Maria is holding the barbeque stick with a marshmallow on it just above the flames. She slowly rotating the marshmallow to toast it evenly.

When a marshmallow catches fire over the smoke of a wood campfire that scorching, charcoal, sweet smell is quite similar to the odor of natural destruction and chaos ravaging your life.

It gives off a burnt sweet smell. And when the marshmallow is at the desired burnt, she blows on it to extinguish the flame. Putting it aside and grabs a new one to roast in the fire. After a while she had made a lot of s'mores.

S'mores are usually made by the campfire. Marshmallows are roasted over the fire until they're gooey. Then graham crackers with pieces of a chocolate candy bar are used to sandwich the gooey roasted marshmallow. Mashing the combination together so that the heat from the marshmallow will melt the chocolate.

They are sitting on the log, the grass touching her bare feet. The s'mores she made are placed on plate nearby with the burnt marshmallow on a stick.

He placed his arms around her waist, she just finished burning the marshmallows over the fire. She feeds him one of the roasted marshmallow, it was evenly burnt also it was sweet there was also a bitter taste of charcoal. He nods in approval, making her smile proudly, that she didn't burned and melt any marshmallow.

"Do you like it here?" He asked, looking intensely at her.

"Y-yes," she stuttered a bit, due to his intense gaze, she look away to hide her burning face, as red as a tomato can be. Why does he have to look at me with so much intensity, he always makes my cheeks flushed. Luckily it was dark, he couldn't see clearly how red her face had become.

He didn't say anything else, he just eat the s'mores she made. Enjoying every bite of a gooey marshmallow and chocolates. He occasionally feed her too, making her heart pound widly.

Edward was still sitting on the wooden log near the fire, while Maria had long been sleeping inside the tent. He glanced at his watch to look at the time, it's already really late but he still want to watch her sleep.

"You're more beautiful when you sleep like this, and you're mine as well." He said in a possessive manner, and grinned.

The fire is already smouldering, it is still burning a little but without flame and barely spreading. But Edward doesn't plan on adding more wood, "I guess I'll add wood when I go inside to sleep."

After a while the fire snuff out, what remains are the ember - is a little piece of wood or coal in a fire that's dying. Embers are hot and glowing. When the fire is out and the embers are glowing, it's time to call it a night. Embers are smoldering pieces of wood, it's usually very small, that burn brightly as a fire starts to fade.

He stares at the remains of the fire and look up at the starry night sky, it was really beautiful night.

He gazes at a vast, inky canvas of deep blue, dotted with countless twinkling stars that shimmer like scattered diamonds, creating a breathtaking spectacle of light against the darkness, where constellations dance across the celestial dome, sometimes accompanied by a luminous moon casting a silvery glow, offering a sense of awe and wonder at the immensity of the universe.

He feels a profound happiness stirring from within him, looking back at the woman sleeping inside and smiles.

He decided to add more wood to the embers, igniting it back into a warm fire in the cold night. And he went inside the tent, zipping it close and he lay down to embrace her. He falls asleep while embracing her.

If fate would allow, I would never let you leave my side.
