Episode 6 – Public Enemy #1

---

Scene 1 – The Hunt Begins

📍 Location: Streets of Lagos – Morning

(The sun rises over Lagos, but the city feels different. Hostile. Dangerous. The streets are lined with digital billboards flashing the team's faces, labeling them as "Supernatural Terrorists." News broadcasts echo from every corner, twisting the narrative.)

📺 News Anchor: "The government urges all citizens to report any sightings of the wanted criminals. A ₦100 million bounty has been placed on Patricia, leader of the Shadows. Stay alert. Stay safe."

(The camera shifts to patrol cars, helicopters, and armed officers moving through the city, searching. Every corner of Lagos is a trap waiting to spring. The team is running out of time.)

Scene 2 – Trapped in the City

📍 Location: Underground Hideout – Morning

(Patricia and the team gather around a battered old TV, watching the news. The propaganda machine is in full swing. Every major station is painting them as the enemy. Every second, more people turn against them.)

Jason: (angry) "This is insane! We saved these people for years—and now they want us dead?"

Zainab: (gritting her teeth) "Mr. D played this perfectly. He's turned the whole country against us."

Uche: (fist clenched) "It's not just the police anymore. Civilians are watching. Informants are everywhere. We can't trust anyone."

(Patricia looks at the faces of her team. Fear. Frustration. Despair. The weight of leadership sits heavy on her shoulders.)

Patricia: (firmly) "Then we disappear. We stop moving like fugitives and start thinking like warriors."

(She turns to Atinuke, who stands by the window, silent. The weight of her father's legacy hangs over her.)

Patricia: (softer) "Atinuke, what's on your mind?"

(Atinuke finally speaks, her voice cold.)

Atinuke: "I want to fight."

(The team exchanges worried glances.)

Atinuke: (clenching her fists) "They killed my father. They killed Uncle Dayo. And now they want to erase us. I won't run."

(Patricia steps forward, placing a hand on her shoulder.)

Patricia: "We will fight. But we fight smart. No recklessness."

(Atinuke nods. But deep inside, the rage burns. And it's only growing.)

Scene 3 – The Ambush

📍 Location: An Abandoned Warehouse – Afternoon

(The team moves cautiously through the city. They need supplies, but every step is dangerous. They have a plan: Zainab and Jason will grab weapons from a black-market dealer. Uche and Amina will get medical supplies. Patricia and Atinuke will watch from a distance.)

(But something feels wrong. The streets are too quiet. Too still.)

(Then… a single voice shatters the silence.)

📣 "THERE! IT'S THEM!"

(The team spins around. A group of civilians stand behind them—phones raised, cameras flashing. Within seconds, gunfire erupts. Sirens wail. Police vehicles screech to a halt. It's a setup. A trap.)

Jason: (cursing) "Damn it! MOVE!"

(The battle begins.)

Patricia summons powerful winds, knocking officers off their feet.

Zainab dodges bullets, taking down enemies with brutal precision.

Amina flips over a police car, using it as cover.

Atinuke's energy flickers—her control is slipping.

(The streets are pure chaos. The battle is brutal. But then… something worse happens.)

(A news drone hovers above them, broadcasting everything live. The entire country is watching.)

📺 News Anchor (live): "This is it! The so-called 'heroes' attacking law enforcement! Look at them—dangerous criminals!"

(Mr. D watches from his headquarters, smirking. His plan is working perfectly.)

Mr. D: (chuckling) "Make them the villains… and the world will turn against them."

Scene 4 – The Breaking Point

📍 Location: A Hidden Alleyway – Evening

(The team barely escapes. They are battered, wounded, and exhausted. But what hurts the most is what they see when they finally stop running.)

(The city is plastered with their faces—WANTED. People whisper as they pass. Fear in their eyes.)

(A young boy, no older than 10, points at Atinuke from a distance.)

Boy: (innocently) "Mommy, isn't that the bad girl?"

(Atinuke freezes. The words cut deep. A decade ago, they were heroes. Now, they are monsters.)

(She turns to Patricia, her eyes burning.)

Atinuke: (voice shaking) "I can't do this. I can't just watch as they erase us."

(Patricia looks at her daughter, seeing something dangerous in her eyes.)

Patricia: (firm) "We will fix this. But not like them. Not on their terms."

(But Atinuke isn't convinced. The darkness inside her is growing.)

---

Scene 5 – In the Shadows…

📍 Location: A Rooftop Overlooking the City

(The Shadow Figure watches everything. His glowing red eyes dimly flicker. He hears their pain. He sees their struggle. And he clenches his fists. This is going too far.)

(But he stays in the shadows. Not yet. Not now.)

Shadow Figure: (softly) "They need me."

(He steps back, disappearing into the darkness. But soon… he will return.)

---

Scene 6 – Mr. D's Final Move

📍 Location: Government War Room – Nighttime

(Mr. D stands before a room full of generals, police commanders, and politicians. The President of Nigeria watches in silence.)

Mr. D: "We have them cornered. But we need one final push."

(He gestures, and a massive screen lights up. It displays a new decree.)

📢 EMERGENCY NATIONAL SECURITY ORDER:

📢 "All supernatural beings are now considered a national threat. Any civilians found aiding them will be arrested. The full military force is now authorized to engage."

(The entire country just turned into a battlefield.)

President: (nodding) "Make it happen."

(Mr. D smiles. The Shadows have nowhere left to run.)
