The Finals – Sho Hikari vs. Mon Tsukigiri

The Colosseum, still recovering from the intensity of the last matches, now stood on the edge of something far greater. The final battle of the tournament had arrived—Sho Hikari of the Light Clan vs. Mon Tsukigiri of the Moon Mist Clan.

The air was thick with tension. Even the clan elders and leaders, who had witnessed countless battles before, could sense that this fight would be different.

Jun stepped forward, his voice carrying across the battlefield. "Final match! Sho Hikari versus Mon Tsukigiri! Begin!"

The moment the word left his lips, both fighters exploded forward, engaging in a raw, fist-to-fist battle.

Sho's strikes were precise, each blow aimed to break Mon's rhythm. Mon countered with equally deadly force, weaving through Sho's attacks with inhuman speed. The sheer impact of their punches echoed through the Colosseum, shaking the very ground beneath them.

The crowd erupted, unable to contain their excitement. This wasn't just a fight—it was a clash of two warriors at their absolute peak.

Sho ducked under a powerful hook from Mon, twisting his body to land an uppercut straight into Mon's jaw. A loud crack filled the air as Mon staggered back.

For the first time, Mon smiled.

Sho's breath was heavy, his instincts on high alert. He saw Mon parting his lips, about to say something.

"AWAKEN—"

Sho's eyes widened. He knew what was coming. Without hesitation, he shouted at the exact same time—

"AWAKEN!"

An explosion of energy burst from both of them. The sheer force sent powerful shockwaves across the Colosseum, forcing clan members to hastily erect barriers to protect the crowd.

Kyoko and Kuki, watching from the stands, stood frozen in awe. This was a battle beyond anything they had imagined.

Above them, the sky darkened. The crimson moon reappeared, its eerie glow descending onto the battlefield. As its light took form, a red-skinned figure with four piercing eyes emerged, standing tall beside Mon.

A gasp rippled through the Colosseum.

Mon let out a chilling laugh. "Behold… my clan's guardian."

Even the clan elders, seasoned warriors who had seen countless battles, felt a shiver of fear run through them.

Mon turned back to Sho, his voice unwavering. "This is the end for you, Sho Hikari. Say goodbye."

In an instant, the four-eyed being lunged toward Sho.

But before the attack could land—

A voice echoed in Sho's mind.

A calm, feminine voice.

"Let me take over. Swap with me for five minutes."

Sho's eyes widened. He recognized the voice—it was his Reverse Power.

Sho took a breath and whispered. "Swap."

A wave of energy surged through him.

Suddenly, his body went limp.

The crowd gasped as Sho's head was severed from his body. Blood splattered across the battlefield.

Kyoko screamed. "SHO!"

But as his head hit the ground… his lips moved.

"Death Reverse."

In an instant, Sho's head reattached itself. At the same moment, the four-eyed guardian's head was severed instead.

The entire Colosseum fell into stunned silence.

Mon's eyes widened in disbelief. "I-Impossible! What… are you?!"

A soft chuckle escaped Sho's lips—but it wasn't his voice. It was hers.

"My name is Reverse," she said. "I am Sho's power… and I am the one controlling him now."

Mon's shock lasted only for a moment before it twisted into a sinister grin.

"Interesting."

The decapitated guardian suddenly melted into two crimson swords, which Mon grabbed without hesitation.

He grinned. "Now… the real battle begins."

With newfound ferocity, they clashed.

Each strike sent shockwaves through the Colosseum. Mon's swordsmanship was relentless, and even Reverse—despite her immense power—struggled to counter his speed.

Then—a flash of crimson.

reverse's sword sliced through mon's arm,

But before blood could spill, the blade transformed, becoming Mon's new arm.

He let out a crazed laugh. "Idiot. You can't defeat me. You can only use Death Reverse once, right? You can't reverse my ability anymore!"

Reverse smirked. "Glad you figured it out."

Mon's power surged, his crimson aura lighting up the entire Colosseum. He lifted his blade, preparing to launch a final, devastating attack.

"This ends now!"

But at the last moment—Reverse swapped back with Sho.

Sho, fully in control once more, didn't hesitate.

He reversed Mon's attack in an instant.

The powerful crimson energy was sent hurtling back toward Mon.

Before he could react, the force slammed into him, launching him out of the battlefield.

Silence.

Then—

Jun raised his hand.

"The winner of the tournament… Sho Hikari of the Light Clan!"

The Colosseum exploded with cheers. The tension that had gripped them for so long finally broke, replaced with overwhelming awe and excitement.

Kyoko and Kuki rushed into the battlefield.

Sho was on his knees, unable to move. Death Reverse had drained him completely.

Kuki grabbed his arm, pulling him up. "Damn, Sho. You just defeated a clan leader."

Sho chuckled weakly. "All thanks to Reverse… and you guys cheering me on."

Kyoko smiled, offering her hand. "Let's go home, champion."

As Sho took her hand, the Colosseum chanted his name.

Sho Hikari. The strongest warrior of the Light Clan.
