"Is your cat eating a dragon?"

Noah turned around and found that a baby dragon seemed to have disappeared. This made him sigh helplessly, feeling as though he'd said something wrong. To be honest, he felt like he'd once again dug his own grave.

Although this feeling wasn't as severe as when he had recklessly used the power of the Space Gem, it still felt off. When did he become a 'capable person'? He had always seen himself as a magician constantly learning.

Perhaps this was the difference between someone like Professor Dumbledore, who could always consider himself an apprentice, and someone like Noah, who had a more average mindset.

But Noah wasn't too concerned about it. If anyone truly needed his help, he was willing to lend a hand.

Under Noah's quiet guidance, the British magical world had undergone significant changes. In a few years, the middle and lower levels of the Ministry of Magic might very well consist mostly of wizards from Noah's Wizard Alliance. In another decade, perhaps the entire British Ministry of Magic would be filled with people from his circle.

No matter how it looked, his current standing and relationships with figures like Evan and others would likely work in his favor in the future. There was no harm in what he was doing now.

"Strive to make the British magical world an ironclad group within ten years—an ironclad group around me!" Noah clenched his fist. "But before that, I need to buy another baby dragon."

After sending Professor Dumbledore off, Noah asked Ms. Heifen if she would accompany him. However, after hearing his proposal, Ms. Heifen shook her head, signaling that she wasn't interested in attending.

"I'm not a member of the Ministry of Magic," she explained. "Although I could attend as a Kamar-Taj magician, my magical level is too low. You should go by yourself. I still want to read more books."

"Okay, I understand."

Noah couldn't refute her reasoning. While Ms. Heifen's magical knowledge was excellent, her magical abilities were still a bit lacking. However, considering her consistent progress, Noah thought her path was a good one.

"Ms. Heifen's magic level is already commendable. After years of observation, it's clear that meditation is a useful method. Maybe I should consider taking on some disciples," Noah mused, touching his chin.

He had never used this approach at Kamar-Taj, but now, as the guardian of a small temple, he could start cultivating talent. Although his temple had very few people, with only King Denisga and Ms. Heifen, he wasn't the type to prefer complete solitude. He liked his office to be quiet, not the entire temple—too spacious, too empty, like a haunted house.

If he wanted more people in the temple, they had to be obedient and meet his standards. The best approach was to cultivate them from childhood.

"I should bring this up the next time the teacher visits."

Noah walked to his room, changed clothes, and opened a space door. However, his destination wasn't the Ministry of Magic—it was Charles' laboratory. Charles had helped him set up a personal information data terminal. This terminal preserved details about Noah's physical and mental condition. While Noah wanted Charles to decipher the magic index, Charles had been unable to do so.

"Magic can't be measured by scientific means," Charles explained. "We can only detect the strength of magic when it's released, but not when it's inside the body."

"Is that so? Well, there's nothing to be done about it."

Since there was no solution, Noah didn't push further. In addition to magical data, Charles also had some preliminary information about Noah's body. Noah had come to exchange these details.

"I must say, your research data is quite thorough," Charles remarked, glancing through the information. "It seems we're only a few years away from improving this magic."

Charles looked somewhat excited. From the data Noah provided, he could tell that Noah not only had dragons, but likely quite a few of them.

"It will take a few years," Noah confirmed. "Improving magic requires more than just basic research. We also need modifications to the magic itself."

Although Noah had already perfected much of it with the help of the system, he didn't want to reveal this just yet. His current goal was to obtain more detailed data about his body. If necessary, he would involve Charles in dragon research.

The hardest part was done, and now, with these "relatively easy" tasks ahead, Noah wasn't going to take them lightly.

"I really want to see a dragon in person," Charles said with a sigh as he looked at the information.

"It's easy enough to find one. There are giant dragons for sale in Hungary, and there are dragons in the British magical world. But there's an even simpler way. After you finish your work here, I can take you to my laboratory, where there are dragons. Though, I've already dissected them, so you'd have to wait if you want to see them alive."

Noah's tone was calm, as if he were discussing an everyday matter. He didn't realize that Charles raised his eyebrows, startled by Noah's nonchalant response. It dawned on Charles that he hadn't fully adapted to this magical world.

To most people, dragons were mythical creatures, legends of slayers and happy endings. But in the magical world, dragons were treated as tradeable items. Noah was casually discussing the purchase and dissection of dragons, things Charles had never considered before.

"Am I the monster?" Charles thought, reflecting on his own transformation. "No, it's these magicians who are the real monsters!" He laughed inwardly, realizing that only in this world could people like him truly thrive.

"Alright, Noah. I'll make sure the data is perfect," Charles replied, smiling. "I'm really looking forward to seeing dragons and other things."

"Is that so? Then I look forward to it too," Noah said, though he didn't understand why Charles was laughing. Maybe he had just thought of something amusing.

After exchanging the data, Noah stored it in his space bag. As he was about to leave, he stopped suddenly.

"What's wrong, Noah?" Charles asked curiously.

"Your equipment must be quite expensive, right?" Noah hesitated before asking.

"It is," Charles replied. "But since I helped the Ministry of Magic with their network and power systems, they pay me a monthly fee. It's manageable."

"That's good to hear," Noah said, rubbing his chin thoughtfully. "How would you feel about a business partnership?"

"A partnership?" Charles was confused.

"Of course, to make money," Noah clarified. He had been thinking about it for a while. Since he was planning to train more magicians to fill the temple, he would need funding.

"I haven't spent much money before," Noah continued, "and while Constantine keeps sending me money, I plan to leave that to Ms. Heifen for the orphanage. It's my small sanctuary in this world, and I want to see it grow."

"A partnership to make money?" Charles looked at Noah, his face now reflecting a mix of curiosity and amusement. "What do you have in mind?"

"Don't you see? The magic world has computers and the Internet, but there's no product that should have emerged," Noah mused. "How about creating social software for the magical world? And why are there no movies? We could try that too."
