at the same time not.

I was initially preparing for Kenji and Gojo to fight this chapter, but decided against it. They would have their duel, but not now.

Also, I know Sukuna's fingers each carry a piece of his soul, but I decided that nah, let's skip all that hassle and just off-screen this fraud. By the time the Shinjuku arc rolled up Kenji would have been so strong that he would have one tapped Sukuna with a mere flick, so he isn't worth the plot.

Anyway let me know if you like this route, while I can't change it. I'd at least like to know what you guys think.
