Mayor Han-Dan is the mayor of Floor 51 and the principal of Beast Man Academy. He has a good heart but has turned cold due to the battles he's survived over the years.

The Mayor is a short man with a foot high top hat and a cane with an owl on it. Wears a tuxedo with four animal heads stitched into the back of it.

Has a secret wish that he will stop at nothing to make happen.

Dislikes angry outbursts and loud laughter.
