Chatper 2 - A Little Bit of Muah

"Welcome to our home," Izuku said while Dabi was looking around in awe. The interior of the tree was unlike anything he had ever seen before. It was lavish and spacious, with intricate designs and furnishings that seemed to belong in a mansion, not a tree.

Dabi's confusion was evident on his face. "How does the inside of a tree look like a mansion?" he asked, his voice filled with wonder.

The triplets, Izuku, Katsuki, and Minoru, nodded their heads in unison, their smiles synchronizing as well. "Question?" they chimed in, their eyes sparkling with amusement.

It was Izuku who shrugged his shoulders, answering Dabi's query. "We honestly don't know ourselves. One day, we were running away and stumbled upon this tree. We tripped and fell inside, and it led us to this... mansion. After that, it's been our hiding spot ever since."

Touya nodded, taking in the surroundings once more. Meanwhile, Katsuki pulled Izuku and Minoru to the side, his voice low and conspiratorial. "And tell me, Kære bror, why you brought this boy to our hiding place?"

Izuku leaned against the wall, a nonchalant expression on his face. "Well—"

Katsuki cut him off, his voice rising in a whisper-yell. "And he's an alpha! You know what alphas have been trying to do?"

Izuku raised an eyebrow, his hand on his hip, as he tilted his body to the side. "What about you?"

Katsuki's face turned bright red as he crossed his arms, his eyes darting away. "What about me?"

Izuku's smile was mischievous. "I mean, the first time you met your alpha, you literally pulled him into a kiss when he said'mate' to you and basically pushed him inside the tree."

Minoru's shy smile confirmed Izuku's statement, and Katsuki's blush deepened. "That's true, I guess," he muttered, his eyes still cast downward.

Katsuki's thoughts drifted back to the day he met his alpha, Akoyano. He had been alone, having lost his temper and enraged some betas and alphas, who were now chasing him. That's when Akoyano appeared, a greyish-black-haired boy with a lip piercing, a neck tattoo that read "Akoyano," and a cheek tattoo that said "Alaoui." Katsuki's eyes had turned red, and a ring of blackness had formed around his iris, warning the group of goons to back off.

As the flashback faded, Katsuki's gaze fell upon Dabi, who was still exploring the tree's interior. Katsuki let out a sigh, his eyes rolling in exasperation. "Fine, lille djævel. I'll tolerate him. But I'm only doing this for you, and only you."

Izuku rolled his eyes, knowing that Katsuki's words were laced with half truths. Katsuki and Izuku exchanged a smile, their eyes locking onto Minoru, who took a step back, his eyes darting between his brothers and Akoyano.

Minoru tried to make a run for it, but Akoyano caught up to him, a smile spreading across his face. Minoru's eyes bounced between his brothers and Akoyano, his backpedaling slowing to a stop.

"Okay, what do you guys want?" Minoru asked, his voice laced with resignation.

Dabi, who had been watching the exchange with amusement, sat down on a nearby sofa. Katsuki and Izuku wrapped their arms around Minoru's shoulders, one on each side, as they pulled him toward the couch.

Izuku and Katsuki sat down in front of Minoru, while Akoyano and Dabi sat across from them. "Well, as you know, Minoru," Izuku began, "we both have an alpha."

Katsuki continued, "But we know you wouldn't even go near an alpha you don't know."

Izuku's gaze flicked to Dabi, daring him to interrupt. When he didn't, Izuku turned back to Minoru, a smile on his face. "So, Akoyano was kind enough to find someone to meet you."

Katsuki's arm slid over Izuku's shoulder, his eyes gleaming with excitement. "Find someone to meet you," he echoed, his voice barely above a whisper.

The air was thick with anticipation as Minoru's eyes locked onto Dabi, a spark of curiosity igniting within him. Little did he know, his life was about to take a dramatic turn, one that would change him forever.
