"Melody, why are you sleeping in the guest room?" I keenly noticed that as soon as I woke up, he quickly put on a concerned expression.
"I haven't been sleeping well lately. Your snoring at night was giving me a headache, so I switched rooms to sleep," I replied nonchalantly.
When I mentioned the headache, a sharp glint flashed in Damien's eyes.
"Take your medicine, it'll help with your sleep and headache." There was a glass of water and two pills on the nightstand.
Getting impatient already? If I hadn't thought about trying to get pregnant and stopped the medication early, I'd probably be in a psych ward by now, calling out with no response from heaven or earth.
I took the medicine without hesitation, tilting my head back to swallow it with the water.
After coming home yesterday, I had already switched the pills for regular health supplements.
There was no visible difference in appearance.
