Chapter 27 Grave Hounds

Their ferocity and bloodlust were far more intense than the hounds he had fought earlier. Alexander narrowed his eyes. Not only were they stronger, but their size was also significantly larger than the Ground Hounds.

Their deep, guttural growls echoed through the forest, shaking the air with their presence. But fear was absent from Alexander's expression.

He had come here to test his strength, and now, an army of these beasts stood before him, so many that he couldn't even count them all.

The new hounds glanced at the four dead Ground Hounds on the ground. Their eyes burned with fury. Their ferocity spiked as they bared their fangs at him, their snarls filled with rage.

Seeing the look in their eyes, Alexander nodded to himself, "So they were from the same pack."

But before he could dwell on the thought, the beasts that were driven by the urge for revenge pounced at him all at once.
