After a long while, Serena finally walked out of the spaceship with an expression of her worldview being shattered.
Marnie, who was busy training, was startled by these two's expressions and went up to Serena to ask:
"What's wrong?"
"It's... it's incredible..."
Serena still hadn't recovered from her shock.
That brutal training felt like one moment of carelessness would result in being pierced by lasers.
Even as a spectator, Serena felt a suffocating sensation just watching.
She couldn't imagine what it would feel like to experience it firsthand.
Marnie blinked.
Come to think of it, it had been quite a while since she last saw Sun Wuming's training.
He must have come up with some new methods by now, right?
Slap! Slap!
Suddenly, Serena patted her own cheeks and quickly adjusted her mindset, muttering to herself:
"There's no time to waste, I need to step up my own training too!"
After saying this, Serena turned and walked towards Greninja and the others.
It had been decided that Altaria and Gardevoir, as the support members of the team, would not participate in chakra-focused training.
Their training would mainly focus on healing, defense, and other logistical aspects.
As for Metagross, who had just recently joined Serena's team, she would need to spend more time bonding with it to build better coordination.
The main ones practicing ninja techniques were Greninja, Delphox, and Manectric.
According to Pangoro's advice, when first starting training, it would be nearly impossible to walk steadily.
So after concentrating chakra in their feet, they should just rush straight for the treetop.
Yes, this was Team 7's training method.
When Manectric took its first step, it did a 710-degree backflip and landed hard on its head.
It rolled around on the ground howling in pain while holding its head.
Seeing this, Serena quickly ran over to massage Manectric's head while constantly comforting it.
When Greninja reached about five or six meters up, there was a cracking sound from under its feet.
In the next moment, it lost balance and began to fall.
"Ninja!"
Greninja formed a water blade in its hand, quickly left a mark on the tree bark, then gracefully flipped once in midair before landing safely on the ground.
"Ninja..."
Greninja frowned deeply, staring at the mark it had just left.
Who knew controlling this energy called "chakra" would be so difficult.
Using too much force would result in losing balance and falling from the tree.
Thinking this, Greninja turned to look at Manectric, who was running around holding its head while being comforted by Serena, and thought with disdain:
[If you don't use enough force, you won't be able to stick to the tree, just like that idiot...]
Carrie, who had also walked out of the spaceship, stood at a distance watching Serena's team train, thinking to herself:
"That Greninja is indeed excellent, already showing results despite just starting training. Manectric looks rather dim-witted, and as for Delphox... huh!?"
After praising Greninja in her mind and laughing internally at Manectric's foolish appearance, Carrie turned to check on Delphox's situation and was startled.
She saw that Delphox had already reached ten meters high before losing control and falling from that height.
Keep in mind, Greninja had barely managed five or six meters!
"Well done, Delphox!"
Serena caught Delphox around the waist (ajbg), exclaiming encouragingly.
"Fox~"
Delphox also showed a delighted expression.
Pokémon's feelings are just that pure.
As long as they can receive their trainer's approval and praise, they're willing to give their all.
Greninja compared the height difference between itself and Delphox, then looked at Delphox being hugged by Serena, its eyes flashing with intense dissatisfaction.
It gathered chakra in its feet once again and charged towards the tree trunk.
...
...
"Oh? Delphox is doing the best?"
During dinner time, listening to Serena describe today's training, Sun Wuming was somewhat surprised.
At first, he too thought Greninja would be the best among the three.
"Better watch out, or you might lose your ace position."
Sun Wuming glanced at Greninja, who was eating with the other Pokémon, and teased lightly.
"Ninja..."
Hearing these words, Greninja's eating motion paused, and after a few seconds of silence, it walked out without looking back.
"Greninja, where are you going?"
Serena looked worried and was about to chase after it.
"To train, what else?"
Sun Wuming held Serena's hand, making her sit back down, "Just let it go, it needs some pressure occasionally."
"You deliberately provoked it, didn't you?"
Carrie asked suspiciously.
"Well, Greninja's growth rate has been slower than I expected."
Sun Wuming said honestly.
Slower?
Hearing these words from Sun Wuming, Carrie suspected he was being pretentious.
This Greninja had only been with Serena for about a year, right?
It had already reached Elite Four level, how was that slow?!
However, if Carrie knew that in the original anime, Bond Greninja had reached Champion level after just one year with Ash, she wouldn't think this way.
It even ended up being so overpowered it had to be forcibly written off through a release.
That was something else.
"Perhaps triggering the Bond Evolution needs some stimulus."
Sun Wuming thought to himself.

Meanwhile, at the Lysandre Labs headquarters in Lumiose City.
A young man with dark blue, almost black short hair and a blue down feather scarf around his neck, walked familiarly into the elevator, pressed the top floor button, and made his way to the president's office.
This person was Alan.
"Tch, you finally came, the boss has been waiting for ages."
The fat man guarding the door, Flare Team's chief scientist Xerosic, opened the office door with an annoyed expression.
He really disliked this kid Alan, who was merely an outer member of Team Flare without formally joining the organization, yet somehow earned Lysandre's deep trust.
What gave him the right?
Alan paid no attention to Xerosic's attitude, and upon entering the office, immediately saw the lion-maned silhouette standing by the window overlooking all of Lumiose City.
It was Lysandre.
"Director, I've completed the investigation you asked for."
Alan spoke as he walked behind him.
Since Lysandre's public identity was CEO of Lysandre Labs, Alan addressed him as "Director."
While reporting, Alan couldn't help but glance at Malva, who was sitting cross-legged on a sofa on the other side of the office, scrolling through her phone.
"Don't mind her, Alan."
Lysandre continued gazing at the nightscape of Lumiose City below through the window, speaking slowly:
"Malva isn't an outsider, just speak freely."
Hearing this, Alan stopped concerning himself about it and continued:
"The location is in Geosenge Town, a coastal city in western Kalos. In the desert depths not far from that city, I found the [Valley of Creation]."
Hearing this, Lysandre immediately turned around, asking with some urgency in his voice:
"Did you find it? The legendary Pokémon known as the [Ring of Light Super Demon God]."
The Ring of Light Super Demon God was the nickname of a fearsome Pokémon recorded in Kalos's history.
Legend has it that this Pokémon had an extreme desire for treasures and would uproot entire castles containing treasures.
There were even rumors saying it could use the power of the "rings" to transfer various powerful Pokémon to its side at will.
A hundred years ago, this Pokémon had transferred multiple powerful legendary Pokémon to the Kalos region, triggering a Ragnarök-level battle.
Lysandre's plan was to use this Pokémon known as the [Ring of Light Super Demon God] to transfer Xerneas over.
This way, he could get his hands on both the God of Destruction and the God of Eternity before Sun Wuming.
However, because Lysandre's position as the Kalos League Chairman was too conspicuous,
He delegated many trivial matters to Alan.
This investigation of the Valley of Creation was one such task.
While Alan had vaguely sensed that Lysandre, as the League Chairman, seemed to be doing something shady behind the scenes,
And had struggled with whether he should continue working for Lysandre,
But helplessly, what he offered was just too much.
Not only did he give him a Key Stone bracelet and Charizardite for Mega Evolution, but he also promised to give him a pseudo-legendary Pokémon after completing this Valley of Creation investigation.
There was really no reason to refuse.
Alan replied:
"The valley's residents were all very hospitable, and during my investigation, I did indeed discover an unheard-of Pokémon called [Hoopa]."
"Hoopa?"
Malva pushed up her glasses on the sofa, repeating the name.
"However, this Pokémon's personality is completely different from what's recorded in history."
Alan said with a frown.
Alan had also read the Kalos historical documents about the [Ring of Light Super Demon God].
A monster that could uproot castles for treasure, extremely battle-hungry, even forcibly transferring legendaries from other regions to fight with it.
However, when Alan recalled the little thing he saw in the Valley of Creation...
Hmm... it just seemed like a mischievous troublemaker, with no other similarities to the records at all!
"Did you see its abilities?"
Lysandre asked again.
When asked this question, Alan frowned slightly and shook his head:
"I'm sorry, I did make such a request, but the siblings taking care of Hoopa, Baraz and Meray, immediately became wary when they heard my request and demanded that I leave the Valley of Creation at once."
"It seems the [Ring of Light Super Demon God] is almost certainly that Pokémon called 'Hoopa'."
Malva said coolly.
If it weren't, why would those siblings' attitude towards Alan change so dramatically?
Isn't this just like trying to hide something obvious?
Malva secretly laughed at how naive these siblings caring for the mythical Pokémon were.
