Chapter 31: Chaos Training

As he continued chatting with Neo, his wristwatch suddenly rang, and he furrowed his brow at the unexpected call.

"Who's calling me at this hour?" he muttered to himself, but he swiftly answered the call.

"Master, we have reached your villa," a voice spoke in his ear.

His brow relaxed as he recognized it was the servants he had purchased from the System mall. "Okay, I'm coming to the gate," he replied excitedly, making his way toward the main gate.

The Servants' Point of View:

"The master has called us to wait at the gate of the villa," one servant said to another.

"Okay," the other servant calmly replied, and they both started waiting for the master.

The Butler's Point of View:

The butler had arrived at the villa at 5:00 p.m. and was currently resting after checking some documents.

Knock

"Didn't I tell you not to disturb me?" the butler snapped.

"It's… it's me," a hesitant voice came from the gate side.

"Young master, it's you. Okay, come in," the butler replied, smiling as he realized it was his young master.

As Sam entered the room, he told him without any modifications, "Uncle, I have hired two S-rank players using one billion."

He made an excuse with a straight face, claiming to have spent one billion, as the saying goes, "Even if the snake dies, the stick doesn't break."

"Young master, are you serious?" the butler exclaimed with wide eyes. S-rank players were the highest-ranked players in Region Xth.

But Sam's gaze didn't alter. "Yeah, I'm serious."

"Okay, but I will first check them. And you didn't tell anybody about this, right?" the butler asked seriously, though a tinge of worry was hidden in his eyes.

"Yeah, I didn't tell anybody," Sam replied, noticing the worry that was now apparent in his butler's eyes. He had matured, so he could see clearly and even understand the reason. "Don't worry, if you don't like them, I won't accept them."

With Sam's response, the butler smiled and rose from his seat, caressing Sam's head. "Don't worry, I will just inspect them."

The two of them moved toward the gate of the villa, where a man and a woman stood waiting.

"Master," they both said, bowing toward the young master.

"Okay," he replied, feeling a bit embarrassed as his butler watched him incredulously.

"Uncle, this is Sneha, an S-rank player with a profession in Business Management. And this is Aakash, also an S-rank player with a profession as a Necromancer," the young master introduced both of them to his uncle.

*Cough *Cough

"Young master, shall we invite the guests into our villa?" the butler suggested, though he felt they were above his league as an S-rank player.

"Yes, let's enter the villa," the young master agreed, and they all went inside.

"Could you please bring three cups of coffee?" he asked the maid politely.

"Of course, young master," she replied and went to fetch the coffee.

"Uncle, she will assist you in the business and can even protect you," he joked, then continued, "And he will protect me. You three can discuss the details amongst yourselves, as I'm going to my room," he informed, leaving the butler to assert his prestige.

"Eh! Young master, who needs protection? I'm also an S-rank player," the butler replied, his pride hurt at the thought of being protected by a woman.

Rahul grinned as he was heading toward his room, thinking, "Silly, I didn't expect the butler to have this side," and headed to his room.

As he lay down on the bed, his thoughts raced, "The butler has never married," and a whispered thought lingered, "Why not help him connect with her? But that can wait for the future, no rush. Right now, I should enjoy this moment."

However, before he knew it, he fell asleep.

"Huh! Where am I?" he exclaimed, finding himself in an unknown place.

[Host, you are currently undergoing Chaos training.]

"Oh, right, how could I forget?" he facepalmed as he read the explanation, recalling that he had invested in Chaos training to maximize his self-improvement time.

"Neo, what's the time?" he inquired, realizing he hadn't checked earlier.

[Host, it is currently 7:00 p.m.]

[You will wake up at 6:00 a.m., which means you have 22 hours remaining for training.]

"Ah, 22 hours to train!" he thought calmly. "That should be enough to improve my skills' grade," he planned, making the most of the available time.

As he organized his training routine, a notification from the World System caught his attention.

[World System]

[You have gained a buff]

[Mana Recovery 1000%]

"What! a buff!" he exclaimed, realizing he had received a mana recovery boost in Phase I of the training. He proceeded to structure his training routine for the next 22 hours in Chaos training.

0 - 2 hours: Utilize gravity bands and belt exercises.

2 - 22 hours: Convert mana into Darkness energy using the 'Darkness Conversion Technique' during the combat phase.

2 - 22 hours: Engage in simulation training with monsters and players.

With this plan in place, he diligently followed the training routine.
