"huh???What did you just say?!! Girlfriend? Who is your girlfriend here?!". He turned to me with an, unreadable expression and, said with his voice cool as ice
"'You' are my girlfriend...weren't you there when I introduced my girlfriend to the whole Uni? Or... do you prefer another name...mm...What else should I call you?"
My jaw almost hit the ground "You've lost your damn mind! I'm NOT your girlfriend!!!" he is just calmly adjusting his sleeves, completely unbothered
"Oh?..You are not? But it's too late, because you should've rejected me on stage. Now....everyone believes that WE. ARE. DATING" he looked at me, one hand on the steering wheel, the other resting lazily on the gearshift. He looks... almost entertained and that is very daMN ANNOYING. If someone won't stop me I'll commit a crime for sure!
"If I kill you and go to jail, IT'LL BE WORTH IT!!!" I said as i pointed at him like I've been personally wronged. He then suddenly started the car engine again "Then I'll visit my girlfriend in jail."Oiiii!!, i am seconds away from losing it.
I whirled around and stomped toward my house, as I muttered to myself in rapid-fire frustration. I slammed the front gate shut behind me and turns to head inside, only to find Peach standing there, leaning against the doorway with the smuggest grin known to mankind.she started with sing-song tone, grinning ear to ear"Ooooh~ Who just dropped you off right in front of the house na~" I was nearly about to COLLAPSES ON THE SPOT. I rubbed my temples all frustrated "Hey! Peach! What are you doing here?!"
"Shouldn't you ask yourself that? And...Who's that hot guy that dropped you" she said as she walked towards me. My eye twitched violently as I heard peach, I am NOT having this conversation right now. I walked past her
"It's nothing like what you are cooking up inside your head" but she followed me inside,
" you saying it's Nothing, but he dropped you off at home though~, You... secretly went on a date, right?~"
Oiiiii!!! Not you too Peach!!!i ran up to my bedroom, slamming the door behind me, but I could hear Peach's laughter echoes through the house like a GHOST OF CHAOS. I flanged myself onto my bed, face-down, letting out a long muffled groan into my pillow. My life is ruined...i rolled onto my back, staring at the ceiling...from tomorrow I can surely say that my life in college will be hell!. And my friend.....aaah! They will tease me not knowing truth, oii! My head hurts! I have to explain things to them. "Oooi I don't wanna think about anyone anymore, my head hurts!!!!"I screamed into my pillow as the absolute chaos of my life fully sinks in.[PEARL'S HOUSE] – MORNINGWhy morning came so fast. Sun was slapping me with its ray through the windows. I almost looked like I fought a war in my sleep, I yawned loudly as i sluggishly descends the stairs. my oversized cartoon duck pajamas made me look even more ridiculous, and my hair were sticking up like I got electrocuted. I scratched my head, still half-asleep, dragging my feet toward the kitchen. "I'm hungry...".....Wait.... Something's off. I froze mid-step.. My.... mom is looking at me....weird.... and PEACH, sitting on the sofa , wearing the socks, is SMIRKING looking at me. Not just a normal smirk—an EVIL, ALL-KNOWING smirk. She's grinning, too cheerful..."Good morning, P'Pearl~" what's with her, she is....suspicious."Why are you smiling like that" I asked with my hoarse voice,
But Before Peach can answer—I heard someone else's voice,"It's me.", I looked at the direction of the voice, I stood there, completely frozen, like my life was flashing before my eyes as i saw P'Thana calm, standing from the sofa, hands in pockets.... He was in his ENGINEERING UNIFORM, crisp and perfect, looking like he walked straight out of a magazine cover. His expression is calm, unreadableA moment of ....SILENCE.......my brain was buffering... buffering... ERROR.
Now I was fully awake as my eyes widened and my soul left my body. "What the hell are you doing here?!!!" with a high pitched voice I asked him.
"Ow! Watch your language, dear". MOM said without turning aroundas she was completely unbothered, stirring her pot.my finger trembled as I pointed at P'Thana., and my mouth were opening and closing like a fish. I was almost like Fainting......"Well, I'm here to pick....my girlfriend up for university."
my brain was malfunctioning, I looked at mom in fear, then at P'Thana, voice cracking
"I- I- What?!"
I heard peach's LOUD GASP and saw her forcing herself from stopping the laugh "Wowww, your boyfriend is so good, he is dropping you to home, picking you up from homeee~". Huh!!!!! Who's boyfriend!? with a panic I rushed down and grabbed Peach's shoulders, and shouted to her shaking her violently"He's NOT my boyfriend!!" P'Thana simply stood there, watching my helplessness with an unbothered face, like he is enjoying, as watching me all suffering. And his lip moved "You didn't say that yesterday" Oiii!! Didn't said WHAT!!!? " YOU'VE LOST YOUR MIND!!!"MOM turned around slightly dashing the spatula, like she was annoyed by my chaotic behavior, "Oooi!!!Pearl! Going crazy is fine, but finding a decent guy like this for you is harder". huh!?!! "MOM!!!" I am your daughter! i looked at my own mother, feeling BETRAYEDMo just shrugged and turned to look at P'Thana and said to him with a sweet smile..."please don't mind her words son, she often acts crazy like this" and continued to work on breakfast , and peach was having the TIME OF HER LIFE watching me suffer. not Again than damn sing-song voice of her, and not to mention that iconic grin is also there."Oh come on~ At least you have a hot boyfriend~" I looked back towards P' Thana, who's was checking his watch, and his face looking 'BORED'...like 'I' was the one who forced him to be here early in the morning. He looked at me with his usual unbothered calm face, and said to me as he adjusted his sleeves
"Hurry up and get dressed" is he saying to me?, I pointed at myself dramatically "For What?!" "We're late."
. Peach stood there all grinning like she was watching her favorite series. And mom was cooking like nothing is happening, and P'Thana the real problem in my life was already heading toward the door. "Aaaah!!! My happy life is all destroyed!!!" I said as I kicked my feet on the couch's leg in furious, Ow! Ow! Even this couch is against me!!And now everything was....CHAOS. PURE CHAOS. I ran around like a HEADLESS CHICKEN, I yanked uniform from my closet, BUT almost tripped over my own feet, and screeched in frustration as I struggled to put on my socks while hopping on one leg. I aggressively brushed my hair, barely making it presentable, before grabbing my bag and Sprinted downstairs like a woman on a mission. Down there, Mom, looked all convinced that P'Thana is My "boyfriend", and was packing BREAKFAST neatly into a paper bag. Peach was sitting at the table, watching this unfold like she's at a DRAMA PREMIERE.I rushed down the stairs, panting, adjusting my bag strap while i slipped on my sneakers. "Mom! I'm leaving!"mom calmly walked towards me and handed me the breakfast bag "Here, take this and eat with your boyfriend"."Mom!!! P'Thana, is NOT MY BOYFRIEND""Oii!!!! unless you, who says such a handsome boy is not their boyfriend, I clearly doubt now that if you are really a girl or not. Stop being stubborn and go, you're boyfriend is waiting for you for like a century now!!" I looked at my mom with an expression of disbelief as she is not even believing my words, her own daughter's word!!!"Oh wow! Even Mom knows!" I sighed in defeat as I heard peach, then snatched the breakfast bag aggressively from my mom and whirled around and stomped toward the door like I was marching to war as I gritted my teeth.As I busted out of the house, practically breathing fire, P'THANA was already sitting in his car, engine running, He was looking like he has all the time in the world. He was glancing at his watch with an almost amused look..I OPENED the car door with unnecessary force and THREW myself into the seat, and slammed the door shut. But he was..... Completely unbothered, just watching me as I struggle with the seatbelt. "If you didn't mess up my life, I wouldn't be rushing like this!" "But... we already did,"didn't we?"he said calmly, with a hint of teasing in his voice. Then he shifted the gears, and started driving, COMPLETELY UNBOTHERED. I almost chocked on air as I heard him "WHAT?! We did what?!"."Last night..., we walked off stage together, didn't we?"He said as he turned his head SLIGHTLY, smirking as he was focusing on the road. i was fuming as I clenched my fists. "You're...really a monster!". "still calm as ever,he glanced at me from the corner of his eye. "watch out.you're calling your boyfriend a monster" he is doing this again! I rolled my eyes and glared at him as I yanked the breakfast bag on his face intentionally"Here! Eat this!". "Hey!! Pearl, do you get killed both of us huh!!? " He said in an angry tone as his car was almost about to hit another vehicle. Not both of us, only You!!, you emotionless jerk! Then he became calm again like, he wasn't angry just a second ago."Your mom gave this, didn't she?". I turned to him, all SHOCKED. "How do you know?" "because, No way you'd do something this sweet on your own." Hah! My mistake I shouldn't gave the breakfast bag to him in the first place. "Give it back to me you don't need to eat it anymore", I said as I tried to grab the bag from him, but you know his physique right? "Don't even try to steal the breakfast my mother-in-law made for me". "Mother-in-law!? WHAT MOTHER-IN-LAW!!?" even he maintained his usual cool face and tone, I could see he was teasing me,.. "if you're my girlfriend, then you're mother is my mother-in law right?...or maybe you want me to see him as my own mother?" I sighed as I turned my face away from him looking outside window. its useless to argue with him as he is not going to stop. I pouted, crossing my arms, and he just drove in SILENCE."What kind of guy is this cold...?". " Your boyfriend" he said without missing a beat and I screeched, as I nearly threw my SHOE AT HIM.The car pulls up in front of the university entrance. i was STILL FUMING as I aggressively unbuckled my seatbelt. I threw the door open and stormed out, as I pointed a finger at P'Thana through the open window. "This isn't over!"."See you later... my girlfriend" I said to him in a warning tone. P'Thana, still in the driver's seat, resting an arm on the window frame, just looks at me calmly He drove off, with a slight smirk on his lips.. Oiii P'Thana!!i'll kill you for reallll!!![Thana's car speeds off, leaving Pearl fuming. What they didn't notice was Yeepun watching them from afar. Her eyes followed Pearl, who was still standing there, grumbling to herself about Thana—completely unaware that Yeepun was staring daggers into her back.]
