Roger convince Eron

Aryan's POV

Why is everyone acting like they've seen a ghost? The silence is thick—it's making my skin crawl. But what's even stranger is Eron. The one who came in with me… even he looks stunned seeing the man in the wheelchair.

Who is he? Why he looks so familiar?

"Do you… know him?" I whisper, my voice barely audible.

"…Father." Eron mutter.

My breath catches.

'Father? That man is—Edward Roger?!' I stared at the man in disbelief.

I can't believe, Edward Roger actually came here. But why?

"Aryan, this is Eron's father, Edward Roger. How about we give him some space." Introducing him, Adam spoke.

"Why he came?" Not want to search in darkness, I openly asked. "He never visited him before... So, what's his purpose?"

My instincts tell, Edward, that man is here to take Eron back with him. Just like in the novel...

But there wasn't a scene where he actually came. Is the story...changing?

What if my instincts turn true... That thought alone made my chest tighten. I wasn't ready for this. I wasn't prepared to say goodbye. Not yet. Not like this.

"Aryan... Let them have a talk, I will explain everything later." Lisa interrupts.

"Lisa, please take Aryan inside." Adam firmly said.

What?

No. I don't want to leave. I don't want to leave Eron here, not now, not when he looks so shaken.

"Aryan, come with me." Holding my hand, Lisa gently pulls me.

"Stay strong. I'm right here." I whispered to Eron, before leaving with Lisa. And then I turned and walked away.

My steps feel heavy, like I'm dragging chains behind me. I make it to my room and sit down on the bed, but my mind is spinning in a thousand directions.

Lisa sat beside me and spoke gently. "Aryan, don't worry. No one's going to force him. If Eron doesn't want to go, he won't.

But we can't interfere in a father-son relationship. If he came here to talk to Eron, we should let them have that conversation. Didn't Eron also wish to speak with his father after a long time?" she added comfortingly.

But I know how it all ends up. Eron have to go with him, because from here the original story starts.

Even though father son never makes up with each other. Edward at least tries to be a better father in his own way. And there's a brighter future waiting for him on that side.

So... why am I feeling down? If Eron's life filled with happiness, shouldn't I be happy?

I take a long, shaky breath and close my eyes.

'Don't feel bad Aryan... Everything is for his own good.' Try to convince myself, I sat there, waiting for his return.

Meanwhile, downstairs, Adam gave Eron and his father some space, allowing them to talk in private.

Edward sat still for a moment, as if unsure how to begin. Then, his voice broke the silence—low, tentative.

"Eron... how have you been?"

"Good." Eron replied in a single word, shutting down the conversation before it could begin.

Edward took a slow breath. "I suppose you already know why I'm here. Eron… I want you to come with me. To Germany."

A beat passed. Then Eron asked quietly, his voice controlled, "Why now? You disappeared for years without a word. Why do you suddenly want me back?"

Edward looked down, shame flickering in his eyes. "I know… I know I failed you. But you have to understand—I had my reasons. They might not seem convincing to you, a son abandoned by his parents. But for me, at that time… leaving you felt like the only choice I had."

Eron didn't reply, his expression unreadable.

"I'm not asking you to forget the past," Edward continued, trying to find a footing. "But things are different now. I have the means to give you a better life. A real one. I can give you everything you've ever wanted—comfort, education, connections. You could live like royalty."

Eron let out a dry, almost bitter laugh. "All I ever wanted was a normal life, like other kids. A happy family... Where my parents at least care about me. Can you buy that with your money?"

Edward fell silent.

"I'm not blaming you for what happened," Eron said, his voice softer now. "In fact… I'm grateful. If you hadn't abandoned me, I never would've come here and met my savior—my brother, who became the ray of light in the darkness, my parents left me in.

Because of him, I learned what love really is. He filled the emptiness you left behind. He gave me the warmth I never got from my parents." He stood up slowly. "Just like you're happy with your life now… I am too. So please, don't ruin it again.""

"What about the others?" Edward asked, his tone sharpening. "Do they see you the way your brother does?

You can't keep pretending that love alone will shield you from reality."

His voice turned cold. "If you want respect—recognition—what really matters is money and power. Not love.

The world doesn't care about feelings, Eron. It listens to power. Staying here, relying on others—you'll always be a burden. Is that what you want?"

Eron froze in place.

"Eron, if I wanted to, I could take you with me whether you agree or not. Don't make me go that far. I'll be back in two days. I hope you won't make this harder than it has to be—for either of us."
