Out of 20 skeletons, 10 became commanders, while 10 became king-grade skeletons.
"Master," everyone said softly as they emerged from their cocoons.
"Alright," he replied, pondering for a moment before saying, "All of you have gained sentience, and I've decided that you will live like a family among yourselves."
"Okay, Master."
"Alright, Neo, transport me," he said, transporting back to his room.
All of these processes consumed around two and a half hours.
"What a mess," he realized after becoming the savior of the skeletons, deciding to call the butler for assistance.
Butler's POV...
He was managing the businesses with Sneha when a phone call came in.
"Uncle, I need your help," came Rahul's voice from the other side.
"Did something happen?" he asked quickly.
"No, no... calm down. Nothing bad has happened, don't worry."
"Then tell me, what kind of help do you need?" he inquired.
An embarrassed voice came, "I need your help in constructing a building that can accommodate around 200 people."
"What! 200 people? Young Master, what are you planning?" he narrowed his eyes, concerned.
"It's a secret," a teasing voice came.
Sighing, he replied, "Alright, as you wish, Young Master. I will construct a building for 200 people next to the villa. But always ensure your safety and never put yourself in danger for others, okay?"
"Okay, I promise not to put myself in danger," an assured voice came.
"Alright, Young Master," he said helplessly.
"Thanks," he expressed his gratitude before ending the call.
Rahul's Perspective...
"Huh! The issue has been resolved," he thought, feeling the pressure ease.
"I'll take a break for a while," he murmured as he began to prepare for his class. As he reached his school, a notification popped up from Neo:
[The main function 'System Mall' of the Dimensional Traveling System has been deactivated for 3 years.]
"Well, I've already purchased all the necessary items," he grinned from ear to ear and arrived at school.
In Class X, the homeroom teacher announced the results of the novice dungeon.
Amar gleefully informed him, "Rahul, I'm in 3rd place."
Grinning, he replied, "1st place."
"You're leading by a mile, Boss," Amar teased.
"Fatty, I know what you mean," Rahul retorted, rolling his eyes.
"Boss, Divya was checking you out just now," Amar exclaimed mischievously.
"You're such a fatty!" he playfully cursed as he lightly hit him.
Divya's Perspective...
"As expected, I got second place," Divya thought sadly.
Unconsciously, an image of Rahul crossed her mind; he excelled in every aspect of the field, and she couldn't help but steal a glance at him. As she turned her head, Amar caught her in the act.
"What?" she exclaimed in her mind, feeling a faint blush creeping onto her cheeks. She had inadvertently witnessed a teasing moment between Rahul and Amar as she turned her head.
"Oh, I'm in 20th place, which means I'll be in Section A."
"Thank goodness! I'm in 50th place; otherwise, I'd have been in Section B."
"How is this possible? I'm at 80th place."
Many students cheered at their ranks, while others cursed and regretted not preparing enough.
"Alright, settle down, everyone. You still have plenty of opportunities in the future, and I have more news to share with all of you," the teacher said, soothing the atmosphere.
"Can you guys guess who's in first place?" the teacher asked, adopting a teaching tone.
As soon as these words were spoken, all students turned their heads toward Rahul, blaming him for their ranking.
"Who can't guess?"
"Must be Rahul since he snatched my kill."
Rahul, understanding the situation, coughed and pretended to be engrossed in something, trying to hide his embarrassment.
Divya and Amar, who witnessed the scene, chuckled and exchanged knowing smiles.
"Okay, it seems you all already know. So, focus more on your studies, especially those heading to Training B. You have plenty of opportunities in business, education, and other fields," the teacher encouraged the students.
"Yeah, I should concentrate more on academics since my talent grade is F."
Many students, who had seemed disheartened earlier, now appeared revitalized.
"Poor kids! They don't yet realize the harshness of the real world. Time will fill in all the gaps in their understanding," Rahul thought, shaking his head and reflecting on memories from his past life.
"Alright, everyone, settle down. Students ranked under 50 will train in Section A, while the rest will train in Section B," the teacher announced and began organizing everyone accordingly.
As he was heading toward Section A, his steps faltered when he heard someone call his name.
"Rahul, the principal wants to see you in the office," the teacher informed him.
"Okay, sir," he replied, heading toward the principal's office, pondering which reward he should choose.
Principal's Office...
A middle-aged man sat majestically, yet his face and body showed no signs of aging, as if time had no effect on him.
He elegantly checked some documents, amused with a particular interest. "Oh! He has a perfect score in everything," he murmured while going through one of the papers.
Knock.
A sound echoed from the office gate.
"Come in," the principal replied calmly.
As soon as Rahul entered, he was startled by the sudden prompts from the 'World System,' but he quickly recomposed himself.
"Good morning, sir."
Rahul's half focus remained on the mysterious prompts.
"Yes, I called you," the principal confirmed.
"You should already know that you came first in the novice dungeon, and you cleared it in only six hours instead of twelve, breaking a twenty-year record," the principal calmly stated.
"Yes, sir, I know," Rahul replied composedly, with full confidence.
"What rewards do you want? As long as your request doesn't violate the rules," the principal inquired with seriousness, but there was a tinge of curiosity.
"What!" Rahul momentarily lost his composure but swiftly regained control, asking, "Sir, I didn't understand. I recall that the previous student who broke the record didn't get a choice for any reward."
"Oh! It seems that you still haven't read our school's history," the principal teased.
