"These two children, could they really have..."
Korrina's heart was filled with emotion as her beautiful eyes, full of disbelief, darted between Serena and Marnie.
Whether it was Marnie who had just restrained Zygarde, or Serena who had ambushed and forced it back.
The things these two could accomplish - Korrina questioned herself.
Could she... do the same things?
To be honest, she wasn't very confident.
Her mind couldn't help but drift back to that bet with Sun Ming.
Less than a month had passed of the two months agreed upon.
Yet Marnie and Serena had shown such incredibly rapid progress.
In another month, there was a ninety percent chance she would lose.
Even though the current situation wasn't appropriate for thinking about such things, Korrina's heart couldn't help but flutter with embarrassment.
Would she really have to kiss him then?
Wait! The bet was just about a hug, not actually kissing.
Korrina secretly breathed a sigh of relief, but for some reason, deep down she felt a slight disappointment.
"Marnie, be careful! It's coming again!"
Ash-Greninja's partner Serena shouted a warning.
Looking over, they saw Zygarde, who had just fallen to its knees from a deflected attack, immediately readjusting its posture to launch a new wave of attacks at Marnie.
"740" However on Marnie's side, Tyranitar was already unable to battle.
Only Morpeko, Grimmsnarl and Incineroar remained.
Oh, and one Mega Latias too.
"Can we really only summon one more legendary?"
Marnie worried in her heart.
At this moment, Marnie truly wished Sun Ming was by her side, to give her someone to rely on.
She really didn't dare make arbitrary decisions, for fear of truly triggering dimensional collapse.
Fortunately, Marnie wouldn't need to worry much longer.
Just as Zygarde launched another charge at her.
"Woof!"
A dog's bark rang out, and everyone looked toward the direction of the sound.
They saw a green Pokémon the same color as Zygarde sprinting rapidly toward them.
Above its head, green light gathered at a point and fell into its body.
This scene was just like what had happened with Zygarde earlier.
When the hound reached Zygarde, its cells had finished assembling.
An identical serpentine Zygarde slammed into its other half, asking in disbelief through telepathy:
[What has happened to you, my other half!?]
The red-core Zygarde looked at the other with concern.
"T-two Zygardes!?"
Everyone was shocked.
However, there were subtle differences between them.
The most obvious being that the out-of-control one had an ominous red aura around its body.
[The two were originally one]
Hoopa Unbound explained.
Though the explanation wasn't very clear.
"Hoopa, can we ask the other Zygarde to help us?"
Marnie's mind quickly turned, asking the Hoopa Unbound in her arms.
[If we can return its other half to normal, Hoopa thinks it won't refuse]
Hoopa Unbound nodded.
Marnie's eyes showed joy.
Great, as long as they could successfully restrain Zygarde, this battle was basically won!
...
...
Splash!
On the other side, Sun Ming, knocked down by his own impact, fell onto the ice layer below, crashing through a huge hole into the ocean.
Yes, the ocean for hundreds of miles had frozen over, all thanks to Kyurem's Ice Burn from earlier.
However, this actually helped Sun Ming's side greatly, giving Pangoro and Zekrom who couldn't fly a good foothold.
Aokiji approved.
"Grrah!"
Pangoro, its fur dyed completely red from opening five gates, anxiously looked at the large hole in the ice.
However, in that moment of distraction, Reshiram, wrapped in blue energy waves, transformed into a fierce dragon and sent Pangoro flying.
Dragon Rush!
Zekrom telepathically said to Pangoro:
[Idiot, how could that man be defeated by such a simple move? Worry about yourself first!]
Hearing Zekrom's words, Pangoro quickly calmed down and gritted its teeth to withstand Reshiram's impact.
Fortunately, Reshiram wasn't skilled in physical attacks, so while the collision hurt, it was still within acceptable limits.
In the ocean.
Sun Ming propped his chin with one hand, thinking quickly:
"Dealing with Hoopa Unbound's move is quite troublesome, so I'll use a bit of strategy."
Thinking this, Sun Ming smiled slightly, spread both hands, and released two ki wave spheres from his palms, throwing one to the left and one to the right.
"Good, this should work."
Sun Ming nodded with satisfaction.
...
...
High in the sky, Hoopa Unbound's face darkened as it looked down at the huge hole Sun Ming had crashed through in the ice.
Fighting until now, it knew clearly that just that previous hit couldn't possibly defeat that human.
But why wasn't he coming out yet?
Could he be staying down there to recover some energy?
If that's the case...
Thinking this, Hoopa Unbound slightly narrowed its eyes, wondering whether to use this opportunity to summon two more hands.
Whoosh!
Just as this thought occurred to Hoopa Unbound, a beam of light suddenly shot up from the sea surface, coming at it from the left.
[Here he comes!?]
Hoopa Unbound's expression changed as its right three arms erupted in flames, throwing an uppercut to counter.
However, when it hit, the ki blast instantly shattered into countless particles of light.
[A fake!?]
Hoopa Unbound's expression tensed, and immediately another beam of light came from the right.
Hoopa Unbound spun around sharply, opening its fanged mouth to fire a spiral of dark purple energy.
Dark Pulse!
But the result was the same as before - the light beam shattered into points of light when struck.
Another fake!?
"I'm right here~"
A voice came from above. Hoopa Unbound looked up to see Sun Ming's elbow strike rapidly filling its vision. In its panic, it tried to use its rings to teleport again.
But... it was too late!
Sun Ming's elbow strike crashed hard into Hoopa Unbound's nose bridge.
The pain in its face made Hoopa Unbound cry out.
Falling to the ice surface, Hoopa Unbound created a crater hundreds of times larger than Sun Ming's earlier one before plunging into the ocean.
"Don't think you can secretly summon new legendaries in there."
Sun Ming indicated that, as a crafty outsider, he had already figured out what Hoopa Unbound was planning after falling into the ocean.
"Ka! Me! Ha! Me! Ha!"
Aiming at where Hoopa Unbound had fallen into the sea, red light rapidly gathered with enough force to split the entire ocean in two.
However, at that moment, Mega Rayquaza's dragon body rolled violently through the clouds above.
Endless green light gathered around its body with earth-shattering force, transforming into a shield between the Kamehameha and Hoopa Unbound.
Dragon Ascent!
"This guy!?"
Sun Ming hadn't expected that Hoopa Unbound, who appeared to be all brawn and no brains, would think so meticulously as to use Mega Rayquaza as its shield!
After all, fighting until now, Mega Rayquaza was also heavily injured...
Rather than waiting to be defeated uselessly, it might as well serve one final purpose as its shield before dying!
What a capitalist.
Sun Ming gritted his teeth and suddenly increased his output.
The Kamehameha's diameter instantly expanded to more than double its previous size, pushing Mega Rayquaza into the sea.
Then let's finish both of them together!
BOOM!!!
A deafening explosion echoed across this uninhabited stretch of ocean, instantly destroying the ice surface that Kyurem had frozen.
The sea below was hit by the impact, the recoil force raising wave after wave of hundred-meter-high tsunami-like swells.
Splash!!!
The seawater affected by the Kamehameha's impact surged into the sky, then fell as torrential rain, thoroughly drenching all the legendary Pokémon present.
Looking down, they could see Mega Rayquaza floating on the sea surface with drooping eyes, bobbing on the turbulent waves.
Then its body emitted a golden light as it reverted from its Mega form back to normal.
"Huff... huff... huff..."
Soaked by the rain, Sun Ming took several deep breaths, flew down to pick up the unconscious Rayquaza, and tossed it onto a drifting ice floe.
"Is it... finished?"
Just as Sun Ming was about to sense for energy.
He immediately detected another power no less than Hoopa Unbound's!
"Groar!!!"
This dragon cry was sharp and deep, making one's scalp tingle.
Sun Ming slightly tilted his body as a centipede-like Pokémon nearly grazed his cheek as it flew up from the ocean depths.
Soaring in the heavens!
The god who rules the Reverse World - [Ghost Dragon] Giratina!
And Hoopa Unbound had also emerged in another part of the sea.
It still had two rings, glowing with an ominous light.
Sun Ming smacked his forehead, "It's bad enough you're summoning gods, but you had to summon ones with fundamental authorities!"
Why had Sun Ming targeted the Weather Trio at first?
It was because they respectively controlled the fundamental authorities of land, sea and sky.
Once they started fighting, it would easily cause a collision of fundamental laws.
And more easily trigger this world's rule collapse.
While Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem were also legendaries.
But they had no fundamental authority, so fighting wouldn't trigger dimensional collapse v1.6.
So even though Sun Ming hadn't planned to send them back at first, and had even wanted to try fighting them.
But now this bastard Hoopa Unbound had actually called out a god with top-tier authority who controlled the Reverse World.
This fight really could trigger dimensional collapse!
Then, in Hoopa Unbound's remaining two rings.
The heads of Dialga the Time God and Palkia the Space God began to emerge.
"Stop summoning more, damn it!"
If Sun Ming's mood before was simply about having a friendly match.
Now he was starting to lose it.
MF even though I like causing trouble too, I never meant to cause dimensional collapse in this world!
I actually really like this Pokémon world.
"Ten Times Kaioken!"
Sun Ming shouted angrily as he spread his palms.
"Kamehameha!!!"
PS: Let me tell you all something - I don't want to use the Dragon Ball Super setting because I haven't finished watching it...
Frieza training for one month to match decades of Sun Ming and Vegeta's training, that's such BS. Why didn't you just do a few squats back on Namek to completely outclass Super Saiyan 1?
Therefore this book will stick to Dragon Ball Z, and barring anything unexpected will only go up to Super Saiyan 4.
The outline for the Super Saiyan 1 transformation is already complete, so don't worry.
Please continue supporting this book, this little sister thanks all you brothers again.
