In the dwarven cities they had "time cells" so that the weak-willed would not open the city gates... Being the first Dark Week in the history of humans in Athair, the dwarves recommended that we "entertain ourselves as much as possible."
Keeping our minds busy would prevent some idiot from falling into the temptation of leaving the confinement, and going crazy in the middle of the darkness. It was not bad advice, so with the tunnel that connected the citadel with the entrance of the city of the Zinder, the plan was to spend as much time as possible looting the place, thus avoiding unnecessary risks.
With the rest of the delicate matters resolved with the dwarves, the Rankers decided to proceed with the rest of the players to enter the city of the Zinders in turns and loot it.
