Chapter 100 — An Unexpected Development - It's Already Been Captured!?

The chilling dark impact instantly extinguished the incoming Water Shuriken and Mystical Fire, continuing toward the two Kalos final-stage starters with undiminished power.

BOOM!

In the violent explosion, both Greninja and Delphox were blown away.

"Greninja! Delphox!"

Serena cried out in shock, about to rush forward to check on her Pokémon.

However, Yveltal's second Dark Pulse was already coming from the sky.

At this moment, just as Serena was about to run out, she felt someone grab her arm and forcefully pull her back.

Then, Zacian suddenly appeared between the fallen Greninja and Delphox.

An energy blade instantly formed in its mouth, cleanly splitting the Dark Pulse in three.

The massive Moonblast broke through the air, instantly striking Yveltal's forehead in the sky.

Boom!

The intense energy turned into shockwaves, stirring up winds strong enough to uproot large trees.

Several seconds later, Yveltal's body surged with light, transforming into an even larger divine bird charging this way.

Using Sky Attack?

"Who gave you the courage to fight Zacian in close combat?"

Sun Wuming asked with amusement.

A light green energy blade emerged from between the Sword King's battle-damaged fangs.

Zacian leaped up, meeting the diving Yveltal head-on with a counter-slash.

Solar Blade!!!

An even stronger shockwave than before made the ground start to crack.

Powerful air currents continuously struck the surroundings, the windows of houses on both sides of the street making "bang bang bang" sounds as they were shattered by the hurricane!

Marnie, Serena, and Diancie all took shelter behind the invisible barrier Sun Wuming created with qi, avoiding being blown away.

"Be careful! This kind of battle will sweep up the petrified residents!"

Seeing several nearby petrified townspeople being blown into the sky by the gale,

Diantha directed Mega Gardevoir to use Psychic to control those airborne statues while shouting at Sun Wuming's back.

"Then let's change battlefields."

Sun Wuming made a gesture to Zacian.

Seeing this, Zacian's head flashed with metallic silver light as it leaped up, ramming hard into Yveltal's abdomen.

Instantly knocking it out of Parfum Palace Town's bounds into the adjacent Parfum Forest.

Serena discovered that the originally bird-song filled Parfum Forest had become a land of death.

Whether the flowers and trees underfoot, the Fletchling that liked to perch on branches, or the Bunnelby that liked to run through the grass, all had turned to stone.

"This is too much."

Serena said in disbelief.

"This thing causes such havoc every time it awakens, I don't understand what meaning its existence has."

Sun Wuming clearly didn't have much fondness for Yveltal either.

"Even fighting here, who knows how many wild Pokémon will be affected."

Diantha showed a pained expression, "Yveltal is too cruel."

"Teacher Wuming, please, catch that Pokémon and return my mother and the others to normal."

Serena grabbed Sun Wuming's hand and pleaded desperately.

She wanted to avenge her mother herself, but simply didn't have that ability.

Seeing the girl's pitiful state, even Sun Wuming felt reluctant to tell her that although Yveltal was responsible for the petrification, it didn't have the ability to undo it.

Sun Wuming reached to his waist and took out an Ultra Ball, throwing it at the falling Destruction Pokémon.
