Habits and Discipline

Our habits are main aspects to maintain balance in our mind and progress to control our life. But habits are not an easy task to control, we fall in many unawareness events in our life.

That causes! Tough situation in our life, we use to fall in mannerism, esp. a habit are the aspects to adapt to behave. Some of we know that there are good habits, bad habits, worst habits, and great habits and we have to maintain them to balance out in our life.

Otherwise we will struggle mulling over turbulent thoughts in the depths of our mind, you are constantly yourself to struggle to assert yourself!" You also might get a tendency towards irritation and impatience with other people who lack this qualities.

Discipline is a habits, training that makes people more willing to obey or more able to control themselves, often in the form of rules and puny. The meaning of discipline is control gained by enforcing obedience or order.

Discipline is the self control that is gained by requiring that rules or orders be obeyed and ability to keep working at something that is difficult! Able to carefully control the way you work ,live ,or behave, especially to achieve a goal.

Discipline will give a general direction to the mind, and will save us in emergencies.

I definitely don't profess to be an expert on these topics by any means.

It must be held in a proper frame of constructive thinking. There should be a routine for daily life and certain basic principles by which a sense of direction is given to whatever we do . Those who have no moral values, who use to peep other to their limits, and other principles of minds.

We have to bring back our rhythm! Into our life in order to control the mind.Valsalva maneuver is a good technique to get back our rhythm in ourselves. you should close your mouth, pinch your nose shut and press the air out like you are blowing up a balloon. Great technique to reduce palpitation and get your rhythm back.

Life hacks, tips and tricks, short cuts, scheduled regimens etcetera, everyone is trying to figure out quick and easy ways to lead a more productive and successful life.

First of all though, we need to define the difference between discipline and habits, because while they are entirely related, they're not the same. In fact, I believe they're two sides of the same coin that brings difference's in our lives.

DISCIPLINE

Discipline is the ability to take action in according with a particular system of thought or belief. It is the ability to fight against one's natural state of inherent and take action. It often is used interchangeably with will power, and tends to be associated with doing things that go against ourselves.

For example, we associate discipline with the ability to refrain from eating lots of junk food's, instead we act of choosing to go home instead of continuing on with your mates.

HABITS

Habits on the other hand, are the actions that we take without much thought or intention. They are our body's default actions, our programmed auto-responses to stimuli and situations. They are often overlooked and not thought about precisely because they are automatic, and our conscious mind therefore does not detect them. Habits are being know as multi-function. The cue's prompts us to crave the thing in question, which causes us to respond to the craving and gain the reward for our action.

Regardless of whatever good habits you are trying to develop or bad habits that you are trying to break, none of it can be achieved without a lot of discipline and self-control.

Merely, just wanting to do better is not enough, we need to discipline ourselves and this usually always means giving up something we enjoy for something we want even more. We discipline ourselves now for a future reward.

Discipline is hard, grievous, and painful, but afterward, the rewards are often worth it. I know your thinking " I'm not a very disciplined person," or "I wish I were a more disciplined person." The truth is discipline never comes by wishing. It comes by a willingness to go through grievous and pain to get to the other side of it.

If you decide to be serious about it, you will likely follow through because you have it in your mind.

"Watch your thoughts, they become your words; watch your words, they become your actions; watch your actions, they become your habits; watch your habits 'they become your character; watch your character, it becomes your destiny."

Leading a more productive life then, requires both discipline and good habits. It is not enough to rely on sheer force of will to make lasting changes in one's life. Nor is it possible to build great habits without some semblance of discipline. We need a course of work to have two things arranged one in front of the others to permanently affect our behaviors.

In order to tweak any of those parts of the function though, we require discipline. Change tends to go something like this, You determine you wish to make a change in your life, one that is not currently a natural occurrence

Your discipline allows you to overcome the natural inertia of it initially, and your zeal for the change propels you forward

You tweak one or more of the habit function to incentivize the right behavior.

Your discipline allows you take the right action the first few times

After a few times, the habit becomes solidified and you've changed your behavior, I wish nothing short of a rich and fulfilling life for you both, and I am convinced that the path to that is through actively and intentionally changing our behaviors to reflect the character that we wish to embody.

Being productive, being successful, building deep connection, and having rich and meaningful experiences are all deeply matters connected to the character that we have.

The key points of Habits of Discipline:- Don't be afraid of pain or discomfort. No pain, no gain.

Anytime something is hard, say to yourself, " I am making progress."

Never quit in life, most things don't come easily and quickly. I'm sure you can agree most things that are worth having don't come that way.

I have realized that when I don't give up so easily I get to the good stuff on the other side. It is usually about staying the course and being consistent. It's amazing what you can accomplish if you stick to the course even when the going gets tough.

Always remember that no one can make you give up if you refuse to. Similarly, no one can keep you from succeeding__.
