The Message

"A laptop? What for?" Samira demanded before Eleanor would speak up.

"I'm bored mum, I just want to look up for new games to play, that's all."

"I do have," Eleanor said with a smile on her face as she join herself to their conversation. Getting up to her feet and gesturing for Hiro to follow her, going to her room and bringing out her laptop she hasn't used in a while and gave it to Hiro.

"Thank you Aunt Eleanor, really, you don't know what you've done to me in my life. I can't wait to thoroughly use the laptop." Hiro told her and quickly went to the room he'd been staying in.

Eleanor shook her head and went back to sit on her previous seat, facing Samira. "I made sure my browser won't be showing any adult stuff just in case he wants to go to that area." she told her. "He is a good boy."

"Don't get deceived by his smooth talk. He's just like him." Samira utter.

"I doubt that, with the way I see him, he can't hurt a fly. He took that gentle side from you."

Samira looks at the witch in surprise not knowing if she should tell her about what the gentle son of hers did back then in Australia or keep quiet and let her find out the other dark side of sweet Hiro.

"Oh, he doesn't hurt flies," Samira said, her lips stretching in a smile. 'He hurts humans.' she added in her mind. "And I am not gentle, you know that."

"So tell me, how you slept with Zinedine and became pregnant." Eleanor said, fully interested in whatever Samira was going to say.

"You know how I have been avoiding Zinedine for a long time." Samira began as Eleanor nodded her head. It was even because of Zinedine she had made sure Samira wolf scent was covered, the girl in question had pleaded with her.

"Well, I was avoiding him at all cost not until a job came and I didn't even investigate the job well before agreeing to do it and that's how I met Zinedine again," she said and laughed a little before continuing. "Do you know the funniest part of it all? I left the pack when I was still a child and seeing him years later I was able to recognize him and he also recognized me almost immediately, I don't know why."

"Hold a minute, was he the job?"

"Yes, tell me how can I kill a strong wolf? I may be strong but I have my limit." Samira answered with a nod.

"And seeing him that day sprang up your feelings and you slept with him and ran away with the intention of hiding away from him again and then you discovered you were pregnant and you decided not to get your child involved with your world so you left this country with the shittest plan ever." Eleanor told her as she understood immediately.

"Well if you put it that way it was a shittest plan," Samira agreed with her. "But if it was a shittest plan why then did they have to wait till eight years later before they would find me and come."

"Probably they are trying to be sure you are not the one who's dead and tracking you might have taken long. Anyway, you and your son are safe so you don't have any need to fear anyone tracking you down here."

"I am not scared of anyone finding me, I am just scared of who it is I am running away from, I know it isn't Zinedine because he wouldn't hurt me."

"Hmmm, don't be so sure Samira, he might have changed during the past few years."

"No, it isn't Zinedine, he couldn't have placed a hit on himself."

"I did not say he placed the hit on himself, all I am saying is that you should be careful."

"I am hungry Eleanor, I didn't even cook in my home before I was attacked." Samira said changing the topic.

"I will prepare something for you," Eleanor mused, getting up to her feet and heading towards her kitchen while leaving Samira to her thoughts.

Hiro was seen going through the content displayed on the laptop and he quickly type out something really quick with the keyboards and press send. He smiled and removed any trace of him going doing anything other than the game site on the laptop. He had managed to find the pictures of Zinedine Wilderwood and seeing the man he needed no one to tell him that the white-haired man was his father, the resemblance was too much and he wasn't dumb. He wondered why his mother was hiding him from his father, probably for a good cause but he couldn't help but wonder if his father was the one who had sent those men that had forcefully broken in to kidnap him.

Hacking his father's company gmail and sending an anonymous message to his own personal Gmail was an easy thing to do, he wondered what kind of money was paid to the buffalo's who did a lousy job. He began playing the new game he downloaded as he waited for his father's reply.

Zinedine Wilderwood sat in his office and was thinking about the conversation he had with his father. He wondered if he should give the girl his father was talking about a chance but the thoughts of Samira couldn't let him even though he hated her for what she did to him back then. Agreeing to his father is like betraying Samira but he doesn't even know if she has moved on with her life. He had always wondered why she was ashamed of being with him. As much as he hates her he couldn't wait to meet her again but this time around he wouldn't be letting her go.

So absorbed in his thoughts that he wasn't hearing the loud noise alarm that sounded like a siren not until his secretary entered his office quickly which brought him back to reality.

"What's going on?" he asked immediately when he heard the alarm ringing.

"Someone hacked into our system and left you a message Alpha." His secretary, a wolf like him, answered as he showed Zinedine the tablet phone with him.

"Hacked? Was the hacker able to steal any of our company's documents stored in our database?"

"No Alpha, none of our documents were touched but whoever the hacker is, left you a message." The secretary, Jack, told him and opened the message on the tablet in Zinedine's hands.

Zinedine opened the new message and saw:

I sent you a personal message on your gmail address, if you want to live, reply to my message or else...

Zinedine's lips twitched upwards as he tried not to laugh.

"Does the fucker knows who I am?" He asked, giving back Jack his tablet phone and bringing out his own phone to check his gmail address as instructed. "Track the hacker down."

"We can't do that Alpha," Jack told him, which made Zinedine pause a bit.

"You say what?"

"We can't do that Alpha." Jack repeated again.

"I heard you the first time Jack, I am just trying to know why we cannot track down the hacker who had threatened me."

"Whoever it is, he's so genius Alpha, he is using multiple addresses which made him invisible to track down."

"I see, does it sound weird that I want this hacker to carry out his threat on me? But on the other hand, let me see where it goes."

Jack turned to leave the office when Zinedine's voice stopped him. "Copy and send me those multiple addresses, I will check them out."

"Yes Alpha," Jack replied and left the office.

Opening his Gmail account in his phone, Zinedine scoffs when he saw a message that reads:

'If you're seeing this, that means you've passed my first test and that you value your life, now reply to this message. If not I will roast your head nicely.'

Still scoffing, Zinedine typed his response which reads:

'What do you want?'

And waited for the hacker's response which he got almost immediately:

'You'd be shocked if you know who I am but to what I want, let's leave it for another day, what do you say?'

Zinedine immediately send his own message:

'You have the guts to hack into my Gmail, when I get you I will slowly drain out that brain of yours and then feed it to you afterwards I will cut you into small pieces that they can't count.'

He waited for a minute before he got a response from the hacker:

'Do you find it weird that I'd like you to try that?'

Zinedine was speechless.
